The lifting mechanism 11 comprises an external thread rod 25, an internal thread tube 26, two upper supporting blocks 27 and a lower supporting block 28 which are symmetrical up and down, wherein the top end of the external thread rod 25 is fixedly connected to the center of the bottom end of the upper supporting block 27, the bottom of the internal thread tube 26 is mounted at the center of the top end of the lower supporting block 28 through a screw, the internal thread tube 26 can rotate by taking the screw as a central shaft, two adjacent and symmetrical first lug plates 20 are clamped in the grooves of the upper supporting block 27, and two adjacent and symmetrical second lug plates 23 are clamped in the grooves of the lower supporting block 28. The height difference between the first support ring and the second support ring is adjusted by rotating the internal thread pipe so as to adapt to patients with different neck lengths.
The bottom end of the first ear plate 20 is provided with a first anti-slip groove 29, and the top end of the second ear plate 23 is provided with a second anti-slip groove 30.
The protective belt 3 comprises a curved double-layer belt body 31, a curved silica gel belt 32 and a support bar 33, wherein a plurality of through holes 34 with uniform intervals are arranged in the double-layer belt body 31, the support bar 33 is sleeved in the through holes 34, two ends of the support bar 33 are exposed at two sides of the double-layer belt body 31, two ends of the support bar 33 are respectively clamped in a first positioning groove 35 arranged at the outer side of the first support bracket 19 and a second positioning groove 36 arranged at the outer side of the second support bracket 22, and the silica gel belt 32 is arranged at the inner side of the double-layer belt body 31. The width of the protective belt structure is convenient to adjust so as to adapt to patients with different neck lengths.
The silicone strip 32 is provided with a plurality of curved strip-shaped cavities therein. The strip-shaped cavity increases the elastic space of the silica gel band, and is favorable for the fitting of the cold compress band and the neck of a patient.
The semiconductor refrigerator 5 comprises a refrigerator shell 37, semiconductor refrigeration sheets 38 and heat exchange sheets 40 with serpentine grooves 39, wherein the semiconductor refrigeration sheets 38 and the heat exchange sheets 40 are installed in the refrigerator shell 37, the heat exchange sheets 40 are fixedly installed on the cold end faces of the semiconductor refrigeration sheets 38, and two ends of each heat exchange sheet 40, which are located on the serpentine grooves 39, are fixedly connected with connecting pipes 41 which are located at two ends of the serpentine grooves 39 respectively.
The cold compress belt 4 comprises a hollow bag body 42 with a containing cavity and a cold compress agent contained in the hollow bag body 42, and two water nozzles 43 used for being connected with the water pipe 13 are arranged on the outer side of the hollow bag body 42.
The controller comprises a PCB, a microprocessor and a multi-path relay module, wherein the microprocessor and the multi-path relay module are both arranged on the PCB, and the multi-path relay module is respectively connected with the semiconductor refrigerator, the micro circulating water pump, the first micro circulating air pump and the second micro circulating air pump.

The utility model provides a thyroid gland postoperative neck nursing device which characterized in that: the device comprises a first support ring, a second support ring, a protective belt, a cold application belt, a semiconductor refrigerator, a micro circulating water pump, a rechargeable battery, a controller, a first micro circulating air pump and a second micro circulating air pump, wherein the first support ring and the second support ring are connected through a lifting mechanism, two tail ends of the protective belt are connected through a magic tape, the protective belt is enclosed between the first support ring and the second support ring, the cold application belt is adhered to the inner side of the protective belt, and the cold application belt, the micro circulating water pump and the semiconductor refrigerator are communicated into a circulating liquid flow channel through water pipes; the inner sides of the first support ring and the second support ring are respectively provided with 2N inflatable air bags, N spaced air bags on the inner side of the first support ring are communicated through a first air pipe, the rest N spaced air bags on the inner side of the first support ring are communicated through a second air pipe, N spaced air bags on the inner side of the second support ring are communicated through a third air pipe, the rest N spaced air bags on the inner side of the second support ring are communicated through a fourth air pipe, two interfaces of the first miniature circulating air pump are respectively connected with the first air pipe and the third air pipe, and two interfaces of the second miniature circulating air pump are respectively connected with the second air pipe and the fourth air pipe; the controller respectively controls the semiconductor refrigerator, the miniature circulating water pump, the first miniature circulating air pump and the second miniature circulating air pump, and the rechargeable battery respectively supplies power to the controller, the semiconductor refrigerator, the miniature circulating water pump, the first miniature circulating air pump and the second miniature circulating air pump.
