when the rubber coating operation is performed on the sponge pad, and the rubber coating ring 240 vertically moves, the inner wall of the driving cone 242 abuts against the upper end of the vertical pressing rod 250, so that the vertical pressing rod 250 extends into the avoiding opening 2101, the rubber coating ring 240 is ensured to move downwards reliably, and the rubber coating operation on the surface of the film is performed.
Specifically, to implement the vertical driving of the gluing ring 240, the gluing driving mechanism includes a driving rail 243 which forms a vertical sliding with a gluing frame 241, the gluing frame 241 is connected with a piston rod of a driving cylinder 244, and the piston rod of the driving cylinder 244 is vertically arranged;
after the glue solution is coated, the glue coating ring 240 is reset, the vertical compression rod 250 is lifted and reset, then the wavy sponge on one side is guided into the constraint annular groove 212 in an upward state to form annular sponge, the vertical compression rod 250 is started to move downwards, the annular sponge and the rubber ring on the film are fixed, and the fixation of the sponge and the film is completed.

After the operation of the film cutting ring, the whole waste material adsorption head 220 is of a conical barrel-shaped structure which is big from top to bottom, a connecting support is arranged on the waste material adsorption head 220, the connecting support and a connecting sliding rod 217 arranged at the other end of the shape bending track 210 form a sliding fit, a connecting spring 218 is arranged on the connecting sliding rod 217, and two ends of the connecting spring 218 are respectively abutted to the rod end of the connecting sliding rod 217 and the connecting support.
In order to cut off the sponge at the position of the feed port 211, a cutting tool is arranged above the feed port 211 arranged on one side of the annular curved track 210, and the cutting tool moves vertically and cuts off the strip-shaped sponge on the feed port 211;
when the fixing of the annular sponge and the film is implemented, the cutting tool is connected with the driving ring 254, so that the cutting tool is linked to implement the cutting operation of the sponge, and the separation of the annular sponge and the leading-in end is implemented;

when the film feeding operation is performed, the film material roll is arranged on the film material roll 310 and is guided out to the unfolding roller 320, and the unfolding roller 320 is used for performing reliable flattening operation on the film positioned at the feed inlet and the discharge outlet of the assembling device 200 for producing the hole towel, so that the assembling device 200 for producing the hole towel can perform assembling and ring cutting reliability on the sponge ring.

the semi-finished product provided with the sponge is guided out to a forming support frame 410 in the bag body forming equipment 400 to perform flattening operation on the film, then the film folding frame 420 is started to rotate around a hinge shaft to perform turning operation on the film folding frame 420, so that the film is folded in half, the folded film performs intermittent sealing operation on the folding edge and the middle position through a welding strip 430, and further the bag body is formed, so that the bag body presents a continuous bag-shaped structure and is wound together, and then subsequent separating operation is performed.
Specifically, before the film is folded in half, end clamping rollers 440 are arranged on one side of the film folding frame 420 and one side of the forming support frame 410, the end clamping rollers 440 are horizontal and vertical to the length direction of the film folding frame 420, and a plurality of end clamping rollers 440 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the film folding frame 420 and the forming support frame 410;

fifthly, starting a ring cutting mechanism of the assembling device 200 for producing the hole towel, cutting out ring-shaped waste materials cut out by the thin films and extracting the ring-shaped waste materials from the assembling device (200) for producing the hole towel;
sixthly, guiding the film provided with the sponge out of the bag body forming equipment 400 between the forming support frame 410 and the film folding frame 420;
seventhly, turning over the film turning frame 420 of the bag body forming equipment 400 to implement the centering and turning over of the film;
eighthly, starting a glue paste attaching mechanism 470 of the bag body forming equipment 400, and attaching the glue paste to the position below the film;
ninth, the welding bars 430 of the bag forming apparatus 400 are activated to perform welding of the film so that the film is formed into a continuous bag-like configuration and wound together.
