Abstract

本发明提供一种关节假体,包括肱骨头假体、空心螺钉和垫片,其中所述肱骨头假体设有突出部,所述突出部设有贯穿螺钉孔,所述空心螺钉通过垫片压在骨质表面,且所述空心螺钉穿过所述骨头与所述螺钉孔配合。反向的空心螺钉与肱骨头连接后,施加一个下拉的力,致使肱骨头紧贴肱骨近端表面,防止后期脱落。透过配用垫片与肱骨头螺纹连接,将肱骨头牢牢压紧在肱骨近端表面,降低肱骨头脱落风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是一种关节假体。
背景技术
目前针对骨性关节炎的患者,经常进行表面肩关节置换,假体组成一般为覆盖于肱骨表面的额肱骨头与植入肱骨近端髓腔的髓针组成。植入髓腔的髓针一般分为骨水泥型和生物型假体,骨水泥型需采用骨水泥粘合固定,生物型髓针一般表面为钛粉涂层。
骨水泥型髓针适合骨质疏松的患者,生物型髓针适合骨质良好的患者。但是作为初次置换手术,骨水泥型假体并不适用,髓腔中的骨水泥在翻修手术中不容易清理;并且生物型髓针植入髓腔之后,肱骨近端皮质骨层可以与钛粉结合牢固,但是下层的松质骨钛粉的长入效果并不是很好,再往下层基本为中空状态,后期的稳固性仅仅靠近端的皮质骨层接触,牢固性较差。
因此,当下急需一种牢固性高的关节假体。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种关节假体,包括肱骨头假体、空心螺钉和垫片,其中所述肱骨头假体设有突出部,所述突出部设有贯螺钉孔,所述空心螺钉通过垫片压在骨质表面,且所述空心螺钉穿过所述骨头与所述螺钉孔配合。
进一步的,所述螺钉孔贯穿整个肱骨头假体。
进一步的,所述垫片面向骨质一侧设有锥形尖角,可以将垫片进行一个比较好的固定;
进一步的,所述肱骨头假体为半球形,且具有向球心凸出的突出部;
进一步的,所述肱骨头假体与所述突出部一体成型。
进一步的,所述肱骨头假体与所述突出部材质均为钛合金。
该关节假体的使用方法:
首先使用克氏针进行打孔定位,穿透肱骨近端,肱骨头顺着克氏针定位方向覆盖于肱骨近端表面。体外进行空心螺钉及配用垫片组装,然后将空心螺钉在肱骨近端对侧沿着之前打入的克氏针拧入与肩关节假体形成锁定,最后取出克氏针。
本关节假体的优点在于:反向的空心螺钉与肱骨头连接后,施加一个下拉的力,致使肱骨头紧贴肱骨近端表面,防止后期脱落。透过配用垫片与肱骨头螺纹连接,将肱骨头牢牢压紧在肱骨近端表面,降低肱骨头脱落风险。

为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的一种关节假体作进一步的详细描述。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种关节假体,包括肱骨头假体1、、空心螺钉2和垫片3,其中所述肱骨头假体1设有突出部4,所述突出部4设有贯螺钉孔,所述空心螺钉通过垫片3压在骨质表面,且所述空心螺钉2穿过所述骨头与所述螺钉孔配合。所述螺钉孔贯穿整个肱骨头假体。所述垫片3面向骨质一侧设有锥形尖角,可以将垫片进行一个比较好的固定;
其中一个实施例给出:所述肱骨头假体为半球形,且具有向球心凸出的突出部;
所述肱骨头假体与所述突出部一体成型。所述肱骨头假体与所述突出部材质均为钛合金。
该关节假体的使用方法:

1.一种关节假体,其特征在于:包括肱骨头假体、空心螺钉和垫片,其中所述肱骨头假体设有突出部,所述突出部设有贯穿螺钉孔,所述空心螺钉通过垫片压在骨质表面,且所述空心螺钉穿过所述骨头与所述螺钉孔配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种关节假体,其特征在于:所述螺钉孔贯穿整个肱骨头假体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种关节假体,其特征在于:所述垫片面向骨质一侧设有锥形尖角,可以将垫片进行一个比较好的固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种关节假体,其特征在于:所述肱骨头假体为半球形,且具有向球心凸出的突出部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种关节假体,其特征在于:所述肱骨头假体与所述突出部一体成型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种关节假体,其特征在于:所述肱骨头假体与所述突出部材质均为钛合金。
