Abstract
The invention provides a product press-fit device suitable for an oil press, which comprises a pressurizing module and a display module, wherein the pressurizing module is used for pressurizing a product; the pressurizing module is provided with a cushion block, a limiting block, a pressing block, a first guide block, a second guide block and a combined disc spring; the display module is provided with a plane pressure sensor and a digital display; the limiting block is positioned right above the product and coaxial with the cushion block to position the pressing block; the guide block I is positioned at the periphery of the pressing block, and the central hole is coaxial with the pressing block and the guide block II and is connected with the guide block II through a flange and used for supporting the pressing block; the combined disc spring is positioned at the upper end of the pressing block; the pressure after the elastic deformation buffering of the combined disc spring is transmitted to a pressed product through the pressing block, acts on the plane pressure sensor below the product, is displayed by the digital display, controls the press-fit pressure through upper limit alarm, and realizes the press-fit and protection of the product. The pressure in the press-fit process of the product is controlled only by the pressure gauge of the oil press, so that the risk of press-fit or not-in-place press-fit is easily caused, and the product performance is influenced.

According to the present invention, there is provided a product press-fitting device suitable for an oil press, comprising: a pressurizing module and a display module; the pressurizing module is provided with a cushion block, a limiting block, a pressing block, a first guide block, a second guide block and a combined disc spring; the display module is provided with a plane pressure sensor and a digital display; the limiting block is positioned right above the product and coaxial with the cushion block to position the pressing block; the guide block I is positioned at the periphery of the pressing block, and the central hole is coaxial with the pressing block and the guide block II and is connected with the guide block II through a flange and used for supporting the pressing block; the combined disc spring is positioned at the upper end of the pressing block; the pressure after the elastic deformation buffering of the combined disc spring is transmitted to a pressed product through the pressing block, acts on the plane pressure sensor below the product, is displayed by the digital display, controls the press-fit pressure through the upper limit, and realizes the press-fit and protection of the product.
In the product press-fit process, pressure is applied to the second guide block, the second guide block moves downwards along the outer wall surface of the pressing block, and the pressure is transmitted to the combined disc spring; the pressure after the elastic deformation buffering of the combined disc spring is transmitted to a pressed product through the pressing block, acts on the plane pressure sensor below the product, is displayed by the digital display, controls the press-fit pressure through upper limit alarm, and realizes the press-fit and protection of the product.
Preferably, the limiting block is positioned right above the product and coaxial with the cushion block to position the pressing block;
preferably, the guide block is positioned at the periphery of the pressing block, is connected with the guide block II through a flange and is used for lifting the pressing block;
preferably, the pressing block is restrained by double matching with the first guide block and the second guide block, so that the angular deviation in the press-fit process is effectively prevented;
preferably, the display module is provided with an alarm function, and the product is effectively protected by alarming through the upper limit of pressure.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present invention provides a product press-fit device suitable for an oil press, including: a pressurizing module 1 and a display module 2; the pressurizing module 1 is provided with a cushion block 11, a limiting block 12, a pressing block 13, a first guide block 14, a second guide block 15 and a combined disc spring 16; the display module 2 is provided with a planar pressure sensor 21 and a digital display 22.
In the process of press-fitting the product, pressure is applied to the second guide block 15, the second guide block 15 moves downwards along the outer wall surface of the pressing block 13, and the pressure is transmitted to the combined disc spring 16; the pressure buffered by the elastic deformation of the combined disc spring 16 is transmitted to a pressed product through the pressing block, acts on a plane pressure sensor 21 below the product, is displayed by a digital display 22, and controls the press-fit pressure through upper limit alarm, so that the press-fit and protection of the product are realized.
The limiting block 12 is positioned right above the product and is coaxial with the cushion block 11, so that the pressing block 13 is positioned; the first guide block 14 and the second guide block 15 are positioned on the periphery of the pressing block 13 and are connected by flanges; the pressing block 13 is restrained by double matching with the first guide block 14 and the second guide block 15, so that the angular deviation in the press-fit process is effectively prevented; the display module 2 can control the pressure in the press-fit process by setting an alarm upper limit, so that the product is effectively protected.
