Performance test
The shoe stretcher obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 was inserted into a shoe, and after standing for 30 days, the shoe stretcher was taken out to observe whether or not there was any mildew or not and whether or not there was offensive odor on the shoe was smelled.
And (3) judging standard: the surface of the shoe stretcher has no mildew, and the shoe is qualified if the shoe is odorless.
TABLE 2
Shoe stretcher | Shoes with air-permeable layer | |
Example 1 | No mildew on the surface | The shoes have peculiar smell and no peculiar smell |
Example 2 | No mildew on the surface | Shoes without foul smell |
Example 3 | No mildew on the surface | The shoes have little peculiar smell and no peculiar smell |
Example 4 | No mildew on the surface | Shoes without foul smell |
Example 5 | No mildew on the surface | Shoes without foul smell |
Comparative example 1 | Has little mildew spot on the surface | The shoes have slight odor |
Comparative example 2 | Has a large amount of mildew stains on the surface | Shoes with heavy odor |
It can be seen from the combination of example 1 and comparative example 1 and table 2 that, when the deodorant was added to the shoe stretcher, the shoe did not generate odor after being left for a long time with the shoe, and the shoe stretcher did not show the occurrence of mildew, indicating that the addition of the deodorant inhibited the proliferation of microorganisms on the shoe and inhibited the generation of odor of the shoe, probably because the substance component in the deodorant inhibited the proliferation of microorganisms, so that the shoe was not easily odorous after being left for a long time.
It can be seen from the combination of example 1 and comparative example 2 and table 2 that when the deodorant is prepared using the dried artemisia leaves, the dried mint leaves and the cinnamon powder as the materials for raising earthworms, the prepared deodorant is better in preventing odor of shoes, while the material obtained by feeding earthworms using straw has no odor-preventing effect on shoes and mildew on shoe stretchers, probably because the straw itself does not contain the deodorizing and sterilizing components, the deodorizing and sterilizing effects are not obtained after the treatment, and the dried artemisia leaves, the dried mint leaves and the cinnamon powder have stronger sterilizing and deodorizing effects after the treatment.
It can be seen from the combination of example 1 and example 2 and table 2 that, when the deodorant is prepared, the deodorant can prevent the odor from appearing on the shoes after the earthworms are added to treat the deodorant, and this is probably because the earthworms can combine the components among the dried artemisia leaves, the dried mint leaves and the cinnamon powder after the dried artemisia leaves, the dried mint leaves and the cinnamon powder are treated, so that the killing effect of the dried artemisia leaves, the dried mint leaves and the cinnamon powder on the microorganisms is improved, the deodorant has a stronger effect of inhibiting the odor on the shoes, and the odor is not easy to appear on the shoes.
It can be seen from the combination of examples 1 and 3 and table 2 that the effect of the deodorant was slightly reduced when the straw was added during the raising of earthworms, probably because the synergistic effect of the components in the deodorant was slightly unbalanced due to the addition of the straw, and the effect of the deodorant was slightly reduced.
