Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure houses, in particular to a floor type awning structure for steel structure house construction.
Background
A rain fly is a building component installed above a door opening or window for sheltering from rain. In order to facilitate the entrance and exit of personnel, a large-scale steel structure awning is often arranged at the main entrance and exit of a building, the floor type canopy is grounded by arranging baffle plates on two sides, the protection area is increased, but the existing floor type canopy is not enough when in use:
although conventional console mode canopy can block the rainwater of both sides, its fixed structure can't accomodate in a flexible way, appears colliding with easily when haulage equipment comes in and goes out, leads to equipment and canopy all to receive the damage, causes also greatly reduced of serious economic loss handling efficiency simultaneously, and although conventional canopy can the manger plate, the rainwater still can be from canopy avris set direct current and drench staff's under and on one's body, the result of use is unsatisfactory.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a rain tent structure for floor type steel structure house construction comprises a fixing assembly, a rain tent assembly, a side baffle assembly and a supporting assembly, wherein the fixing assembly comprises a bottom plate and a main gear, a wall plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the bottom plate, a motor for driving the main gear is fixedly arranged on one side of the wall plate, and a sliding groove is formed in the top of the bottom plate;
the canopy assembly comprises a driving rod movably arranged on one side of the wallboard, a canopy frame is fixedly arranged on the surface of the driving rod, a water pan is fixedly arranged at the top of the canopy frame, a sliding rod is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water pan, a pinion meshed with the main gear is fixedly arranged on the surface of the driving rod, and a telescopic pipe is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the canopy frame;

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the bottom of the canopy frame is provided with a slot, the supporting assembly comprises a fixed cylinder hinged on the right side surface of the wallboard body, and the surface of the fixed cylinder is movably provided with a movable cylinder.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the internal thread of the movable cylinder is sleeved with the stabilizer bar, one end of the stabilizer bar, which is far away from the interior of the movable cylinder, extends to the interior of the slot, one end of the fixed cylinder is fixedly provided with the limiting rod, and one end of the limiting rod, which is far away from the fixed cylinder, extends to the interior of the stabilizer bar.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the surface of the fixed cylinder is fixedly provided with a limiting block, the inner wall of the movable cylinder is provided with a limiting groove, and the interior of the limiting groove is movably sleeved with the surface of the limiting block.

Canopy subassembly 2 sets up the actuating lever 21 in wallboard 12 one side including the activity, the fixed surface of actuating lever 21 is provided with canopy frame 22, the fixed water collector 23 that is provided with in top of canopy frame 22, the fixed slide bar 231 that is provided with in bottom of water collector 23, the fixed surface of actuating lever 21 is provided with the pinion 27 with master gear 13 looks meshing, the fixed flexible pipe 29 that is provided with in bottom of canopy frame 22, the rainwater is collected to the inside of canopy frame 22 through water collector 23, is discharged through flexible pipe 29 and the guide of water pipe 291, and water pipe 291, canopy 22 and the water collector 23 constitute interior drainage system, will fall into the inside rainwater of collector 24 and collect to the inside of canopy frame 22, and the drainage is guided through water pipe 291, has avoided the rainwater to drench the staff under the avris of water collector 23, and when snowing weather, the top of water collector 23 leaves snow, when needing to clear up, breaks away from the support to canopy frame 22 with stabilizer bar 43, starts motor drive 13 and drives pinion 27 and rotates for the right-hand member of snow make canopy frame 22 can make the later stage of rain make the later stage maintenance, the later stage landing of rain convenient for the right-hand member.

When the rain water diversion and drainage system is used, the inserting rod 36 is pulled through the operation block 38 to drive the inserting block 37 to be separated from the inside of the first clamping groove 15, after the inserting block 37 is separated from the inside of the first clamping groove 15, the connecting rod 35 is pulled to drive the floor-type waterproof cloth 31 to extend, meanwhile, the floor-type waterproof cloth 31 drives the sliding ring 34 to slide into the surface of the sliding rod 231 from the surface of the fixing rod 32 through the supporting rod 33, when the connecting rod 35 moves to the position of the second clamping groove 16, the operation block 38 is loosened to connect the inserting block 37 with the second clamping groove 16, so that the extended floor-type waterproof cloth 31 and the supporting rod 33 are kept stable, rain water falls into the anti-splash net 25 and then flows into the water receiving tray 23 and then flows into the rain shed frame 22 through the tray 24, finally is drained through the guide of the extension pipe 29 and the water pipe 291, the rain shed frame 22 and the water receiving tray 23 to form an inner water drainage system, rainwater falling into the collector plate 24 is collected into the rain shed frame 22, and is guided and discharged through the water pipe 291, so that rainwater is prevented from flowing down along the side of the water collector plate 23, wetting of workers is reduced, when the rain shed frame 22 and the floor waterproof cloth 31 need to be stored, the insert block 37 is pulled out from the second clamping groove 16, the floor waterproof cloth 31 is stored, the insert block 37 is connected with the first clamping groove 15 again, after the movable cylinder 42 is rotated to drive the stabilizing rod 43 to be separated from the inside of the slot 26, the movable cylinder 42 is overturned to be attached to the wallboard 12, the motor is started to drive the main gear 13 to drive the auxiliary gear 27 to rotate anticlockwise, the driving rod 21 drives the rain shed frame 22, the water collector plate 23 and the sliding rod 231 to overturn anticlockwise to be attached to the wallboard 12, no influence is caused on a carrying device, and the operation of the device is completed through the above steps.
In conclusion, this canopy structure for floor type steel house building construction, through setting up fixed subassembly 1, canopy subassembly 2 and side fender subassembly 3, accomodate and extend through connecting rod 35 pulling waterproof cloth 31 that falls to the ground, nimble plug-in block 37 is fixed a position connecting rod 35, the completion is to accomodating of falling to the ground waterproof cloth 31, starter motor drives the upset of canopy frame 22 subassembly and accomplishes accomodating with the laminating of wallboard 12, the canopy of conventional structure relatively comes the comparison, the device easy operation just accomodates in a flexible way, wide application prospect has.
