step four, when the cup cover (3) is used for drinking the hydrogen-rich water, the cup cover (3) can be loosened, and the hydrogen-rich water in the hydrogen-rich water generator (13) can be completely drunk in a short time; the hydrogen-enriched water can be continuously and slowly sucked from the hydrogen-enriched water generator (13) through the suction pipe (15) without loosening the cup cover (3).

The method of generating hydrogen-rich water in an electrodeless hydrogen-rich cup as recited in claim 4, wherein: the second step further comprises: when hydrogen is needed to be supplemented when hydrogen in the hydrogen bag (12) is insufficient, water is filled into the communicating pipe (2), the cup cover (3) is screwed down, an external hydrogen source is connected into the suction nozzle (4) to add hydrogen into the communicating pipe (2), the hydrogen enters the hose (6) through the air outlet (5), and finally enters the hydrogen bag (12) from the vent hole (9) through the first one-way valve (10) until the hydrogen bag (12) is full, and the external hydrogen source can be removed from the suction nozzle (4).
6. The method of generating hydrogen-rich water in an electrodeless hydrogen-rich cup as recited in claim 4, wherein: the fourth step also comprises the following steps:
a. if the cup cover (3) is loosened to use the hydrogen-rich water, when the cup cover is used again, the cup cover (3) is screwed down only by filling the water into the hydrogen-rich water generator (13) through the communicating pipe (2), and the drinks such as the hydrogen-rich water, the hydrogen-rich tea, the coffee, the milk and the like can be conveniently used by repeating the step three;
b. if the suction pipe (15) is adopted for sucking, water needs to be injected into the communicating pipe (2) through the suction nozzle (4) by using an external water pump or an external injector, and hydrogen in the hydrogen-enriched water generator (13) is pressed into the hydrogen bag (12) for recycling until the water is full.
