The identification management in the step S2 includes the steps of:
when the picture uploaded by the user is detected, the image recognition engine confirms the position of a reference area in the uploaded picture according to the custom template;
extracting position information of an identification area 2 from a reference area 1, wherein the position information of the identification area 2 is content information of the reference area 1, and the content information of the reference area 1 is coordinate information of a boundary point of the identification area 2 in a rectangular coordinate system;
extracting coordinate information of the position of the identification area 2, and performing linear connection according to the sequence of coordinate points to form a closed area, wherein the position of the identification area 2 is the closed area formed by the linear connection of the coordinate points according to the sequence;
and extracting the certificate structural information of the identification area 2 according to the position of the identification area 2, wherein the certificate structural information of the identification area 2 comprises the certificate structural information including transaction time, transaction amount, transaction type, payer, payee and remark information.
The step 3 further comprises: changing debt source comparison rules, account comparison rules and account flow comparison rules;
the debt source comparison rule provides that debt repayment information filled by the user is compared with certificate structured data, the comparison content comprises transaction time, transaction amount, transaction type, a payer, a payee and remark information, if one or more of the transaction time, the transaction amount, the transaction type, the payer, the payee and the remark information are inconsistent, the debt repayment information is displayed to the user in a comparison alarm mode, and the debt repayment information of an abnormal part is deducted;
the account comparison rule stipulates that a platform uniformly uses codes and bank account numbers as references, and compares account information provided by a bank with account information reported by a first debt comprehensive supervision platform, wherein the account information comprises an account user name and an account password, and if one or more of the account user name and the account password are inconsistent in comparison, the account user name and the account password are displayed to a user in an abnormal comparison alarm mode;
the account flow comparison rule starts from daily fund inflow of an account, the printing relation between each flow amount, property of a payer and debt data of the first debt comprehensive monitoring platform is analyzed, the printing relation comprises printing of transaction time, transaction amount, transaction type, payer, payee and remark information, if one or more of the transaction time, the transaction amount, the transaction type, the payer, the payee and the remark information are inconsistent in comparison, the transaction amount is displayed to a user in a comparison alarm mode, if the transaction amount is inconsistent in comparison, the debt is judged to be wrongly reported, and if the corresponding printing data cannot be found in comparison, the debt is judged to be concealed.
As shown in fig. 4, the template includes a reference area 1, an identification area 2 and a customized area 3, the template establishes a rectangular coordinate system with a template center point O, the reference area 1 is a fixed-position invariant area in the rectangular coordinate system, the reference area 1 is provided with a plurality of grids, each grid is provided with a unique coordinate point, an abscissa and an ordinate of the coordinate point are separated by a comma, the last grid is a template ID, the template ID is used for determining the type of the template, the identification area 2 is a closed area formed by sequentially connecting grids in the reference area from left to right and from top to bottom, the identification area 2 is provided with transaction time, transaction amount, transaction type, payer, payee and remark information, and the customized area 3 can customize content and format according to needs.
The first embodiment is as follows:
after a user uploads a certificate picture, the image recognition engine detects that the certificate picture is uploaded successfully, the image recognition engine confirms the position of a reference area 1 in the uploaded picture according to a self-defined template, extracts position information (2, 1), (-1, 1), (-2, -2), (2, 1) of a recognition area 2 from the reference area 1 and template IDs (identities), forms a new sequence (2, 1), (-1, 1), (-2, -2), (2, -2) and (2, 1) of the position information of the recognition area 2 from left to right and from top to bottom in a grid, and forms a closed area by linear connection according to the coordinate information of the recognition area 2 in the reference area 1 and the sequence of the new sequence, wherein the closed area is the position of the recognition area 2, and the image recognition engine confirms the position of the closed area, extracting certificate structured data and template ID of the identification area 2, wherein the certificate structured data comprises transaction time, transaction type, transaction amount, payer, payee, remark information and the like, comparing debt repayment information filled by a user with the certificate structured data, deducting the debt amount of an abnormal part if abnormality occurs, displaying the abnormal information to the user in an alarm mode, displaying financial fund transfer sum of 500 ten thousand in the certificate structured information, wherein the debt repayment sum of 600 ten thousand is filled by the user, comparing to find that the financial fund transfer 600 filled by the user exceeds 500 ten thousand of actual fund transfer sum, and deducting 100 thousand from the latest repayment sum when the debt structured data is checked.

Claims (10)
1. A national financing platform supervision system based on comparison rules is characterized in that: the platform supervision system comprises a data service module, an image identification module, a data comparison module and a comparison abnormity alarm module, wherein the data service module is used for processing transaction data of each commercial bank system and a first debt comprehensive supervision platform, the image identification module is used for identifying and classifying voucher pictures uploaded by a user, the data comparison module is used for comparing the transaction data filled by each commercial bank system, the first debt comprehensive supervision platform and the user, and the comparison abnormity alarm module displays the abnormity generated according to the data comparison module to the user in an alarm mode.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the system comprises: the platform monitoring system data service module comprises a data collection submodule, a data preprocessing submodule, a data processing submodule and a data storage submodule, the data collection sub-module is used for collecting transaction data of each commercial bank system and the first debt comprehensive supervision platform, the data preprocessing submodule is internally provided with a data preprocessing area which provides the data processing submodule with transaction data acquired by the data collecting submodule, the data processing submodule comprises a data analysis unit, a data statistics unit and a data publishing unit, the data analysis unit is used for analyzing the transaction data provided by the preprocessing submodule, the data statistics unit is used for carrying out statistics on the transaction data occurring in a preset time period, the data publishing unit is used for publishing the statistical result or providing report downloading of the statistical result, and the data storage submodule is used for storing the transaction data processed by the data processing submodule.

The system according to claim 2, wherein the system comprises: the image recognition module of the platform monitoring system comprises a template management submodule, a recognition management submodule and a classification management submodule, the template management submodule comprises an uploading template unit, a frame selection reference field unit, a frame selection identification field unit and an issuing template unit, the uploading template unit is used for uploading a picture format to be identified as a template picture, the frame selection reference field unit is used for identifying a unit with a fixed position in the template, the unit with fixed position in the template is provided with the position information of the framing identification field unit, the frame selection identification field unit is used for identifying the certificate structured data in the template picture, the publishing template unit is used for publishing the self-defined template by each business bank and the first debt comprehensive supervision platform, the identification management submodule is used for identifying the structured data information of the voucher in the template, and the classification management submodule is used for classifying and managing the template.

The system according to claim 3, wherein the system comprises: the platform monitoring system data comparison module comprises a debt source comparison sub-module, an account comparison sub-module and an account flow comparison sub-module, wherein the debt source comparison sub-module compares the debt source with the debt according to a certificate and a contract, the comparison information comprises transaction time, transaction amount, transaction type, a payer, a payee and remark information, the debt amount is reduced according to a mode of from near to far, from the near to the far, the account comparison sub-module is used for comparing the account information provided by a bank with the account information reported by the platform, the account information comprises an account user name and an account password, the account flow comparison sub-module analyzes the evidence relation between each flow amount, property of the payer and platform debt information data according to daily fund inflow and outflow.

The system according to claim 4, wherein the system comprises: the platform monitoring system comparison abnormity alarm module comprises a debt source abnormity alarm submodule, a newly-added account alarm submodule and a suspected newly-added debt alarm submodule, wherein the debt source abnormity alarm submodule is used for displaying comparison abnormity information of the debt source comparison submodule to a user in an alarm mode, one or more of transaction time, transaction amount, transaction type, payer, payee and remark information in voucher structured data obtained by the image identification module are determined to be inconsistent according to debt repayment information filled by the user, the newly-added account alarm submodule is used for displaying account comparison abnormity information of the account comparison submodule to the user in an alarm mode, the account comparison abnormity information is determined according to account comparison inconsistency between account information provided by a bank and account information in the first debt comprehensive supervision platform, the suspected newly-added debt alarm sub-module is used for displaying the abnormal information of the account running water comparison sub-module to a user in an alarm mode, and the abnormal information of the account comparison is determined according to the inflow and outflow of the daily fund of the account and the inconsistency of one or more comparisons among the running amount of each time, the property of a payer and the debt information data of the first debt comprehensive supervision platform.
6. A nationwide financing platform supervision method based on comparison rules is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step S1: acquiring transaction data of each commercial bank system and the first debt comprehensive supervision platform, wherein the transaction data comprises transaction time, transaction amount, transaction type, payer, payee and remark information, and processing and analyzing the transaction data, and turning to step S2;
step S2: filling transaction data and uploading certificate pictures by a user, identifying the certificate pictures uploaded by the user through an image identification engine, acquiring certificate structural information of the user, processing and analyzing the certificate structural information, carrying out template management, identification management and classification management on the certificate pictures, and turning to step S3, wherein the transaction data and the certificate structural information filled by the user comprise transaction time, transaction amount, transaction type, payer, payee and remark information;
step S3: comparing the transaction data processed and analyzed in the step S1 with the certificate structured data processed and analyzed in the step S2, or comparing the transaction data filled by the user in the step S2 with the certificate structured information acquired through the image recognition engine, or comparing the transaction data acquired from the commercial bank in the step S1 with the transaction data acquired from the first debt comprehensive supervision platform, wherein the comparison contents all include transaction time, transaction amount, payer, payee and remark information, and then the step S4 is switched to;
step S4: if one or more of the transaction time, the transaction amount, the transaction type, the payer, the payee and the remark information are inconsistent in comparison in the step S3, the comparison result is displayed to the user in a comparison alarm mode.

The national financing platform supervision method based on comparison rules according to claim 6, characterized in that: the step S1 further includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining transaction data of each commercial bank system and a first debt comprehensive supervision platform in an application program interface mode, analyzing data of different transaction types, counting all transaction services occurring in a preset time period, storing data processing results, and publishing the counting results or providing report downloading of the counting results.

establishing a rectangular coordinate system by taking a template central point O as an origin for each commercial bank or a first debt comprehensive supervision platform template, and setting the positions and contents of a reference area, an identification area and a user-defined area according to requirements, wherein the position of the reference area is a fixed and unchangeable position in the template, and coordinate information of a boundary point of the identification area in the rectangular coordinate system is arranged in the reference area;
and releasing the template in the system after the template setting of each commercial bank or the first debt comprehensive supervision platform is completed.
9. The method for supervising a national financing platform based on a comparison rule as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the identification management in the step S2 includes the steps of:
when the picture uploaded by the user is detected, the image recognition engine confirms the position of a reference area in the uploaded picture according to the custom template;
extracting position information of an identification area from a reference area, wherein the position information of the identification area is information in the reference area, and the information in the reference area is coordinate information of a boundary point of the identification area in a rectangular coordinate system;
extracting coordinate information of the position of the identification area, and performing linear connection according to the sequence of the coordinate points to form a closed area, wherein the position of the identification area is the closed area formed by the linear connection of the coordinate points according to the sequence;
and extracting the certificate structural information of the identification area according to the position of the identification area, wherein the certificate structural information of the identification area comprises the certificate structural information including transaction time, transaction amount, transaction type, payer, payee and remark information.
10. The national financing platform supervision method based on comparison rules according to claim 9, characterized in that: the step 3 further comprises: changing debt source comparison rules, account comparison rules and account flow comparison rules;
