技术领域
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品技术领域，特别涉及一种可生物降解的运动成长裤。
背景技术
聚乳酸(PLA)来源于可再生的生物质资源(如木薯、甜高粱、秸杆等)，最突出的优点是生物可降解性。聚乳酸由于具有良好的热塑性、成纤性、透明度高，部分性能优于现有通用塑料聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等材料。因此已被全球公认为新世纪最有发展前景的塑料。
采用聚乳酸纤维无纺片材，可达到降解目的，但是加工性和手感不好，采用热风工艺进行网面加固制得的无纺片材，纤维缠结强度低，容易起毛，跟普通的PP/PE(聚丙烯/聚乙烯)双组份纤维制得的热风无纺布相比，手感很差，消费者的购买欲望不强，进一步的，在婴儿使用时易摩擦导致起毛起球或纤维掉落，引起瘙痒或红疹，还可能存在婴儿误食的情况。
聚乳酸现在只能用热轧或者水刺工艺做无纺布，做出来的布，相对比较硬，如果做表层的话，需要做二次加工，进一步破坏布面。聚乳酸纤维制得的无纺布片材，不具备良好的弹性伸缩性，因此相对于弹性无纺布，并不具备良好的形变恢复能力与回弹力，无法适用于穿戴者的运动场景，容易造成材料的不可逆形变。
聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)由丁二酸和丁二醇经缩合聚合合成而得，树脂呈乳白色，无嗅无味，易被自然界的多种微生物或动植物体内的酶分解、代谢，最终分解为二氧化碳和水，是典型的可完全生物降解聚合物材料。具有良好的生物相容性和生物可吸收性。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足，本发明提供了一种可生物降解的运动成长裤，其解决PLA纤维应用层面的加工性低、产量低的问题、解决PLA纤维及其衍生产品手感差的问题。
为了达到上述发明目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种可生物降解的运动成长裤，包括内装和外装，所述内装由上至下包括表层无纺布、吸收芯体、拒水无纺布、橡筋、微孔透气膜，所述外装自上到下由次底层无纺布、底层无纺布组成，所述吸收芯体设置在表层无纺布和底层无纺布之间，所述表层无纺布为海藻纤维长丝无纺布无纺片材，所述底层无纺布为PLA/PBS短丝纤维热风无纺布底层，所述底层无纺布由PLA/PBS膜和用以底层的PLA/PBS短丝纤维热风无纺布构成，各层之间通过可生物降解的热熔胶复合连接为一体。
进一步，所述拒水无纺布采用经过拒水整理剂处理后PLA/PBS长丝纤维无纺布防漏隔边，所述拒水无纺布设置在吸收芯体宽度方向的两侧。
进一步，所述吸收芯体的外侧设有包覆无纺布，所述包覆无纺布为卫生纸或木浆水刺包覆布。
进一步，所述吸收芯体采用绒毛浆(木浆板经粉碎后的植物纤维)与SAP(淀粉基高吸水性树脂颗粒)混合，比例为4：6或5：5或3：7，其中，淀粉基高吸水性树脂为淀粉接枝丙烯酸高吸水性树脂。
进一步，所述橡筋采用干法纺丝生物易降解纸尿裤用氨纶。
进一步，所述热熔胶包括松香/淀粉基可生物降解尿显胶、松香/淀粉基可生物降解湿强胶、松香/淀粉基可生物降解结构胶、松香/淀粉基可生物降解橡筋胶。
本发明的有益效果为：可完全生物降解，而且在使用过程中具有亲肤、透气、触感柔软的特点，避免皮肤湿疹问题的发生，同时解决PLA纤维应用层面加工性低、产量低的问题，并改善PLA纤维衍生产品手感差的问题。
1、采用PLA/PBS双组份可降解纤维替代纯PLA纤维，PLA聚乳酸与PBS(聚丁二酸丁二酯醇)均为生物降解塑料，具有良好的耐热性，加工性能较好。PBS具备优异的柔软度，韧性，生物分解速度快，低熔点(115℃)，PLA/PBS双组份可降解纤维可以通过热风工艺做无纺布，做出来的布，相对比较柔软，做表层的话，能够获得更好的花型效果。
2、PLA/PBS双组份可降解纤维可以通过热风工艺做无纺布，做出来的布抗起毛起球性能相对要好，进一步减少婴儿使用时的起毛起球或纤维掉落情况，防止瘙痒或红疹。
3、海藻纤维具有高吸收性，高透氧性，抑菌性，作为表层使用，能够保持使用者皮肤干爽，并抑制病菌滋生，进一步保护皮肤健康。

两侧的拒水无纺布：采用PLA/PBS长丝纤维无纺布防漏隔边，幅宽205-370mm，克重8-15gsm，经过拒水整理剂处理后，耐静水压强度≥1.2Kpa，具备行业标准范围内的拒水特性，同时具有生物可降解的特性，可实现生物降解，具有环境可消纳的特性。
橡筋：采用干法纺丝生物易降解纸尿裤用氨纶，规格为560-620Dtex。
微孔透气膜：采用PBAT或PLA/PBS印刷定位切膜，幅宽120-140，克重15-18g。
次底层无纺布、底层无纺布：采用PLA/PBS短丝纤维热风无纺布，幅宽510-740mm，克重18-22gsm，可通过日本大和纺公司购得。
热熔胶：松香/淀粉基可生物降解尿显胶、松香/淀粉基可生物降解湿强胶、松香/淀粉基可生物降解结构胶、松香/淀粉基可生物降解橡筋胶。
吸收芯体：采用绒毛浆(木浆板经粉碎后的植物纤维)与SAP(淀粉基高吸水性树脂颗粒)混合，比例为4:6或5：5或3:7，其中，淀粉基高吸水性树脂为淀粉接枝丙烯酸高吸水性树脂。
包覆无纺布：采用卫生纸或木浆水刺包覆布，克重18-26g，幅宽270-320mm，可通过市售获得。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的运动成长裤，其特征在于：所述吸收芯体的外侧设有包覆无纺布，所述包覆无纺布为卫生纸或木浆水刺包覆布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的运动成长裤，其特征在于：所述吸收芯体采用绒毛浆(木浆板经粉碎后的植物纤维)与SAP(淀粉基高吸水性树脂颗粒)混合，比例为4：6或5：5或3：7，其中，淀粉基高吸水性树脂为淀粉接枝丙烯酸高吸水性树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的运动成长裤，其特征在于：所述橡筋采用干法纺丝生物易降解纸尿裤用氨纶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的运动成长裤，其特征在于：所述热熔胶包括松香/淀粉基可生物降解尿显胶、松香/淀粉基可生物降解湿强胶、松香/淀粉基可生物降解结构胶、松香/淀粉基可生物降解橡筋胶。
