and S2, enabling the methanol to enter from the bottom of the water washing device to be in contact with desalted water introduced into the desalted water pipeline from the upper part of the water washing device, recovering methanol in volatile gas generated in a methanol storage tank, pumping the methanol to a crude methanol tank pipeline through a pressure pump, and discharging non-condensable gas output by the water washing device to a torch pipeline.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first, second and third self-operated valves are opened to open the pipeline connecting the methanol storage tank to the water washing means and the corresponding branch of the nitrogen gas pipeline in the step of S1.
