Claims (8)

1. The flail external chest fixing device is characterized by comprising a supporting plate, a clamping mechanism, a positioning mechanism and an adjusting mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism is arranged on the supporting plate and used for fixing the supporting plate on the back of a patient;
the adjusting mechanism is slidably arranged at one free end of the positioning mechanism and comprises an adjusting arc plate, a control piece, an adjusting shaft and an adjusting belt, the adjusting arc plate is provided with a first adjusting groove along the circumferential arc direction, the adjusting arc plate is sleeved at the outer side of the free end of the positioning mechanism through the first adjusting groove in a sliding manner, the adjusting arc plate can slide on the positioning mechanism relatively, a partition plate is arranged in the first adjusting groove and divides the first adjusting groove into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, adjusting holes are formed in two opposite sides of the adjusting arc plate and are positioned in the lower cavity of the first adjusting groove, two ends of the adjusting shaft are rotatably arranged in the two adjusting holes respectively, the control piece is fixedly connected with one side face of the adjusting arc plate, the positioning rod is provided with a first positioning groove along the length direction, and the adjusting belt is positioned in the lower cavity of the first adjusting groove, and one end of the adjusting belt is wound on the control piece by passing through the end of the first adjusting groove lower cavity by the adjusting shaft, and the other end of the adjusting belt passes through the first positioning groove and then is fixedly connected to the rib clamp.

A flail external chest fixation device as defined in claim 1 wherein: the control piece comprises a control frame and a first control shaft, first control holes are formed in two opposite sides of the control frame, two ends of the first control shaft are rotatably arranged in the two first control holes respectively, one end of the first control shaft penetrates through the first control holes to extend to the outer side of the control frame, and one end, far away from the rib clamping forceps, of the adjusting belt is wound on the first control shaft.

A flail external chest fixation device as defined in claim 2 wherein: the control piece further comprises a second control shaft, a first control helical gear and a second control helical gear, wherein second control holes are formed in two opposite sides of the control frame and are arranged below the first control hole at intervals in the vertical direction, two ends of the second control shaft are respectively rotatably arranged in the two second control holes, two ends of the second control shaft penetrate through the second control holes and extend to the outer side of the control frame, the first control helical gear is sleeved on the first control shaft, the second control helical gear is sleeved on the second control shaft, and the first control helical gear is meshed with the second control helical gear.

A flail external chest fixation device as defined in claim 3 wherein: the control piece still includes the spacing ring, the one end that the second control shaft is located the control frame outside is equipped with the external screw thread, the spacing ring medial surface is equipped with the internal thread, the threaded end and the threaded connection of second control shaft are established to the spacing ring cover.

A flail external chest fixation device as defined in claim 4 wherein: the one end that first control axis lies in the control frame outside is equipped with first control button, the one end that spacing ring was kept away from to the second control axis is equipped with the second control button, first control button with the second control button lies in same one side of control frame.

A flail external chest fixation device as defined in claim 1 wherein: the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping frame and two clamping claws, the clamping frame is of a U-shaped structure, the clamping frame is arranged at the top of the supporting plate, the two clamping claws are respectively arranged on two sides of the opening end of the clamping frame, and the clamping claws are used for clamping and fixing the shoulders of a patient.

A flail external chest fixation device as defined in claim 1 wherein: the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning plate, a positioning screw and a positioning rod, a plurality of first threaded holes are formed in the supporting plate along the length direction, second threaded holes are formed in the positioning plate, the positioning screw penetrates through the second threaded holes to be screwed into the first threaded holes to fix the positioning plate in the supporting plate, the positioning rod is of an arc-shaped structure, the middle of the positioning rod is arranged on the positioning plate, the two ends of the positioning rod are free ends, and the free ends of the positioning rod are connected with the adjusting arc plate in a sliding mode.
8. The flail external chest fixation device as recited in claim 7 wherein: the number of the positioning mechanisms is multiple, the positioning mechanisms are arranged on the supporting plate in parallel, and two free ends of each positioning mechanism are provided with adjusting mechanisms.
