Claims (14)

1. A journey processing system for a net appointment vehicle, comprising: the system comprises a distributed processing engine Flink real-time computing platform, a liability assessment analysis platform and a customer service processing platform; wherein:
the Flink real-time computing platform is configured to monitor and acquire order schedule data reported by a passenger end and a driver end of the network appointment service in real time;
the responsibility judgment analysis platform is configured to perform statistical analysis on order travel data reported by a passenger end and a driver end in the same order travel to obtain a travel responsibility judgment analysis result of the same order travel and store the result in a warehouse;
and the customer service processing platform is configured to execute the objection processing according to the travel liability analysis result of the same order travel when a passenger end or a driver end initiates a travel objection request aiming at the same order travel.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the Flink real-time computing platform is further configured to issue commands to the passenger end and the driver end under each order trip through the Push service, so that the passenger end and the driver end start reporting the order trip data.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the Flink real-time computing platform is further configured to persist a trip trajectory and a trip status generated by the passenger-side and driver-side reporting of order trip data to the Hbase database.
4. The system according to claim 1, wherein the accountability analysis platform is specifically configured to extract order travel characteristic information from order travel data reported by a passenger end and a driver end of the same order travel; and carrying out accountability statistical analysis on the same order journey from at least one accountability analysis dimension according to the order journey characteristic information to obtain a journey accountability analysis result of the same order journey.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the order travel characteristic information comprises the following: basic characteristic information of drivers and passengers, characteristic information of passengers getting on or off the bus, characteristic information of work orders placed on order trips and characteristic of driver navigation tracks.
6. The system of claim 4, wherein the at least one disclaimer analysis dimension comprises: whether to charge an additional fee, whether the travel billing time is accurate, whether the driver's travel trajectory is reasonable, whether the driver refuses to take the travel order, the driver's service attitude, and the driver's in-vehicle environmental comfort.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the trip accountability analysis result comprises a trip accountability record, a trip accountability service track record and a trip accountability service in-vehicle record.
8. A method for processing a route of a network appointment vehicle, the method comprising:
the distributed processing engine Flink real-time computing platform monitors and acquires order schedule data reported by a passenger end and a driver end of the network appointment service in real time;
the responsibility judgment analysis platform is used for carrying out statistical analysis on order travel data reported by a passenger end and a driver end in the same order travel to obtain a travel responsibility judgment analysis result of the same order travel and storing the result in a warehouse;
and the customer service processing platform executes the objection processing according to the travel liability analysis result of the same order travel when the passenger end or the driver end initiates a travel objection request aiming at the same order travel.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
and the Flink real-time computing platform issues commands to a passenger end and a driver end under each order journey through a Push service so that the passenger end and the driver end start to report order journey data.
10. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
and the Flink real-time computing platform enables a travel track and a travel state generated by reporting order travel data by a passenger side and a driver side to be persistent to an Hbase database.
11. The method according to claim 8, wherein the statistical analysis of the order itinerary data reported by the passenger side and the driver side of the same order itinerary to obtain the itinerary liability assessment analysis result of the same order itinerary comprises:
order journey characteristic information is extracted from order journey data reported by a passenger end and a driver end in the same order journey; and carrying out accountability statistical analysis on the same order journey from at least one accountability analysis dimension according to the order journey characteristic information to obtain a journey accountability analysis result of the same order journey.

The method of claim 11, wherein the order travel characteristic information comprises the following: basic characteristic information of drivers and passengers, characteristic information of passengers getting on or off the bus, characteristic information of work orders placed on order trips and characteristic of driver navigation tracks.
