In this embodiment, a through groove may be formed in the side wall of the container 1, and the hanging ring 9 is embedded in the through groove, so that the hanging ring 9 may be assembled on the container 1, and of course, the hanging ring 9 may also be directly assembled on the inner wall of the container 1 by welding or bonding, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The elastic member 9 of this embodiment is deformed to generate a restoring force, so that the balance is kept, and in the using process, the elastic member 9 cannot rotate or shake, and can be a spring, of course, a disc spring and the like can be selected, so that this embodiment is not limited.
