Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a double-layer adhesive film for treating oral ulcer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Oral ulcer is a common ulcerative injury disease occurring in oral mucosa, and is mostly seen in the inner side of lip, tongue abdomen, buccal mucosa, vestibular sulcus, soft palate and the like. Recurrent oral ulcer is common in daily life, has the appearance of single or multiple round or oval ulcers with different sizes, is covered with a gray or yellow false membrane on the surface, is sunken in the center, has clear boundaries, is red and slightly swollen on peripheral mucous membranes, has the characteristics of periodicity, recurrence and self-limitation, can occur all the year round, and can be self-healed generally for about 10 to 15 days.
Burning pain is a prominent feature of canker sore conditions. The pain is severe when the oral ulcer is attacked, the local burning pain is obvious, the severe patients can influence diet and speaking, and great inconvenience is caused to the daily life of the patients; can be complicated with halitosis, headache, dizziness, nausea, asthenia, dysphoria, fever, and lymphadenectasis.
In order to relieve pain symptoms of patients suffering from oral ulcer, clinicians usually burn local wound surfaces with 10% silver nitrate aqueous solution, or gargle with 0.1% potassium permanganate solution, compound boric acid solution and the like, but the operations are only sterilization treatment on the ulcer wound surfaces, and cannot effectively protect the ulcer wound surfaces, so that the effect of relieving pain is very little. The traditional Chinese medicine for treating oral ulcer is powder, such as Bingpeng powder and the like, and has the defects that the ulcer wound cannot be effectively protected, and patients still have pain during eating, speaking and the like.
A variety of canker sore patches have been introduced on the market, which have been summarized as having the following problems: some adhesive surfaces have low viscosity and are easy to fall off; some materials are hard and do not have good fitting property; some double surfaces are sticky, and are easy to stick to other parts of the oral cavity to fall off; thereby making it difficult to solve the actual problems of the patients with oral ulcer.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a double-layer sticking film for treating oral ulcer and a preparation method thereof. The dental ulcer paste prepared by the process method has excellent adhesiveness, can promote the healing of ulcer wound surfaces, and can isolate and protect the wound surfaces, thereby playing a role in obviously relieving pain.
The core features of the invention are: the double-layer adhesive film for treating the oral ulcer consists of an adhesive layer and a separation protective layer. Wherein the main component of the adhesion layer is a water-soluble derivative of chitosan; the isolation protective layer is made of medical polyurethane material, acrylic resin material and ethyl cellulose membrane material.
The invention relates to a double-layer adhesive film for treating oral ulcer, wherein the main component of an adhesive layer is a water-soluble derivative of chitosan, and the double-layer adhesive film comprises the following components: o-carboxymethyl chitosan, N/O carboxymethyl chitosan, hydroxypropyl chitosan, quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan, chitosan hydrochloride, alkylated chitosan and other water-soluble derivatives of chitosan.
The double-layer adhesive film for treating the dental ulcer, disclosed by the invention, can be used for treating the dental ulcer, wherein the main component of the adhesive layer can be a water-soluble derivative of chitosan or a mixture of a plurality of water-soluble derivatives of chitosan according to any proportion. Wherein the preferred component is carboxymethyl chitosan.
The invention relates to a double-layer film for treating oral ulcer, wherein an isolation protective layer is made of a medical polyurethane material, an acrylic resin material and an ethyl cellulose film material. Among them, a PU film (an inert polyurethane material) is preferable.
The double-layer film for treating the dental ulcer is characterized in that the thickness of the PU film of the isolation and protection layer is preferably 0.025-1.0 mm.
Carboxymethyl chitosan is a product of chitosan after carboxymethylation, is a derivative of chitosan, has excellent water solubility, antibacterial property, biodegradability, biocompatibility, film-forming property, moisture retention and adsorbability, has the function of obviously promoting wound healing, and has been widely accepted and applied in the medical field.
The carboxymethyl chitosan material is used as an adhesive layer, and when the carboxymethyl chitosan material is in contact with a wet ulcer wound surface, the carboxymethyl chitosan material can quickly absorb moisture and tightly adhere to the ulcer surface, so that the carboxymethyl chitosan material can play roles in sterilizing, controlling infection and promoting the ulcer wound surface to quickly heal. Meanwhile, the adhesion layer can also firmly adsorb the isolation protection layer, so that the isolation protection layer is firmly attached to the ulcer surface.
The PU film is an inert polyurethane material, also called medical non-degradable polyurethane material, has the outstanding characteristics of stability, difficult hydrolysis and oxidative degradation, good biological stability, biocompatibility and antibacterial property, good mechanical property, high elasticity, wear resistance and the like, and is widely used for manufacturing medical devices and human organs which are implanted into human bodies for a long time.
The PU film is used as an isolation protective layer, and can be well attached to the ulcer surfaces under various conditions due to the characteristics of softness and excellent ductility, so that the isolation protective layer plays a role in isolating and protecting the ulcer surfaces.
The invention relates to a double-layer sticking film for treating oral ulcer and a preparation method thereof, which are mainly realized by the following technical scheme:
the method comprises the following steps: dissolving a water-soluble derivative of chitosan, preferably carboxymethyl chitosan, in purified water according to the mass percent concentration of 0.5-1.5%, and completely dissolving and uniformly diffusing the chitosan;
step two: pouring the uniformly dissolved and diffused carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution into a freeze-drying tray to ensure that the liquid level depth is 5 mm;
step three: placing the freeze-drying tray filled with the carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution in a freeze-drying machine, and freeze-drying to prepare carboxymethyl chitosan freeze-drying sponge;
step four: pressing carboxymethyl chitosan sponge into a film shape, wherein the thickness of the carboxymethyl chitosan sponge is controlled to be 0.5-2.0 mm;
step five: sticking a commercially available medical PU film on one surface of the carboxymethyl chitosan film prepared in the step four to obtain a double-layer sticking film;
step six: and cutting the double-layer film obtained in the fifth step into a required shape and size, sealing and packaging, and performing irradiation sterilization to obtain the finished product of the invention.
