The invention has the beneficial effects that: a multifunctional intelligent disinfection balcony railing can turn over the upper end wall of a railing when the balcony railing is used, so that the trouble of cleaning the railing before disinfecting cotton quilts is eliminated, and the direct irradiation angle of sunlight can be detected during sunlight disinfection, so that the railing is driven to rotate, and the disinfection effect of the cotton quilts is better; the handrail can be intermittently turned over by one hundred eighty degrees, so that the front side and the back side of the cotton quilt can obtain a good disinfection effect; when the weather changes suddenly, the railing can be inverted and the baffle arranged at the bottom of the railing is unfolded, so that the cotton quilt is not wetted as much as possible.
