Description

Impervious electrode paste and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments and animal experimental instruments, in particular to a waterproof electrode paste.
Background
The application of electric fields and currents in the medical field has been known for many years and is mainly in two forms: 1) the conductive electrode is applied to a human body or an animal body, a certain potential difference is kept, and an electric field is formed by applying the conductive electrode to the body or tissue. The application mode can be applied to the surface of the skin of a human body or in the human body, such as a cardiac defibrillator, a peripheral nerve and muscle stimulator, a tumor resection device and the like; 2) electric wave sources emit electric waves, such as RF wave sources and microwave sources, which deliver energy to the body by radiation or induction. In this mode, there is no electrical energy conduction between the energy source and the body.
The tumor treating electric field is one low strength, medium and high frequency alternating electric field and can treat tumor via interfering the mitosis process of tumor cell. Research shows that the tumor electric field treatment method has obvious effect in treating tumors such as glioblastoma, non-small cell lung cancer, melanoma and the like, can prolong the life of a patient, and has small side effect.
The tumor treatment electric field is applied to the tissue region where the tumor is located through an external electrode, and the electric field is applied to the tumor in a capacitive coupling mode. The electric field electrode for treating tumor is applied to the surface of the skin of a patient to treat the patient for a long time, and the continuous application time of the electric field electrode is 2-4 days.
In the electric field human body treatment of tumors, the electrode paste for electric field treatment has poor adhesion with the skin of the human body and is easy to fall off. In addition, people can shake the electrode paste during walking or moving, and the electrode paste can fall off, so that the electrode paste which is good in adhesiveness and not easy to fall off needs to be developed.
The electrodes of the tumor treatment electric field are generally disposable electrodes, the electrodes need to be replaced after 2-4 days of use, the price of the electrodes is high, and the price of the electrodes per month is 2 ten thousand dollars abroad. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a reusable electrode to reduce the use cost.
The statements in the background section are merely prior art as they are known to the inventors and do not, of course, represent prior art in the field.

The electrode paste comprises a protective layer 6, an electrode 8 and a double-sided adhesive water-impermeable layer 2, wherein the electrode 8 is attached to the surface of the protective layer 6 facing to the skin 1 of the human body, a first surface 9 of the double-sided adhesive water-impermeable layer 2 is attached to the electrode 8, and a second surface 10 is attached to the skin 1 of the human body.
When the disposable electrode paste is used for the first time, the double-sided sticky impervious layer 2 of the electrode paste is closely adhered to the skin 1 of a human body, and due to the blocking effect of the double-sided impervious layer 2, sweat and tissue fluid cannot pollute the electrode 8, so that the circuit is prevented from being damaged. When the double-sided sticky impermeable layer 2 is used for the second time, the double-sided sticky impermeable layer is torn off and replaced by a new double-sided sticky impermeable layer, and the impermeable electrode paste is reused. In addition, the used double-sided sticky impervious layer 2 can be replaced by a new double-sided sticky impervious layer 2, so that the impervious electrode paste can be recycled, the electrode paste has good adhesion, and the cost of the electrode paste is reduced.

The construction of the water-impermeable electrode patch of the second embodiment differs from that of the first embodiment in that it comprises two double-sided adhesive water-impermeable layers 2-1, 2-2 stacked.
When the electrode paste is used for the first time, the double-sided sticky impervious layer 2 of the electrode paste is adhered to the skin 1 of a human body, wherein the double-sided sticky impervious layer 2-1 in the two double-sided sticky impervious layers 2 is tightly adhered to the skin 1 of the human body. Due to the blocking effect of the double-sided impermeable layer 2, sweat and tissue fluid cannot pollute the electrode 8, and circuit damage is avoided. When the double-sided sticky impermeable layer is used for the second time, the double-sided sticky impermeable layer closest to the human skin 1 in the double-sided sticky impermeable layers 2 is torn off and replaced by a new double-sided sticky impermeable layer, and the impermeable electrode paste is reused. Due to the blocking effect of the double-sided impermeable layer 2, sweat and tissue fluid cannot pollute the electrode, and the reliability of the electrode paste is improved. In addition, besides the benefits described in the embodiment, only the double-sided adhesive impervious layer closest to the human skin 1 in the double-sided adhesive impervious layers 2 is torn off, so that the electrode 8 is not loosened or even falls off due to the influence on the electrode 8, the stability of the electrode paste is enhanced, and the service life of the electrode paste is prolonged.

FIG. 6 shows a top view of another exemplary connection of a plurality of electrode segments 8-1, 8-2, 8-3 in a fourth embodiment.
The electrode pads are connected with the electrode segments 8-1, 8-2 and 8-3 in different ways, so that the voltage of each electrode segment can be flexibly adjusted, the electric field intensity of different parts of the applied human skin is further influenced, the whole electric energy of the electrode pads is saved, different treatment schemes can be arranged according to different actual patient parts of different patients, the treatment efficiency is improved, and the treatment effect is improved.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, each of the one or more double-sided adhesive impervious layers is a double-sided adhesive tape, the double-sided adhesive tape has a vertical holding adhesion slip of not more than 2.5mm and a thickness of less than 0.5cm according to the requirements of YY/T0148-2006 test. The size and the weight of the waterproof electrode paste can be reduced while the viscosity is improved by selecting the specification of the double-sided adhesive tape, so that the waterproof electrode paste is convenient to carry and is not easy to fall off.
