Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning, and particularly relates to a steam cleaner and a cleaning system, wherein the steam cleaner comprises a main body, a closed water storage tank, a heating device and a steam valve, wherein the main body is provided with a cleaning part which is used for being in contact with a surface to be cleaned; the closed water storage tank is arranged on the main body and is communicated with the cleaning part through a steam pipeline; the heating device is connected with the closed water storage tank and used for heating water in the closed water storage tank and improving air pressure in the closed water storage tank; the steam valve is arranged on the steam pipeline. The steam cleaner provided by the invention can generate steam by utilizing the difference of the boiling points of water caused by the pressure difference between the air pressure in the closed water storage tank and the external atmospheric pressure under the condition that the power supply is not connected, thereby avoiding the interference of a power line, improving the use convenience of the steam cleaner and solving the problem of poor use convenience of the existing steam cleaner.

Along with social development, the living standard of people is gradually improved, the cleaning requirement of people on the household environment is higher and higher, the requirements of people are not met by traditional cleaning electric appliances such as dust collectors, and some equipment utilizing high-temperature steam for assisting cleaning are loved by users due to better cleaning effect.
The conventional steam cleaner requires a fast instantaneous heating rate when generating sufficient steam, so that the operating power and current are large, and it is difficult for a battery separately provided at the steam cleaner to support the excessive power, so that the conventional steam cleaner needs to be operated while being connected to an external power source, and a power cord affects convenience of a user when using the steam cleaner.

the heating device is connected with the closed water storage tank and used for heating water in the closed water storage tank and improving air pressure in the closed water storage tank;
the steam valve is arranged on the steam pipeline.
According to the steam cleaner provided by the embodiment of the invention, the closed water storage tank is arranged to store liquid water, the heating device is utilized to heat the closed water storage tank, so that the temperature of the water in the closed water storage tank is gradually increased, the air pressure in the closed water storage tank is also gradually increased, the boiling point of the water is gradually increased along with the increase of the air pressure, and the water is not boiled when the temperature of the water in the closed water storage tank is higher than 100 ℃; after a steam valve between the closed water storage tank and the cleaning part is opened, because the external atmospheric pressure is less than the air pressure of the closed water storage tank, water is boiled and gasified rapidly in the flowing process, namely, the water can be changed into steam rapidly, and therefore steam cleaning of the surface to be cleaned is achieved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides a steam cleaner 100, the steam cleaner 100 including a main body 10, a closed water storage tank 20, a heating device 30, and a steam valve 50, the main body 10 being provided with a cleaning part 11 for contacting a surface to be cleaned; the closed water storage tank 20 is arranged on the main body 10 and communicated with the cleaning part 11 through a steam pipeline 40; the heating device 30 is connected with the closed water storage tank 20, and the heating device 30 is used for heating water in the closed water storage tank 20 and increasing air pressure in the closed water storage tank 20; the steam valve 50 is provided on the steam pipe 40.
According to the steam cleaner 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the closed water storage tank 20 is arranged to store liquid water, and the heating device 30 is used for heating the water in the closed water storage tank 20, so that the temperature of the water in the closed water storage tank 20 is gradually increased, meanwhile, because part of the water is gasified, the air pressure in the closed water storage tank 20 is also gradually increased, the boiling point of the water is gradually increased along with the increase of the air pressure, and when the temperature of the water in the closed water storage tank 20 reaches 100 ℃, the water is not boiled; therefore, after the steam valve 50 between the closed water storage tank 20 and the cleaning part 11 is opened, the external atmospheric pressure is lower than the air pressure of the closed water storage tank 20, and the water is rapidly boiled and gasified due to the reduction of the boiling point in the outflow process, that is, the water can be rapidly changed into steam, so that the steam cleaning of the surface to be cleaned is realized.
It should be noted that the steam cleaner 100 of the present embodiment may be provided with only a power cord for connecting with an external power source, only a battery such as a storage battery, or both a battery and a power cord, that is, the heating device 30 may be connected with an external power source or a self-provided battery when operating.
For example, before the steam cleaner 100 of the present embodiment is used, normal temperature water or hot water with a certain temperature may be injected into the closed water storage tank 20, then an external power source is turned on, the water in the closed water storage tank 20 is heated by the heating device 30, and a temperature threshold greater than 100 ℃, such as 105 ℃, 110 ℃ or 115 ℃, is set, and when the temperature of the water reaches the temperature threshold, the power source is turned off, and the air pressure inside the closed water storage tank 20 is higher than the external atmospheric pressure; when using steam cleaner 100 to clean, open steam valve 50 and can produce steam, from this, steam cleaner 100 that this embodiment provided can utilize the boiling point difference of the water that the internal and external pressure difference leads to produce steam under the condition of not being switched on the power, has avoided the interference of power cord, has improved the convenience of use, has solved the poor problem of current steam cleaner 100 convenience of use.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment, the closed water storage tank 20 is mounted on the main body 10, for example, the closed water storage tank 20 may be detachably connected to the main body 10, and further, the closed water storage tank 20 may be connected to the main body 10 by screws or bolts, so as to improve the reliability of the connection with the main body 10.
In this embodiment, the main body 10 includes a cleaning portion 11, the cleaning portion 11 cleans an object to be cleaned by using steam, in some embodiments of the present invention, the main body 10 further includes a handheld rod 12, a housing 13 and a connecting rod 14, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, wherein a bottom end of the connecting rod 14 is connected to the cleaning portion 11, and another end of the connecting rod 14 is connected to the housing 13, that is, the housing 13 is connected between the handheld rod 12 and the connecting rod 14, the handheld rod 12 is used for being held by a user to push the steam cleaner 100, and on the basis, the closed water storage tank 20 is disposed on the housing 13.
Illustratively, the closed water storage tank 20 may be connected to the outside of the housing 13, may be completely disposed in the housing 13, or may partially extend into the housing 13, as shown in fig. 2, the housing 13 includes a left portion and a right portion, the left portion and the right portion may be connected by bolts or screws to form the housing 13, and on this basis, the closed water storage tank 20 may be installed in the housing 13.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the housing 13 has a cavity inside, and one end of the closed water storage tank 20 connected with the steam pipe 40 extends into the cavity, and specifically, the closed water storage tank 20 may be connected with the housing 13 by bolts or screws, so as to ensure the reliability of the connection with the housing 13. In addition, the shell 13 can be an openable shell 13, which is convenient for taking and placing the closed water storage tank 20; or the closed water storage tank 20 may be fixedly coupled to the housing 13.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, an air path 141 for circulating steam is provided inside the connecting rod 14, and on the basis of the above embodiments, a steam pipe 40 is provided between the sealed water storage tank 20 and the cleaning part 11, and steam generated by the sealed water storage tank 20 is conveyed to the cleaning part 11 through the steam pipe 40, so that in this embodiment, by providing the air path 141 inside the connecting rod 14, steam flowing out from the steam pipe 40 can flow to the cleaning part 11 through the air path 141, or the steam pipe 40 can extend to the cleaning part 11 through the air path 141.
The steam pipe 40 may be disposed at the top, side, or bottom of the closed water storage tank 20, and in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to facilitate the steam in the steam pipe 40 to flow to the cleaning part 11, the steam pipe 40 is disposed at the bottom of the closed water storage tank 20, as shown in fig. 3, an opening is disposed at the bottom of the closed water storage tank 20, the steam pipe 40 is communicated with the opening, and further, a sealing member may be disposed at the opening to ensure a sealing effect of the closed water storage tank 20.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, one end of the steam pipe 40 is connected to the bottom of the sealed water storage tank 20, and the other end of the steam pipe extends into the connecting rod 14, i.e. into the air path 141 of the connecting rod 14, so that when the steam valve 50 connected to the steam pipe 40 is opened, the steam flows through the steam pipe 40 and the air path 141 and then flows to the cleaning part 11.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the closed water storage tank 20 is configured as a heat preservation tank, and particularly, a heat preservation tank with high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance may be selected. According to the above embodiment, the steam cleaner 100 provided in this embodiment heats the water in the closed water storage tank 20 by using the heating device 30, and after the set temperature is reached, the steam cleaner 100 can generate steam by opening the steam valve 50 without connecting the power supply and utilizing the difference in the boiling point of the water caused by the difference in the internal and external pressures, so as to understand that, in this embodiment, the closed water storage tank 20 is set to be high temperature and high pressure resistant, so as to further ensure the reliability of the closed water storage tank 20 in the heating process, and the closed water storage tank 20 is set to be a heat preservation tank, so as to further ensure that the water inside the heat preservation tank is in the set temperature state for a long time after being disconnected from the power supply, so that steam can be continuously generated after the steam valve 50 is.
The heating device 30 may be disposed outside the closed water storage tank 20 or may be disposed inside the closed water storage tank 20. In addition to the above-described embodiment, when the closed water storage tank 20 is provided as a heat-insulating tank resistant to high temperature and high pressure, it can be understood that the heating device 30 is provided inside the closed water storage tank 20 in order to secure a heating effect.
Specifically, the heating device 30 is used for directly heating the water inside the closed water storage tank 20, in some embodiments of the present invention, the heating device 30 may be configured as an electric water heater, which is installed in the closed water storage tank 20 and directly heats the water after being powered on; as shown in fig. 2, the heating device 30 may be provided as a rectangular plate-shaped heat generating member, and the heating device 30 is provided in the closed water storage tank 20 to uniformly heat the water in the closed water storage tank 20. In other embodiments of the invention, the heating device 30 may be provided as a heating device 30 similar in principle to an induction cooker.
Specifically, the heating device 30 includes a metal heating element and a coil for heating the metal heating element, the metal heating element is disposed in the closed water storage tank 20 and is in direct contact with water, the coil is disposed outside the closed water storage tank 20 and close to the metal heating element, for example, the coil may be mounted on an outer side wall of the closed water storage tank 20, and the metal heating element may be mounted on an inner side wall of the closed water storage tank 20; the metal heating piece can be set as an iron heating piece or a stainless steel heating piece, preferably a stainless steel heating piece, so that the possibility of corrosion can be reduced or avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, one or more heating devices 30 may be provided, for example, three metal heating elements may be provided in the closed water storage tank 20, and the three metal heating elements may be uniformly arranged along the height direction of the closed water storage tank 20, and correspondingly, three coils are correspondingly provided outside the closed water storage tank 20. After the coil is electrified, eddy current can be generated in the metal heating piece due to the electromagnetic induction principle, so that the metal heating piece gradually heats, and water is further heated. The heating mode can directly heat the water, and the heating efficiency is high.
Further, the steam valve 50 connected to the steam pipeline 40 may be configured as an on-off valve, specifically, may be configured as a manual valve or an electromagnetic valve, and is used for controlling on-off of the steam pipeline 40, that is, controlling outflow of steam; in addition, the steam valve 50 may also be configured as a flow control valve for controlling the flow rate of the steam, and it is understood that the flow control valve may reduce the flow rate of the steam to zero, i.e., may interrupt the steam flow. In some embodiments of the present invention, the steam valve 50 may include both an on-off valve and a flow control valve, so as to control the on-off of the steam pipeline 40 and the flow of steam, respectively, for the convenience of user operation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the steam cleaner 100 further includes a temperature detecting means disposed in the closed water storage tank 20 for detecting the temperature of the water in the closed water storage tank 20, and the temperature detecting means may be specifically configured as a temperature sensor. In addition, the steam cleaner 100 may be further provided with a pressure sensor for detecting the air pressure in the closed water storage tank 20 to ensure that the air pressure in the closed water storage tank 20 is higher than the atmospheric pressure before the steam cleaner 100 is used.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a cleaning system including the steam cleaner 100 proposed in any of the above embodiments, the cleaning system further including a cleaner maintenance base for maintaining the steam cleaner 100, illustratively, the cleaner maintenance base may be used to clean the cleaning part 11 of the steam cleaner 100 proposed in the above embodiments; it is also possible to inject normal temperature water into the steam cleaner 100, or to preheat the normal temperature water and then inject the water into the steam cleaner 100.
The cleaning system of the embodiment of the present invention has the same advantages as the steam cleaner 100 of any of the above embodiments, and thus, the detailed description thereof is omitted.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are also included in the scope of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. A steam cleaner, comprising:
a main body provided with a cleaning part for contacting with a surface to be cleaned;
the closed water storage tank is arranged on the main body and is communicated with the cleaning part through a steam pipeline;
the heating device is connected with the closed water storage tank and used for heating water in the closed water storage tank and improving air pressure in the closed water storage tank;
the steam valve is arranged on the steam pipeline.
2. The steam cleaner of claim 1, wherein the main body further includes a hand-held lever, a housing, and a connecting rod, the housing is connected between the hand-held lever and the connecting rod, an end of the connecting rod facing away from the housing is connected to the cleaning portion, and the closed water storage tank is disposed on the housing.
3. A steam cleaner according to claim 2, wherein the connecting rod is internally provided with a passage for steam to flow through.
4. A steam cleaner according to claim 3 wherein one end of the steam conduit is connected to the bottom of the closed water storage tank and the other end extends into the air path.
5. A steam cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the closed water storage tank is provided as a thermal insulation tank.
6. The steam cleaner according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the heating means includes a metal heat generating member provided in the closed water storage tank and a coil for generating heat from the metal heat generating member, the coil being provided outside the closed water storage tank.
7. A steam cleaner according to claim 1 or 5 wherein the heating means is provided as an electric water heater mounted in the closed water storage tank.
8. A steam cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the steam valve comprises an on-off valve and/or a flow control valve.
9. The steam cleaner of claim 1, further comprising a temperature sensing device disposed in the closed water storage tank.
10. A cleaning system comprising a steam cleaner according to any of claims 1 to 9.
