It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when a cabinet door opening request sent by a user is received, user information of a current operating user is obtained, a target locker of the current user is determined, a cabinet door opening instruction is sent to the target locker, whether the first cabinet door is successfully opened or not is detected, and when the first cabinet door is not successfully opened and the sensing value of an infrared sensor in the cabinet door is out of the cabinet door opening range, the cabinet door corresponding to the locker is changed through a transmission device of the target locker, a second cabinet door opening instruction is sent to the changed second cabinet door, and a cabinet door opening process is repeated, so that the management technology of the locker is solved, when the locker is unsuccessfully unlocked, authorization information of the user is invalid, and access operation cannot be successfully carried out, and the problems of material access efficiency and accuracy are reduced.
In the embodiment of the invention, the execution subject of the process is the terminal equipment. The terminal devices include but are not limited to: the equipment such as server, computer, smart mobile phone and panel computer that can carry out the management operation of locker. Particularly, the management device of the locker may be an intelligent locker, the intelligent locker may be configured to respond to a user's operation of storing and retrieving materials and manage all lockers in the intelligent locker, all lockers in the intelligent locker may change a position of each locker in the locker through a transmission device, and the cabinet door of the outer surface is fixed, that is, the cabinet door of the outer surface may not change along with the movement of the locker, so that when an abnormality occurs to a certain cabinet door, the corresponding cabinet door of the locker may be changed to re-perform a cabinet door opening operation. Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an implementation of a locker management method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
in S101, if a cabinet door opening request is received, user information of a current operating user is acquired, and a target locker of the current operating user is determined based on the user information.
In this embodiment, a user may input a cabinet door opening request on an interactive interface of a terminal device, or may generate a cabinet door opening request on a local user terminal of the user, and send the cabinet door opening request to the terminal device through a near field interaction module such as a bluetooth module or an NFC module, and after the terminal device receives the cabinet door opening request, a prompt message for prompting the user to input user information may be output, and the user sends the user information to the terminal device according to the prompt message. The user information is used to represent the identity information of the currently operating user, and based on this, the user information includes but is not limited to: user code, user account, user password, user biological characteristic information or user face information, and the like. After receiving the user information, the terminal device may perform authentication operation on the user information, and if it is detected that the current operating user is a valid user, obtain a target locker related to the current operating user.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after receiving a cabinet door opening request, the terminal device may open the camera module, acquire a scene image of a current scene, detect whether the scene image includes a face image through a face recognition algorithm, if the scene image does not include the face image, indicate that a current operation fails, and output opening failure information, and because the scene image includes the face image, indicate that a current operation user does not initiate an operation in front of or near the locker, and belong to an abnormal operation; and if the scene image is detected to contain the face image, matching each face template with the face image from the face database, taking the user information corresponding to the face template matched with the face image as the user information of the current operating user, and inquiring a target storage cabinet associated with the user information.
Optionally, the cabinet door opening request may include a storage opening request and an access opening request. After receiving a cabinet door opening request, the terminal equipment can determine the operation type of a current operation user, namely an object taking type or a storage type. And if the user operation is the storage type, inquiring the material type associated with the user according to the user information, determining the material type corresponding to each candidate locker, and selecting one candidate locker with the material type matched with the material type associated with the user as the target locker. Different lockers are used for storing different types of goods and materials, so that the type of the goods and materials required to be stored by a user can be determined after user information is obtained, the locker for storing the goods and materials of the type is identified as a target locker, and the goods and materials are conveniently managed. If the user operation is the object taking type, the storage records of the user are inquired according to the user information, the storage record with the latest creation time is obtained as the target storage record, and the locker identification of the target storage record is detected, so that the target locker is determined.
In this embodiment, the user information may also be an authorization code or an authorized two-dimensional code for opening the locker, the user may input the authorization code on the interaction module of the terminal device, or display the authorized two-dimensional code to the two-dimensional code scanning module of the terminal device, and the terminal device performs an authentication operation on the authorization code or the two-dimensional code, queries the locker number corresponding to the authorization information, and identifies the locker corresponding to the locker number as the target locker.
In S102, a cabinet door opening instruction is sent to a first cabinet door corresponding to the target storage cabinet, and an induction value of an infrared sensor in the target storage cabinet is acquired and detected; the infrared sensor is arranged in a door lock part of the target storage cabinet.
In this embodiment, after determining the target locker, the terminal device may determine, according to the structure diagram of the current intelligent locker, a cabinet door number of the first cabinet door corresponding to the target locker. And the terminal equipment acquires the communication address of the serial number of the cabinet door and generates a cabinet door opening instruction according to the communication address. The cabinet door opening command is used for opening the first cabinet door. Optionally, the first cabinet door is provided with a door lock component, and after the first cabinet door receives the opening instruction of the cabinet door, the door lock component is changed from a locking state to an unlocking state, so that the user can open the first cabinet door and perform material access operation. Optionally, a spring device is installed on the first cabinet door, the spring device is in a compression state when the first cabinet door is in an up-locking state, and after the first cabinet door receives a cabinet door opening instruction, unlocking operation can be performed, and the spring device is released, so that the purpose of automatically opening the cabinet door is achieved.
In this embodiment, in order to detect whether the cabinet door is normally opened, an infrared sensor is installed in the door lock component of the target storage cabinet. The infrared sensor can be an infrared receiver, the infrared transmitter can be arranged on the first cabinet door, and the infrared receiver can be used as a sensing value according to the intensity value of the received infrared rays. When the cabinet door is closed, the infrared receiver and the infrared transmitter are in a direct-projection state, the intensity value of the infrared ray is larger, and if the intensity value of the infrared ray is detected to be larger than a preset infrared ray threshold value, the induction value is judged to be out of a preset opening induction range value; otherwise, if the detected intensity value of the infrared ray is smaller than or equal to the preset infrared ray threshold value, the induction value is judged to be within the preset starting induction range value. Or, the infrared sensor is a self-luminous infrared receiver, and can emit infrared rays through a light emitting part of the infrared sensor and measure distance by receiving reflected light rays corresponding to the emitted infrared rays, in this case, the sensing value can be a distance value detected by the infrared sensor, if the distance value is detected to be smaller than a preset distance threshold value, the cabinet door and the target cabinet are still in a closed state, and the sensing value is judged to be out of an opening sensing range value; otherwise, if the distance value is detected to be larger than or equal to the preset distance threshold value, the induction value is judged to be in the starting induction range value.
In S103, if the sensing value is outside the preset opening sensing range value, the transmission device of the target storage cabinet is started to move the target storage cabinet to the second cabinet door, and return to execute sending a cabinet door opening instruction to the first cabinet door corresponding to the target storage cabinet, and obtain a sensing value for detecting an infrared sensor in the target storage cabinet.
In this embodiment, if the terminal device detects that the sensing value of the infrared sensor is outside the opening sensing range value, it indicates that the first cabinet door is still in the closed state after receiving the cabinet door opening instruction, and at this time, the terminal device may determine that the opening of the cabinet door is failed this time, possibly due to the abnormality of the first cabinet door. Optionally, the terminal device may generate cabinet door abnormality information about the first cabinet door, and send the cabinet door abnormality information to the terminal of the administrator, so that the administrator can perform a repair operation on the cabinet door.
In this embodiment, after it is determined that the first cabinet door cannot be normally opened, the terminal device needs to change the cabinet door corresponding to the target locker, so that the terminal device can control the transmission device of the target locker, and the second cabinet door is a different cabinet door from the first cabinet door by moving the position of the target locker to the second cabinet door. The transmission device can be a crawler belt, each locker in the intelligent locker can move through the crawler belt, and the locker can move to each cabinet door in the intelligent locker. Specifically, this second cabinet door can be another cabinet door adjacent with first cabinet door, and terminal equipment only needs to change the position of two adjacent lockers this moment, be about to the target locker remove to the position at locker place that former second cabinet door corresponds can to the position change condition between the locker has been reduced.
In this embodiment, after the target locker is in order to move to the second cabinet door, then can generate a second cabinet door opening instruction about the second cabinet door, and according to the communication address of the second cabinet door, send the second cabinet door opening instruction to the second cabinet door, thereby realize controlling the opening operation of the second cabinet door. At this moment, the terminal equipment still needs to detect whether the second cabinet door is normally opened, so the induction value of the infrared sensor of the target locker still can be detected, and whether the target locker needs to be moved again is judged based on the induction value. And if the induction value is still outside the preset opening induction range value, continuously moving the target storage cabinet to the third cabinet door, and sending a third cabinet door opening instruction to the third cabinet door until the induction value is detected to be within the opening induction range value.
In S104, if the sensing value is within the opening sensing range value, the access operation of the current operation user is responded.
In this embodiment, if it is detected that the sensing value is within the opening range, it is recognized that the first cabinet door is in a normal state, that is, the cabinet door is in an open state, and the user can perform subsequent operations of getting or storing materials and the like. Optionally, if the user operation is a material getting operation, the terminal device may obtain a first material weight of the target storage cabinet before the target storage cabinet is opened, detect a second material weight of the target storage cabinet after the user operation is completed, determine the material getting weight of the user according to a difference between the first material weight and the second material weight, and determine the basic storage amount according to the material type corresponding to the target storage cabinet, thereby determining the number of the picked materials based on a ratio between the material getting weight and the basic storage amount, and generating a pickup record about the user.
It can be seen from the above that, in the management method of the locker provided by the embodiment of the present invention, when a cabinet door opening request sent by a user is received, user information of a current operating user is acquired, a target locker of the current user is determined, and sends a door opening command to the target storage cabinet, detects whether the first door is opened successfully, and when detecting that the first door is not opened successfully, the induction value of the infrared sensor in the cabinet door is out of the opening range of the cabinet door, the cabinet door corresponding to the locker can be changed through the transmission device of the target locker, and sends a second cabinet door opening instruction to the changed second cabinet door, and the cabinet door opening process is repeated, so as to avoid that the user can not access the materials due to the failure of opening the cabinet door, thereby can improve the success rate that the cabinet door was opened and the efficiency that the user accessed the goods and materials, improve user's use and experience.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a specific implementation of a locker management method S101 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, with respect to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a management method S101 for a locker provided in this embodiment includes: s1011 to S1014 are specifically described as follows:
further, if a cabinet door opening request is received, acquiring user information of a current operating user, and determining a target locker of the current operating user based on the user information, includes:
in S1011, the biometric information of the currently operating user is acquired, and the biometric information is matched with the standard biometric information of each registered user.
In this embodiment, the terminal device may obtain the biometric information of the currently operating user through the biometric module, where the biometric information may be fingerprint information, finger vein information, pulse information, blood pressure information, iris information, and the like of the currently operating user. If the terminal device is configured with a plurality of types of biometric acquisition modules, the user can input one type of biometric information, and can also input a plurality of types of biometric information at the same time, specifically configured according to verification requirements. Optionally, if the cabinet door opening request includes the number of the target locker, the security level of the target locker is obtained, and the number of the types of the collected biological characteristic information is determined based on the security level, so that corresponding authentication operation can be performed according to different security levels, and the safety of locker access is improved.
In this embodiment, after acquiring the biometric information of the current operating user, the terminal device may determine a corresponding biometric database according to the biometric type, and match the biometric database with each piece of standard biometric information in the biometric database, and if the similarity between the biometric information acquired this time and the standard biometric information is greater than a preset matching threshold, identify that the biometric information and the standard biometric information are matched, and identify the current operating user as a registered user corresponding to the matched standard biometric information; otherwise, if the standard biological information matched with the biological characteristic information does not exist, the user is identified as an unregistered user, and the user is required to perform operations such as registration, locker application and the like.
In S1012, if there is standard biometric information matching the biometric information, the opening record of the registered user is acquired, and the historical opening time is acquired.
In this embodiment, when detecting that there is a match between the biometric information and the standard biometric information, the terminal device identifies the user as a valid user, and extracts an opening record about the registered user from the user database according to the user identifier of the registered user, where the opening record includes a historical opening time for the user to perform the door opening operation each time. The terminal device may sort the opening records according to the order of the historical opening times, and select the historical opening time with the earliest starting time as the reference opening time. Since the opening authorization of the user has certain timeliness, the terminal device can use the reference opening time as the first authorization time of the registered user and start to perform timeliness timing, so as to judge whether the current operation is effective.
In S1013, if the difference between the historical opening time and the current time is smaller than a preset time threshold, the material type associated with the registered user is obtained.
In this embodiment, if the terminal device detects that the time difference between the historical opening time and the current time is smaller than a preset time threshold, the time threshold is specifically the opening authorization duration of the registered user. If the difference value of the two is smaller than the time threshold, the registered user is indicated to be still valid in the opening authorization, and the current opening operation can be identified as legal operation; on the contrary, if the difference between the two is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, the terminal device may output the authorization failure information when the start authorization of the registered user is failed, so that the user performs the authorization operation again.
In this embodiment, when the terminal device detects that the difference between the two times is smaller than the preset time threshold, it needs to respond to the cabinet door opening operation of the current operating user, and at this time, it needs to determine the locker associated with the registered user.
In S1014, according to the preset type of each candidate locker, the candidate locker of the preset type and the material type is selected as the target locker.
In this embodiment, the terminal device may detect the preset type of each candidate locker, and select the candidate locker matched with the material type associated with the current operating user as the target locker, so that the user can conveniently access the material corresponding to the material type, thereby facilitating the management of the material.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operation of the user is legally detected through the two information by acquiring the biological characteristic information and the opening time of the current operation user, so that the operation safety of the user is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a specific implementation of a locker management method S1014 according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, with respect to the embodiment described in fig. 2, the management method S1014 for a locker provided in this embodiment includes: s301 to S305 are specifically described as follows:
further, the selecting the candidate locker with the preset type and the material type as the target locker according to the preset type of each candidate locker comprises:
in S301, the weight of the basic material corresponding to the material type is determined, and the current storage weight of each candidate locker is obtained.
In this embodiment, if there is a plurality of candidate lockers whose preset types match the material types associated with the registered users, the terminal device may calculate the access priority of each candidate locker according to two parameters, i.e., the number of currently stored materials and the number of accesses of the candidate locker, based on which a candidate locker with the highest priority is selected from the plurality of candidate lockers as the target locker.
In this embodiment, the terminal device may obtain the weight of the basic material of the material type, for example, if a certain candidate locker is used to store a mobile phone terminal of a model a, obtain the product information of the mobile phone terminal of the model a, obtain the specification weight from the product information as the weight of the basic material, and determine the current storage weight of each candidate locker through the pressure sensor installed in each candidate locker.
In S302, the quantity of the material of each candidate locker is calculated according to the weight of the basic material and the current storage weight.
In this embodiment, the terminal device may calculate the quantity of the material of each candidate locker according to a ratio between the current storage weight and the weight of the base material. Because the weight of each material is basically the same as or slightly different from the weight of the basic material, the quantity of the materials can be determined according to the ratio of the weight of each material to the weight of the basic material, and the calculation mode is simpler.
In S303, the number of times of accessing the candidate locker is counted based on the access record of the candidate locker.
In this embodiment, the terminal device obtains the access records of each candidate locker, and obtains the access times of the candidate lockers according to the statistics of the number of the access records.
In S304, the priority of each candidate locker is calculated according to the quantity of the material and the access times.
In this embodiment, the terminal device imports the quantity of the material and the number of times of access into the priority calculation model, and calculates the priority of each candidate locker. Wherein, the priority calculation model may be:
wherein Pro (i) is the priority of the ith candidate locker; numiThe quantity of the materials of the ith candidate locker; timesiThe access times of the ith candidate locker; alpha and beta are preset coefficients; and n is the number of the candidate lockers.
