Background

A controller comprising an appliance box; characterized in that the electrical box is the electrical box of any one of the claims 1 to 5; the controller comprises a PCB board (3); a cavity is arranged in the electrical appliance box body (2); a PCB clamping groove (12) is formed in the inner side face of the cover plate (1); the PCB (3) is arranged in the cavity, and one end of the PCB (3) is clamped on the PCB clamping groove (12).

The controller of claim 7, further comprising a PCB connector (32); the other side surface of the electrical box body (2) is provided with the connector opening (26); the PCB connector (32) is arranged in the cavity and protrudes out of the connector opening (26); the other end of the PCB (3) is connected to the PCB connector (32).
9. A controller according to claim 8, characterized in that the PCB connector (32) is mounted inside the connector opening of a cavity of an appliance box (1); connector screw through holes (24) are respectively formed in the periphery of the connector opening (26), and PCB connector threaded holes (31) are respectively formed in the periphery of the PCB connector (32); the PCB connector (32) is arranged on the front side surface of the electrical box body (2) through a connector screw (25); the connector screw (25) passes through the connector screw through hole (24) and is fixed in the PCB connector threaded hole (31).
10. The controller of claim 8, wherein the PCB connector (32) is provided with a mounting bracket around its periphery, and the connector screw through holes (24) are provided around the mounting bracket; a PCB connector sealing ring (33) is arranged between the mounting frame and the inner wall of the front side surface of the electrical box body (2); and one side of the PCB connector (32) protruding out of the connector opening (26) is provided with a wiring terminal.
11. A control according to any of claims 7 to 10, wherein the control is used in an ECAS pneumatic system of a motor vehicle and causes the cover plate (1) to convect with high pressure air exiting the ECAS pneumatic system.
12. An ECAS pneumatic system comprising a controller, wherein the controller is as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 11; the controller is arranged at a pneumatic pipeline of the ECAS pneumatic system, and the cover plate (1) faces an exhaust port of the pneumatic pipeline and forms convection with high-pressure air of the pneumatic pipeline.
