Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to a water circulation layered finless eel culture system and a water circulation layered finless eel culture method.
Background
The finless eel is also named as a Changbai eel, belongs to the order of gill-union, gill-union fish and genus of finless eel, is a subtropical freshwater fish, and is also one of the famous and high-quality freshwater economic fishes greatly popularized and cultured in China. The finless eel is tender and delicious, has high nutritional and medicinal values, and is one of the rare high-quality freshwater fishes which are in short supply. According to statistics, the annual demand of the ricefield eels in domestic markets in China is nearly 300 ten thousand tons, and the yield of the artificially cultured ricefield eels in China in 2019 is only 30 ten thousand tons and only accounts for about 10% of the annual demand, so that the artificial ricefield eels culture has very wide market prospect at present.
However, the most main mode for artificially culturing the finless eels is cage culture at present, and because high-protein feed or minced fillet needs to be fed in the finless eel culture process, the exchange between the water body in the cage and the pond water body is relatively slow, the serious pollution of the culture water body is easily caused, the morbidity and even death of the finless eels are caused, and huge economic loss is caused to culturists, so that the problems of single culture mode and serious water body pollution exist even though the finless eel cage culture in China forms a large scale, and the problems restrict the development of the finless eel culture industry in China.

10. The finless eel farming method based on the water circulation layering farming system as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following steps:
s1: purchasing healthy and alive eel fries at the bottom of 4 months to the beginning of 6 months, wherein the standard is 25-30/jin, temporarily culturing in a greenhouse, sterilizing by povidone iodine and/or thioether sand before temporarily culturing, resisting stress by using anti-excitant and liver relaxing, preventing common cold by using Ganmaoling granules, not feeding during temporarily culturing, and timely fishing out dead eel fries;
s2: the method comprises the following steps of erecting a water circulation layered eel culture system, placing a proper amount of eel nests and black plastic bags in each culture cavity (4) of a culture tank (1) for resting and shading finless eels, and simultaneously adding a proper amount of water into the culture tank (1) and a water tank (7);
s3: at the bottom of 6 months to the beginning of 7 months, the eel seedlings are transferred into a culture tank (1) for culture, and the stocking density is 3-5 jin/m2Meanwhile, a proper amount of the lion is put in, and then the water pump (14) is started to enable the water in the culture tank (1) and the water in the water tank (7) to form circulation, so that the water in the culture tank (1) is kept clean;
s4: opening with water earthworms and/or earthworms after eel fries are bred, gradually adding minced fillet after one week, gradually reducing the using amount of the water earthworms and/or earthworms, stopping feeding the water earthworms and/or earthworms after another week, gradually adding compound feed into the minced fillet until the ratio of the minced fillet to the compound feed is 1:1, and gradually increasing the feeding amount by 5-6% after stable feeding;
s5: during the culture process, the residual bait is cleaned every day, and one or more of nitrobacteria, bacillus and lactic acid bacteria are added into the bacteria culture cavity (9) of the water circulation module every other week in the feeding period, so that the water quality is improved, and the physique of the finless eel is enhanced.
