The test materials adopted by the invention are all common commercial products and can be purchased in the market.
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples:
example 1 preparation of the composition of the present invention and its medicinal liquor and medicinal tea for oral administration
The formula comprises the following components: 150 g of cowherb spur, 150 g of liquorice, 100 g of touguxiao, 100 g of eucommia bark, 100 g of ricepaper pith, 100 g of bone yellow, 100 g of common salsola herb, 100 g of dried old ginger, 100 g of cortex acanthopanacis, 150 g of seven wood, 100 g of adult wormwood, 100 g of creeping brother grass, 100 g of square grass, 150 g of schizophragma integrifolium and 150 g of common clubmoss herb.
Preparing oral medicinal liquor: weighing the medicinal materials according to the above dosage, mixing well, adding Chinese liquor, and soaking for 30 days to obtain the medicated liquor.
Preparing the medicinal tea: the medicinal materials are weighed according to the dosage, crushed, mixed evenly and soaked in boiled water for 2-3 hours when being taken.
Example 2 preparation of the composition of the present invention and its medicinal liquor and medicinal tea for oral administration
The formula comprises the following components: 300 g of cowherb spur, 300 g of liquorice, 200 g of touguxiao, 200 g of eucommia bark, 200 g of ricepaper pith, 200 g of bone yellow, 200 g of common salsola herb, 200 g of dried old ginger, 200 g of cortex acanthopanacis, 300 g of seven wood, 200 g of adult wormwood, 200 g of creeping brother grass, 200 g of square grass, 300 g of schizophragma integrifolium and 300 g of common clubmoss herb.
Preparing external medicinal liquor: weighing the medicinal materials according to the above dosage, mixing well, adding Chinese liquor, and soaking for 30 days to obtain the medicated liquor.
Example 3 the composition of the present invention and the oral Chinese medicinal solution thereof
The formula comprises the following components: 150 g of cowherb spur, 170 g of liquorice, 120 g of caulis perllae, 100 g of eucommia bark, 100 g of ricepaperplant pith, 100 g of bone yellow, 100 g of common salsola herb, 100 g of dried old ginger, 120 g of cortex acanthopanacis, 150 g of seven wood, 120 g of adult wormwood, 120 g of creeping brother grass, 120 g of square grass, 150 g of schizophragma integrifolium and 150 g of common clubmoss herb.
Preparing decoction: the medicinal materials are weighed according to the dosage, mixed evenly, added with 10 jin of water and decocted to obtain 2 jin of traditional Chinese medicine liquid.
EXAMPLE 4 clinical efficacy testing experiment
225 clinical patients are randomly selected, wherein 20 patients suffering from cold and pain, 52 patients suffering from arthralgia, 45 patients suffering from lumbar intervertebral disc pain, 30 patients suffering from swelling and injury, and 21 patients suffering from muscle injury. 32 patients with cold and 25 patients with tonsil inflammation. The medicinal liquor of the oral embodiment 1 is taken, externally applied or externally applied by the patients, wherein the oral administration method comprises the following steps: the oral administration is carried out once at noon and night, and the dosage can be determined according to the constitution and the disease condition of patients. The healing cases of the injury swelling and the muscle injury are followed, and the disease is found that the injury swelling and the muscle injury do not relapse within 3 years after healing.
Example 5 introduction of cure cases
1. 6. A medicated wine for treating arthralgia, lumbar intervertebral disc pain, swelling or muscle injury, which is characterized by being prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine composition of claim 1 or 2 and white spirit.
7. The method for preparing the medicated wine according to claim 6, wherein the medicated wine is obtained by pulverizing the Chinese medicinal composition according to claim 1 or 2, and soaking in Chinese liquor.
8. The medicated wine according to claim 6, wherein the alcohol content of the white wine is 60 vol% or more.
9. The medicinal liquor according to claim 6, wherein the mass ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine composition to the white spirit is 1: (4-5).
10. The medicated wine of claim 6, wherein the soaking time is 30 days or more.
