Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a gesture recognition method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, in order to solve a problem in the prior art that a touch screen is easily operated by multiple users, a gesture recognition method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101, when an operation gesture is recognized within a preset distance, the operation gesture and the portrait characteristics of a corresponding operation object are obtained.
And measuring the distance of the operation gesture, detecting whether the operation gesture is in an identification range, judging whether the operation gesture meets the condition of starting gesture identification, and performing the next operation if the distance between the operation gesture and the screen is in the identification range.
As a preferred embodiment, the infrared obstacle measuring module is used for measuring the distance of the operation gesture.
S102, judging whether the operation gesture is consistent with a pre-stored standard gesture or not, and identifying whether the portrait features have operation authority or not.
In order to ensure the security, whether the portrait password in the operator and the storage library are consistent or not and whether the screen has the operation authority or not need to be verified. A standard gesture is stored in the memory bank as a specific opening signal, namely, the screen can be continuously operated only if the operation gesture is consistent with the standard gesture.
S103, if the operation gesture is consistent with the standard gesture and the portrait characteristics have the operation right, binding a specific operation right for the operation object.
When the operation gesture is consistent with the standard gesture and the portrait characteristics have the operation right, a special operation mode is provided for the operation object.
The portrait characteristic recognition and the gesture recognition are matched for recognition, the portrait characteristic is verified, the operation gesture accords with the single operation permission of the operation object with the pre-stored standard gesture, the influence of the operation gesture of other operation objects is prevented, the misoperation of the screen is avoided, and the accuracy and the safety of the screen operation are improved.
In addition, on the basis of the above scheme, further optionally, after binding the exclusive operation right for the operation object, the method includes: only the operation gesture of the operation object is recognized, and corresponding instructions are executed according to the operation gesture.
After a special operation mode is provided for an operation object, the screen responds to the operation gesture of the operation object and performs a series of operations according to the operation gesture, namely, only responses to the subsequent operation gesture of the operation object are performed, so that the accuracy and the safety of the operation object are improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to implement that different operation objects operate the touch screen at different times, the embodiment of the present invention discloses that after binding the exclusive operation right for the operation object, the method further includes: and when the operation object stops operating, releasing the exclusive operation authority after a preset time.
If the operation object stops operating, judging whether the time for stopping operating reaches the preset time, if so, removing the exclusive operation authority of the operation object, preparing to identify the next round, identifying other operators and binding the exclusive operation authority for the operators. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of returning to the main interface according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, if the operation object stops operating for a predetermined time, the exclusive operation authority is released, and the operation object returns to the main interface to start a new gesture recognition.
After the operation of one operation object is finished, the exclusive operation authority is bound to another operation object, the operation specificity in a certain time is ensured, and the time-sharing operation of different operation objects can be met.
Further optimization is carried out on the basis of the embodiment, and only the operation gesture of the operation object is recognized, wherein the operation gesture comprises the following steps: and when the operation object operates, stopping acquiring the operation gesture and the portrait characteristics of the non-operation object.
In order to ensure that the operation of the operation object is not disturbed by other operation gestures, the gesture characteristics of the current operation object are excluded, other gesture operations are shielded, and the specificity of the operation object is ensured.
The following description will be made with reference to a specific example, as shown in fig. 5. When gesture recognition is performed on the operation gesture, a gesture signal is captured first, and then recognition is performed by the recognition module in step S21. That is, the recognition module determines whether the operation gesture matches the standard gesture, and whether the operation gesture matches the requirement for opening the screen, if the operation gesture matches the standard gesture, the step S22 is performed, and the recognition module locks the object. That is, the operation object corresponding to the operation gesture is locked, and after the operation object is locked, the step S23 is performed to specifically recognize the gesture object. That is, only the subsequent operation gesture of the operation object is responded, and other misoperation gestures are not responded. After the operation object stops operating for a fixed time, step S24 is performed to lock the recognition module off, and at this time, the operation gestures of the other operators may be re-recognized.
In the following description of another specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, when the screen performs gesture recognition, first, step S310 is performed to determine whether a gesture recognition trigger distance condition is satisfied in terms of distance. Firstly, whether the gesture distance meets the triggering condition of starting gesture recognition or not is judged, infrared distance measurement is needed at the moment, and the method can be realized by using an obstacle measuring module. When the gesture recognition triggering distance condition is not met, the step S311 is carried out and detection is continued; if the gesture recognition triggering condition is met, the step S320 is performed, the portrait recognition module is synchronously started, the portrait password in the storage library is compared, and whether the operator has the operation authority is judged. When the human image error is recognized, the step S321 is performed to abandon the recognition of the gesture operator; if the portrait is correct, step S330 is performed, the gesture recognition operator is locked, and the specific operation recognition is performed, that is, only the operation gesture of the gesture operator is recognized and the operation gesture is responded, and the gestures of other operators are not recognized and responded. If the operator finishes the operation in step S340, that is, after the operator stops operating for a certain time, the operator performs step S350 to close the gesture lock, and performs the next gesture recognition.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are as follows: the portrait characteristic recognition and the gesture recognition are matched for recognition, the portrait characteristic is verified, the operation gesture meets the operation object specific operation authority of the pre-stored standard gesture, and at the moment, the operation gestures and the portrait characteristics of other operation objects are stopped to be obtained, so that the specificity of the operation objects is ensured; after the special authority is bound, only the subsequent operation gestures of the operation object are responded, the operation gestures of other operators are shielded, the influence of the operation gestures of other operation objects on screen operation is prevented, the misoperation of the screen is avoided, and the accuracy and the safety of the operation are improved; and when an operation object bound with the operation authority stops operating for a certain time, the screen returns to the main interface to continuously identify the operation gestures and the portrait characteristics of other operators to perform the next round of operation, so that the screen can be operated by multiple operators in different time periods.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a gesture recognition apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, in another aspect, the present invention further provides a gesture recognition apparatus, including:
the acquiring unit 100 is configured to acquire an operation gesture and a portrait feature of a corresponding operation object when the operation gesture is recognized within a preset distance.
The recognition unit 200 is configured to determine whether the operation gesture matches a pre-stored standard gesture, and recognize whether the portrait features have an operation permission.
The authority setting unit 300 is configured to bind a specific operation authority for the operation object when the operation gesture matches the standard gesture and the portrait features have the operation authority. When the operation gesture is consistent with the standard gesture, a special operation mode is provided for the operation object.
In addition, on the basis of the above scheme, it is further optional that the apparatus further includes a gesture response unit, configured to recognize only an operation gesture of the operation object, and execute a corresponding instruction according to the operation gesture.
After a special operation mode is provided for the operation object, and the portrait characteristics have the operation right, the screen responds to the operation gesture of the operation object, and carries out a series of operations according to the operation gesture, namely, only responses to the subsequent operation gesture of the operation object, so that the accuracy and the safety of the operation object are improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to realize that different operation objects operate the touch screen at different times, the embodiment of the invention discloses that the device further comprises an authority removing unit for removing the exclusive operation authority after the operation objects stop operating for a predetermined time.
If the operation object stops operating, judging whether the time for stopping operating reaches the preset time, if so, removing the exclusive operation authority of the operation object, preparing to identify the next round, identifying other operators and binding the exclusive operation authority for the operators. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of returning the screen to the main interface according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig.
Based on the above embodiment, the gesture response unit further includes a shielding subunit, configured to stop acquiring the gesture and the portrait feature of the non-operation object when the operation object operates.
In order to ensure that the operation of the operation object is not disturbed by other operation gestures, the gesture characteristics of the current operation object are excluded, other gesture operations are shielded, and the specificity of the operation object is ensured.
On the other hand, the invention also provides electronic equipment which comprises a screen and the gesture recognition device, wherein the screen is electrically connected with the gesture recognition device.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a connection between a gesture recognition module and a main board according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, as a preferred embodiment, a touch screen main board is connected to the gesture recognition module through an interface. Wherein, the mainboard includes: the system comprises an MCU (micro control unit), a storage module, a touch key and a display module, wherein the storage module, the touch key and the display module are electrically connected with the MCU, a depth camera in a gesture recognition module comprises a depth calculation processing module, an infrared acquisition module, a storage library and the like, acquired gestures are compared with data in the storage library, the acquired gestures are transmitted to a mainboard through an interface after being acquired, and the mainboard sends out specific operation instructions according to gesture comparison results.
The electronic equipment comprises the gesture recognition device, can recognize the operation gesture consistent with the standard gesture and the portrait characteristics of the operation object when various operation gestures occur, gives the operation object a unique operation authority, shields the operation gestures of other operators, and reduces the probability of misoperation.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer readable storage medium implements a gesture recognition method including the above.
The following is illustrated by specific examples: when a plurality of people perform gesture operation, the touch screen needs to identify effective gestures and effective gesture operation objects. The gesture operation object gives a gesture, the distance measurement module calculates whether the gesture recognition distance is met, if yes, the gesture recognition module further conducts operation gesture recognition and starts portrait recognition, and the operation gesture is consistent with the unlocking standard gesture stored in the storage library, so that locking is recognized and the operation object is uniquely recognized. At this time, if there is another person who wants to operate the lock, the lock cannot be operated without the corresponding operation gesture. If the second operation object has an unlocking operation gesture, no operation response can be formed, because the operation object is locked, the second operation object can only perform operation locking after the first operation object is completed, and a temporary shielding is formed for other operation objects. Therefore, misoperation can be avoided, the authority is also encrypted, the safety, the operability and the man-machine interaction are greatly improved, and the inevitable historical problem of the touch screen under the condition of inconvenient touch operation is solved. The operation mode meets the requirement of time-sharing operation of different operation objects, and can completely avoid misoperation and identification obstacle caused by simultaneous operation of multiple persons. And after the gesture operation is completed within a certain time, the touch screen returns to the original main interface, the gesture authority is unlocked, and recognition is carried out again.
In the gesture recognition operation as described above, gesture recognition first determines whether or not a gesture operation is performed by a gesture operation object by detecting distance information, depending on information acquisition by a depth camera. In the gesture recognition module, when the human body is in the distance range capable of being collected, the depth camera starts to collect information, captures gestures and three-dimensional depth information, compares the gestures and the three-dimensional depth information with gesture information in the storage library, and then transmits the three-dimensional depth information to the mainboard through the interface to respond. The depth camera and the touch screen complete the whole operation process. Through the information collected by the depth camera and the compared contents, the touch screen processor can send out an operation command according to the transmission result to complete the gesture operation function.
The product can execute the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
