The extracting solution is prepared from ethanol, acetic acid, ethyl acetate and water according to the weight ratio of 5: 1.5: 1: 4, and mixing the components in a mass ratio.
The mesh number of the sieve plate 17 is 200 meshes.

The outer circumferential surface of the loop bar 18 is fixedly provided with a helical blade 26, and the helical blade 26 is positioned above the fixed ring plate 22.

according to the invention, the extracting solution is added into the feeding pipe 21, the extracting solution enters the net cylinder 11 through the loop bar 18, the stirring rod 19 is driven to rotate through the stirring motor 20, the second blades 25 are driven to rotate, and the extracting solution and medicinal materials are stirred to obtain mixed materials;
according to the invention, the heating plate 33 is used for heating the fixed cylinder 12, so that the mixed material is heated to be boiling, the rotating motor 15 is used for driving the net cylinder 11 to rotate, so that liquid in the mixed material passes through the net cylinder 11 and enters the fixed cylinder 12 under the action of centrifugal force, and the heating and the filtering of the medicinal materials are both carried out in the fixed cylinder 12, so that the heating and the filtering are fast and convenient, the separation is not required, the production procedures are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
