Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of push bench, in particular to a high-efficiency device for replacing a hob of a push bench and a using method thereof, wherein the device comprises a rotating part, the rotating part comprises a first cutter disc, a second cutter disc, an auxiliary cutter disc, a central part, a rolling bearing, a working space, supporting legs, a pressure chamber and a shell; according to the invention, the first cutter head or the second cutter head is retracted into the shell, so that the replacement by an operator is facilitated, and the hob replacement efficiency is improved; the second cutter disc is quickly replaced after the hob on the first cutter disc is damaged, and the second cutter disc continues to work until the hobs on the first cutter disc and the second cutter disc are completely damaged and then are uniformly replaced, so that the hob replacing efficiency is improved because the hob can be continuously worked and operators can replace the hobs in a centralized manner; the first cutter head or the second cutter head is retracted into the shell, so that the hob can be replaced at the rear of an operator, and the casualty problem caused by improper operation is reduced.

Technical Field

Background
When the tunnel is constructed, a pipe jacking machine is used, a pipe jacking machine cutter disc is arranged on the pipe jacking machine, and a hobbing cutter is arranged on the pipe jacking machine cutter disc and used for smashing rocks in the excavation process. meanwhile, the first cutter disc 11 or the second cutter disc 12 retracts into the shell 19, so that an operator can replace the hob at the back, and the casualty problem caused by improper operation is reduced.
