Abstract

本发明公开了一种补燃系统和提高选择性催化还原烟气温度的方法,统包括炉膛、热风入口法兰、热风炉出口法兰、冷却风机、燃油泵、雾化风机、助燃风机和空气系统;炉膛连接SCR管;燃油泵通过燃油电控阀和过滤器通过喷油阀连接至所述炉膛,并在炉膛后端的供给端上设置点火端子和进气阀;空气系统将压缩空气过滤后压力可调的供给给雾化气动阀以提供致动用压缩空气。雾化风机与补燃器燃烧炉膛相连,辅助雾化燃油喷射,使燃油喷射的雾化效果更优。助燃风机与补燃器燃烧炉膛相连,增加燃烧时的氧气浓度,使燃烧更充分,可用于提高燃烧温度和节省燃油。通过加热SCR管道中烟气,提高烟气温度使烟气温度达到尿素能完全分解为氨气的温度。

Description

补燃系统和提高选择性催化还原烟气温度的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及尾气处理技术,尤其涉及一种补燃系统和提高选择性催化还原烟气温度的方法。
背景技术
柴油机低压SCR技术是指通过在柴油机涡轮增压器后使用低压SCR系统将废气中的氮氧化物去除的技术。
由于低压SCR系统位于柴油机涡轮增压器后,排气温度低,不能保证尿素完全分解为氨气。因此,需要通过提高柴油机涡轮增压器后SCR系统管道中的烟气才能保证尿素完全分解为氨气并与废气通过催化剂反应达到脱硝目的。此外,还要求提升烟气温度方法简单,便于实际应用。然而,还无相关技术能够更好的简单提升烟气温度的方法。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种补燃系统和提高选择性催化还原烟气温度的方法,其能解决上述问题。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种用于提高烟气温度的补燃系统,其特征在于,系统包括炉膛、热风入口法兰、热风炉出口法兰、燃油泵、雾化风机、和空气系统;所述热风入口法兰连通的设置在所述炉膛的上部,所述热风炉出口法兰连通的设置在炉膛的前端,且所述炉膛通过热风入口法兰和热风炉出口法兰分别连接SCR管;所述燃油泵通过燃油电控阀和过滤器通过喷油阀连接至所述炉膛,并在炉膛后端的供给端上设置点火端子和进气阀;所述雾化风机通过雾化气动阀和第一进气阀连接至所述炉膛;所述空气系统将压缩空气过滤后压力可调的供给给雾化气动阀以提供致动用压缩空气。
优选的,系统还包括冷却风机,在所述热风入口法兰上游管道上连通的设置所述冷却风机。
优选的,系统还包括助燃风机,所述助燃风机通过助燃气动阀和第二进气阀连接至所述炉膛;所述空气系统的供气端与所述助燃气动阀连接。
一种采用上述补燃系统来提高选择性催化还原烟气温度的方法,方法包括:当车辆控制器监测到选择性催化还原烟气的温度低于温度下限值时,启动补燃系统;补燃系统同时打开燃油泵、雾化风机、和空气系统,通过在炉膛后端的供给端上的点火端子和进气阀控制炉膛内的燃烧温度;当补燃结束,打开冷却风机,将新风补入炉膛进行冷却。
优选的,当打开补燃系统温度仍然达不到温度下限值,打开助燃风机,促进燃烧提高温度。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、通过加热SCR管道中烟气,提高烟气温度使烟气温度达到尿素能完全分解为氨气的温度。
2、雾化风机与补燃器燃烧炉膛相连。辅助雾化燃油喷射,使燃油喷射的雾化效果更优。
3、助燃风机与补燃器燃烧炉膛相连,增加燃烧时的氧气浓度,使燃烧更充分。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种用于提高烟气温度的补燃系统,参见图1,系统包括炉膛1、热风入口法兰2、热风炉出口法兰3、冷却风机4、燃油泵5、雾化风机6、助燃风机7和空气系统8。
连接关系:所述热风入口法兰2连通的设置在所述炉膛1的上部,所述热风炉出口法兰3连通的设置在炉膛1的前端,且所述炉膛1通过热风入口法兰2和热风炉出口法兰3分别连接SCR管;在所述热风入口法兰2上游管道上连通的设置所述冷却风机4。所述燃油泵5通过燃油电控阀51和过滤器52通过喷油阀9连接至所述炉膛1,并在炉膛1后端的供给端上设置点火端子13和进气阀;所述雾化风机6通过雾化气动阀61和第一进气阀62连接至所述炉膛1;所述助燃风机7通过助燃气动阀71和第二进气阀62连接至所述炉膛1;所述空气系统8将压缩空气过滤后压力可调的供给雾化气动阀61和助燃气动阀71以提供致动用压缩空气。
其中,在所述热风入口法兰2上游管道上连通的设置所述冷却风机4。作用是在补燃系统停止工作后,冷却风机4将新风吸入燃烧器炉膛1,对炉膛1进行冷却。
其中,所述助燃风机7通过助燃气动阀71和第二进气阀72连接至所述炉膛1;所述空气系统8的供气端与所述助燃气动阀71连接。作用是增加燃烧时的氧气浓度,使燃烧更充分。
进一步的,所述炉膛1包括外管11和一端与炉膛1的前端连接另一端悬空设置的内管12。
其中,空气系统8包括空气压缩泵81、空气滤清器82、和空气电控阀83。其中,空气滤清器82包括前置水滤器和后置空滤器。
雾化气动阀61和助燃气动阀71的开启压力不同,且助燃气动阀71的打开压力大于雾化气动阀61的打开压力。
工作原理:采用补燃系统来提高选择性催化还原烟气温度的方法,方法包括以下控制步骤。
①当车辆控制器监测到选择性催化还原烟气的温度低于温度下限值时,启动补燃系统。
②补燃系统同时打开燃油泵5、雾化风机6、和空气系统8,通过在炉膛1后端的供给端上的点火端子13和进气阀控制炉膛内的燃烧温度。
③当打开补燃系统温度仍然达不到温度下限值,打开助燃风机7,促进燃烧提高温度。
④当补燃结束,打开冷却风机4,将新风补入炉膛1进行冷却。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于提高烟气温度的补燃系统,其特征在于,系统包括炉膛(1)、热风入口法兰(2)、热风炉出口法兰(3)、燃油泵(5)、雾化风机(6)、和空气系统(8);
所述热风入口法兰(2)连通的设置在所述炉膛(1)的上部,所述热风炉出口法兰(3)连通的设置在炉膛(1)的前端,且所述炉膛(1)通过热风入口法兰(2)和热风炉出口法兰(3)分别连接SCR管;
所述燃油泵(5)通过燃油电控阀(51)和过滤器(52)通过喷油阀(9)连接至所述炉膛(1),并在炉膛(1)后端的供给端上设置点火端子(13)和进气阀;
所述雾化风机(6)通过雾化气动阀(61)和第一进气阀(62)连接至所述炉膛(1);
所述空气系统(8)将压缩空气过滤后压力可调的供给给雾化气动阀(61)以提供致动用压缩空气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补燃系统,其特征在于:系统还包括冷却风机(4),在所述热风入口法兰(2)上游管道上连通的设置所述冷却风机(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的补燃系统,其特征在于:系统还包括助燃风机(7),所述助燃风机(7)通过助燃气动阀(71)和第二进气阀(72)连接至所述炉膛(1);所述空气系统(8)的供气端与所述助燃气动阀(71)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的补燃系统,其特征在于:所述炉膛(1)包括外管(11)和一端与炉膛(1)的前端连接另一端悬空设置的内管(12)。
5.采用权利要求1-4任一项所述的补燃系统来提高选择性催化还原烟气温度的方法,其特征在于,方法包括:
当车辆控制器监测到选择性催化还原烟气的温度低于温度下限值时,启动补燃系统;
补燃系统同时打开燃油泵(5)、雾化风机(6)、和空气系统(8),通过在炉膛(1)后端的供给端上的点火端子(13)和进气阀控制炉膛内的燃烧温度;
当补燃结束,打开冷却风机(4),将新风补入炉膛(1)进行冷却。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:当打开补燃系统温度仍然达不到温度下限值,打开助燃风机(7),促进燃烧提高温度。
