In this embodiment, the user logs in the internal VPN of the enterprise, and sends a device operation data editing request to the device data access apparatus through the internal network access interface. In a specific embodiment, a user logs in an enterprise internal VPN by using a mobile terminal, sends an equipment operation data editing request to an equipment data access device through an internal network access interface, sends an equipment operation data editing instruction for increasing equipment operation data for acquiring the temperature of a second motor coil of a closed cooling water pump to the equipment data access device in the equipment data editing interface sent by the equipment data access device, and correspondingly increases an equipment operation data monitoring sub-item for the temperature of the second motor coil of the closed cooling water pump according to the equipment operation data editing instruction by the equipment data access device. After the equipment operation data is edited, a user logs in an enterprise internal VPN (virtual private network) by using a mobile terminal, sends an equipment data access request for acquiring the closed cooling water pump to an equipment data access device through an internal network access interface, the equipment data access device is accessed to an SIS (system information system) interface, and acquires the equipment operation data of the closed cooling water pump from the SIS, wherein the acquired equipment operation data comprises the increased temperature of a second motor coil.
In another specific embodiment, a user logs in an enterprise internal VPN by using a mobile terminal, sends an equipment operation data editing request to an equipment data access device through an internal network access interface, sends an equipment operation data editing instruction for stopping obtaining equipment operation data of the second motor shaft temperature of a closed cooling water pump to the equipment data access device in the equipment data editing interface sent by the equipment data access device, and the equipment data access device correspondingly deletes monitoring of the equipment operation data of the second motor shaft temperature of the closed cooling water pump according to the equipment operation data editing instruction. After the equipment operation data is edited, a user logs in an enterprise internal VPN by using a mobile terminal, an equipment data access request for acquiring the closed cooling water pump is sent to an equipment data access device through an internal network access interface, the equipment data access device is accessed to an SIS system interface and acquires the equipment operation data of the closed cooling water pump from the SIS system, wherein the equipment operation data monitoring sub-item of the second motor shaft temperature of the closed cooling water pump is deleted from the acquired equipment operation data.
In the embodiment, the equipment operation data editing mode is started by responding to the equipment operation data editing request sent by the user with the administrator authority; and acquiring an equipment operation data editing instruction sent by a user with the access authority as the administrator authority, and correspondingly adding or deleting equipment operation data monitoring sub-items according to the equipment operation data editing instruction. The user who possesses the administrator permission can be directed against the actual demand of equipment inspection, and the monitoring project is set up correspondingly, has the expansibility.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a data access method of the device according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the device data access method includes the following steps:
s41, comparing and analyzing the equipment operation data with a preset normal operation interval, and judging whether the equipment operation data is abnormal or not;
step S42: and if the equipment operation data does not fall into the normal operation interval, marking the equipment operation data as abnormal operation data, generating abnormal operation condition alarm information, and carrying out alarm display on the operation condition alarm information.
In this embodiment, after the device data access apparatus is powered on and started for the first time, a plurality of normal operation intervals are preset, where a normal operation interval is a range interval of normal operation data corresponding to device operation data of an operating device when the device operation data works normally. Optionally, the normal operation intervals may be set for the same group or the same type of device operation data respectively according to the result of grouping and classifying the device operation data. In a specific embodiment, the equipment data access device presets a normal operation interval of the motor shaft temperature in the closed cooling water pump.
Specifically, after receiving an equipment operation data access request sent by a user with administrator authority, the equipment data access device accesses an interface of the SIS system according to the equipment operation data access request, calls equipment operation data pointed in the equipment operation data access request monitored in the SIS system, performs grouping and classification processing on the equipment operation data after obtaining the equipment operation data, compares and analyzes the equipment operation data with a normal operation interval, judges whether the equipment operation data falls into the normal operation interval, and determines whether the equipment operation data is abnormal operation data according to a judgment result.
Specifically, if the equipment operation data falls into a normal operation interval, determining that the equipment operation data is normal operation data;
if the equipment operation data does not fall into the normal operation interval, the equipment operation data is determined to be abnormal operation data, the equipment data access device generates abnormal operation condition alarm information, the intelligent terminal which sends an equipment operation data access request to a user carries out alarm display, and the abnormal operation condition alarm information is sent to the intelligent terminal.
In this embodiment, by setting the normal operation interval, the device operation data monitored in the invoked SIS system is compared and analyzed with the normal operation interval, whether the device operation data is abnormal operation data or not is judged, when the abnormal operation data is found, an alarm is displayed to a user with administrator authority, and a fault is reported in time, so that the user with administrator authority can overhaul in time, and the stability of the production system is ensured.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides a device data access system, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the device data access system in a hardware operating environment according to the embodiment of the present application.
The device data access system includes: the device comprises a device data access device 10, an intelligent terminal 20 and an operation device 30.
The device data access device 10 is used for responding to a device data access request, accessing the SIS, acquiring device operation data stored in the SIS, and sending corresponding device operation data/device basic data according to the data access type of the device data access request;
the intelligent terminal 20 is configured to send an equipment data access request to the equipment data access device, and obtain the equipment operation data/equipment basic data of the operating equipment sent by the equipment data access device;
the operating device 30 carries unique corresponding identification information, and the identification information carries an access address of the device maintenance management apparatus.
The device data access system when run implements the steps of the device data access method described above.
In addition, the present application also provides a readable storage medium, on which a device data access program is stored, and when being executed by a processor, the device data access program implements the steps of the device data access method as described above.

Claims (10)

1. A device data access method, characterized in that the device data access method comprises the steps of:
responding to a device data access request, identifying an access interface of the device data access request, determining the identity of a user initiating the device data access request according to the access interface, and determining the access authority of the user and the data access type of the device data access request;
if the data access type is an equipment operation data access type, accessing an SIS system interface, and calling equipment operation data monitored by the SIS system;
or, if the data access type is the equipment basic data access type, accessing an equipment basic data interface and calling the equipment basic data;
and sending the equipment operation data/equipment basic data according to the data access type.
2. The device data access method of claim 1, wherein the determining a data access type of the device data access request in response to the device data access request comprises:
identifying an access interface of the equipment data access request, and determining the data access type according to the access interface;
if the access interface is an internet access interface, determining that the access type is an equipment basic data access type;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and if the access interface is an internal network access interface, determining that the access type is an equipment operation data access type.
3. The device data access method of claim 2, wherein if the data access type is a device operation data access type, accessing an SIS system interface, and the step of retrieving the device operation data monitored by the SIS system comprises:
determining that the access authority of the equipment operation data access type is an administrator authority;
and operating a data access interface to the user open equipment with the access authority being the administrator authority.
4. The device data access method of claim 3, wherein if the data access type is a device operation data access type, accessing an SIS system interface, and the step of calling the device operation data monitored by the SIS system comprises:
responding to an equipment operation data editing request sent by a user with the access authority as the administrator authority, and starting an equipment operation data editing mode;
and acquiring an equipment operation data editing instruction sent by a user with the access authority as the administrator authority, and correspondingly adding or deleting equipment operation data monitoring sub-items according to the equipment operation data editing instruction.
5. The device data access method of claim 1, wherein the step of sending device operation data/device basis data according to the data access type further comprises:
grouping and classifying the equipment operation data;
comparing and analyzing the equipment operation data with a preset normal operation interval, and judging whether the equipment operation data is abnormal or not, wherein the normal operation interval is an equipment operation data interval corresponding to the normal operation of the operation equipment;
and if the equipment operation data does not fall into the normal operation interval, marking the equipment operation data as abnormal operation data, generating abnormal operation condition alarm information, and carrying out alarm display on the operation condition alarm information.
6. The device data access method of claim 1, wherein the device data access method further comprises:
presetting a network fault detection process, and monitoring network connection information in real time;
if the equipment operation data transmission is abnormal, determining that the current network connection has a fault;
and continuously caching the locally acquired equipment operation data, and uploading the cached equipment operation data after the network connection is recovered to be normal.
7. The device data access method of claim 3, wherein the transmitting device operation data/device basis data according to the data access type comprises:
analyzing the equipment operation data to generate an equipment operation condition report;
and sending the equipment operation condition report to the user with the access authority as the administrator authority.

A device data access apparatus, comprising a memory, a processor, and a device data access program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the device data access method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the device data access program.
9. A device data access system, the device data access system comprising:
the device data access device is used for responding to a device data access request, identifying an access interface of the device data access request, determining the identity of a user initiating the device data access request according to the access interface, and determining the access authority of the user and the data access type of the device data access request; if the data access type is an equipment operation data access type, accessing an SIS system to acquire equipment operation data stored in the SIS system; or, if the data access type is the equipment basic data access type, accessing an equipment basic data interface and calling the equipment basic data; sending corresponding equipment operation data/equipment basic data according to the data access type of the equipment data access request;
the intelligent terminal is used for sending a device data access request to the device data access device and acquiring the device operation data/device basic data of the operation device sent by the device data access device;
the operating equipment carries unique corresponding identification information, the identification information carries an access address of the equipment maintenance management device, and the equipment information of the operating equipment is stored in the equipment data access device.
10. A readable storage medium having stored thereon a device data access program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the device data access method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
