In this way, the power of the driving mechanism 74 is transmitted to the second rotating shaft 71 by the gear 72 and the rack 73, and the gear 72 and the rack 73 cannot be damaged by the cleaning medium, so that the sealing structure is simplified, and the cost of the cleaning device is reduced. Alternatively, an end of the second air knife 32 remote from the second rotary joint 33 is connected to the second rotary shaft 71.
In one embodiment, the second driving assembly 70 further includes a mounting seat 75 and a rack fixing seat 76. The mount 75 is mounted to the base plate 10, and the second rotating shaft 71 is rotatably coupled to the mount 75. The rack holder 76 is movably coupled to the mounting seat 75, and the rack 73 is mounted to the rack holder 76. The driving structure 74 is detachably connected with the rack holder 76. In this way, the driving structure 74 drives the rack fixing seat 76 to move, so as to drive the rack 73 to move, and further drive the second rotating shaft 71 to rotate under the meshing action of the rack 73 and the gear 72, and the second rotating shaft 71 drives the second air knife 32 to rotate around the second axis. In addition, the driving structure 74 and the rack fixing seat 76 are detachably connected, so that the position of the second air knife assembly 30 can be conveniently adjusted, and the distance between the first air knife 22 and the second air knife 32 can be adjusted to adapt to products to be cleaned of different specifications, and the compatibility of the cleaning device is improved. For example, when the position of the second air knife assembly 30 needs to be adjusted, the rack fixing seat 76 is separated from the driving structure 74, the second air knife assembly 30 is detached from the base plate 10, then the second air knife assembly 30 is installed on the adjusted position of the base plate 10 again, and finally the rack fixing seat 76 is connected with the driving structure 74, so that the driving structure 74 is prevented from being detached when the position of the second air knife assembly 30 is adjusted, and the time and labor saving effect is achieved. Optionally, a sliding block is fixedly connected to the rack fixing seat 76, a sliding rail is fixedly connected to the mounting seat 75, and the sliding block is slidably connected to the sliding rail, so that the rack fixing seat 76 can move relative to the mounting seat 75.
Further, a stop block is arranged on the bottom plate 10, and the rack 73 can abut against the stop block in the process of moving relative to the bottom plate 10 so as to limit the moving range of the rack 73. Of course, in another embodiment, the rack holder 76 can abut against a stop during the movement of the rack 73 relative to the base plate 10, and can also serve to limit the movement range of the rack 73.
In one embodiment, the driving structure 74 includes a driving rod 741 and a second driving member 742. The driving rod 741 is movably connected to the base plate 10, and one end of the driving rod 741 is detachably connected to the rack holder 76. The second driving member 742 is mounted on the base plate 10 and is in transmission connection with the driving rod 741 to drive the driving rod 741 to move relative to the base plate 10. In this way, the second driving member 742 drives the driving rod 741 to move relative to the bottom plate 10, so as to drive the rack fixing seat 76 and the rack 73 to move relative to the bottom plate 10, and drive the second rotating shaft 71 to rotate under the engagement effect of the rack 73 and the gear 72. Alternatively, the second driver 742 may be a motor. Alternatively, the driving rod 741 may be mounted to the base plate 10 by a linear bearing.
Further, the driving structure 74 further includes a screw rod module 743 installed on the bottom plate 10, the second driving member 742 is in transmission connection with a screw rod of the screw rod module 743, and a screw rod nut of the screw rod module 743 is connected with the driving rod 741 through the driving connection block 744, so that the screw rod nut of the screw rod module 743 drives the driving rod 741 to move relative to the bottom plate 10 through the driving connection block 744. Alternatively, the screw module 743 and the second driving member 742 may be mounted on the back surface of the base plate 10, the driving rod 741 is mounted on the front surface of the base plate 10, and the driving connection block 744 is disposed through the front surface and the back surface of the base plate 10 and is movable relative to the base plate 10. Thus, the screw module 743 and the second driving member 742 are mounted on the back of the base plate 10 to be better protected.
Alternatively, the rack fixing seat 76 may embrace one end of the driving rod 741 through the embracing block 761, so as to realize the detachable connection between the rack fixing seat 76 and the driving rod 741. In this manner, when the position of the second blade assembly 30 needs to be adjusted, the hugging block 761 is released, so that the driving rod 741 and the rack holder 76 are separated, and then the position of the second blade assembly 30 is adjusted. After the adjustment is in place, the holding block 761 is locked, so that the holding block 761 holds the driving rod 741 tightly. Further, the locking and unlocking of the holding block 761 may be achieved by, for example, a threaded lock, etc., without limitation.
