When newly added properties to be inspected, property assessment objects or property inspection flows need to be modified, an administrator correspondingly modifies related property inspection project configuration parameters and property inspection flow configuration parameters through the property inspection control management module according to the requirements and stores the modified related property inspection project configuration parameters and property inspection flow configuration parameters into a property inspection attribute configuration storage table; the property inspection working module can read the data of the property inspection model attribute configuration table in real time to adjust and control the property working process in real time when an inspector initiates an inspection process, and code development does not need to be carried out again according to the requirements. And messages requiring real-time notification to property check worker modules may be notified via a message bus (e.g., kafka).
1. Property inspection rule configuration module (namely property inspection item configuration parameter acquisition module and assessment object increase and decrease module)
The embodiment of the invention can configure the checking objects of property checking and the property checking items of different checking objects in the property, and check the generation rule of the document number (namely the parameter of the document number of the checking document), the deduction rule (belonging to the evaluation standard), the checking range (belonging to the evaluation standard) and the scoring proportion (belonging to the evaluation standard) of the checking rule.
When an administrator needs to create a new property check rule or modify an existing check rule, the configuration items can be newly added or modified in the property check control management module, and the data of the property check configuration storage table is read during subsequent check list generation, check process, system automatic counting and other processes through the property check working module to adapt to the new requirements of the administrator so as to support the diversity of property check scenes.
2. Property inspection process configuration (namely property inspection process configuration parameter acquisition module and sequence modification module)
In the embodiment of the invention, an administrator can dynamically manage and configure the property inspection process nodes (which belong to property inspection process configuration parameters), for example, a node for two-level rechecking is added on the basis of the original one-level property inspection result auditing node. These configurable nodes may bind certain rules to decide the next flow direction. Therefore, flexible assembly of services in the process can be realized through configuration of the process nodes.
3. Property inspection list configuration (namely, a property inspection file generation module)
The embodiment of the invention can store the field mode of the property checking list through the Redis type NoSql database (namely, the property checking item configuration parameters and the property checking process configuration parameters are set in the form of the field mode). When the administrator changes the detail fields (also referred to as property inspection item configuration parameters and property inspection flow configuration parameters) of the property inspection ticket through the property inspection control management module, the value of the field mode of the corresponding inspection ticket in the redis can be directly updated. In the subsequent property checking process, the field mode of the latest checking list in the redis can be read, and then the field mode is displayed to a front-end page.
The checking list can be filled in subsequently according to the new field requirement, and for the subsequent flexibly expanded field information, the property checking work module is stored in an Oracle database in an xml format, so that the work of heavy code development caused by the need of modifying the structure of the checking list in Oracle in the prior art is avoided.
4. Real-time parameter instant refresh
For parameters needing real-time adjustment (namely adjusting property inspection project configuration parameters and property inspection process configuration parameters), for example, after a property inspection working module initializes an assessment period to serve as a period parameter of an automatic comprehensive scoring task, the subsequent change of the parameter needs to be refreshed in an active notification mode.
For example, in a comprehensive scoring scenario, scoring is automatically performed according to the details of the examination results within each examination cycle once the examination cycle is completed. When the checking period is changed, the system can be required to be triggered to automatically score. The check period may belong to a parameter with high real-time requirements.
In the above example, the property check control management module may be configured by using a C/S architecture, the front end uses an Vue framework, the back end uses a springbook service framework, the development language may be Java, and the DB used by the property check configuration storage table (i.e., a property check file) and the business data (i.e., the property check project configuration parameters and the property check process configuration parameters) is Oracle 12C. Relying on both redis and Kafka middleware. In the embodiment, a property inspection control management module is independently established by abstracting and analyzing a service attribute model of property inspection, so that the configuration of dynamic parameter data in a large range can be supported, and the application universality is improved.
In the above example, the embodiment of the invention can improve the universality of the property check function while realizing automatic management of the property check in the intelligent park property platform. By supporting the dynamic custom expansion of the key parameters and attributes of the functional module, certain personalized requirements can be met under the condition of not changing system codes.
Of course, it is understood that other variations of the above detailed flow can be made, and all such variations are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the property checking and analyzing method of the intelligent park is realized when the processor executes the computer program.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program for executing the property check analysis method for the intelligent campus is stored.
In the embodiment of the invention, the configuration parameters of the property inspection project of the property to be inspected are obtained from the preset property inspection project configuration relationship; the property inspection project configuration relationship comprises property inspection project configuration parameters which correspond to different properties one by one; the property inspection item configuration parameters comprise property inspection items and evaluation standards of different assessment objects in the property; acquiring property inspection process configuration parameters of a property to be inspected from a preset property inspection process configuration relation; the property inspection process configuration relationship comprises property inspection process configuration parameters which correspond to different properties one by one; the property inspection process configuration parameters comprise the sequence of assessment objects and property inspection items in the property; generating a property inspection file according to property inspection project configuration parameters and property inspection process configuration parameters of a property to be inspected; the property inspection file is used for collecting inspection data of different property inspection items of each assessment object; according to the property inspection file which collects inspection data of different property inspection projects of each assessment object, the inspection evaluation result of the property is analyzed and output, so that property inspection project configuration parameters and property inspection process configuration parameters corresponding to the property to be inspected can be directly obtained to generate the property inspection file, different assessment objects in the property can be inspected, further, the integral evaluation of the property is realized, the general inspection can be performed on the properties of different intelligent parks, compared with the prior art, code development does not need to be performed on the properties of each intelligent park, and manpower and material resources are saved.

acquiring property inspection project configuration parameters of a property to be inspected from a preset property inspection project configuration relation; the property inspection project configuration relationship comprises property inspection project configuration parameters which correspond to different properties one by one; the property inspection item configuration parameters comprise property inspection items and evaluation standards of different assessment objects in the property;
acquiring property inspection process configuration parameters of a property to be inspected from a preset property inspection process configuration relation; the property inspection process configuration relationship comprises property inspection process configuration parameters which correspond to different properties one by one; the property inspection process configuration parameters comprise the sequence of assessment objects and property inspection items in the property;
generating a property inspection file according to property inspection project configuration parameters and property inspection process configuration parameters of a property to be inspected; the property inspection file is used for collecting inspection data of different property inspection items of each assessment object;
and analyzing and outputting the inspection evaluation result of the property according to the property inspection file which collects the inspection data of different property inspection items of each assessment object.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the property check file according to the property check project configuration parameters and the property check flow configuration parameters of the property to be checked comprises:
and generating property inspection files according to the property inspection items and the evaluation standards of different assessment objects and the sequence of the assessment objects and the property inspection items in the property.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the property check project configuration parameters further include check periods and check document number parameters of different check objects within a property;

and the property evaluation module is used for analyzing and outputting the property inspection evaluation result according to the property inspection file which collects the inspection data of different property inspection items of each assessment object.
