acquiring characteristic information of the target user; the type of the feature information of the target user is the same as that of the feature information in the feature information set;
and determining the corresponding resource quantity of the product after resource exemption based on a exemption strategy of the product in the resource exemption scene under the condition that the feature information of the target user is a subset of the feature information set.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that the characteristic information of the target user is a subset of the characteristic information set, acquiring a transaction mechanism of the product selected by the target user;
and determining the corresponding resource quantity of the product after resource exemption based on the exemption strategy of the product in the resource exemption scene under the condition that the resource exemption scene is applicable to the transaction mechanism.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the transaction facility comprises at least one of a bank headquarters, a primary branch, and a secondary branch.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that the characteristic information of the target user is a subset of the characteristic information set, acquiring a transaction channel of the product selected by the target user;
and determining the corresponding resource quantity of the product after resource exemption based on the exemption strategy of the product in the resource exemption scene under the condition that the resource exemption scene is applicable to the transaction channel.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the transaction channel comprises at least one of an online bank, an app, a WeChat public number, a Payment treasure Life number, a self-service terminal, and an applet.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the types of characteristic information include characteristic information for an identity dimension and characteristic information for an account dimension.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the characteristic information of the identity dimension comprises a user identification uniquely identifying the user identity; the characteristic information of the account dimension comprises an account number of the user.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the types of feature information in the feature information sets of different resource exemption scenario configurations are different.

The method according to claim 1, wherein in a case that the feature information of the target user is not a subset of the feature information set, if the product belongs to a preset specified product, determining a corresponding resource quantity of the product after resource exemption based on a exemption policy for the preset specified product.
10. An apparatus for determining the amount of resources, the apparatus comprising:

a determining module, configured to determine, based on a exemption policy of the product in the resource exemption scenario, a corresponding resource quantity of the product after resource exemption if the feature information of the target user is a subset of the feature information set.

A computer readable storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon that when executed perform: identifying a resource exemption scenario applicable to a product selected by a target user according to the product; the resource exemption scene is configured with a characteristic information set; the feature information set comprises feature information of a plurality of different users; acquiring characteristic information of the target user; the type of the feature information of the target user is the same as that of the feature information in the feature information set; and under the condition that the characteristic information of the target user is a subset of the characteristic information set, determining a resource quantity library corresponding to the product after resource exemption based on a exemption strategy of the product under the resource exemption scene.
