The electric steaming box as claimed in claim 11, wherein the third catching member (73) is a bar-shaped handle fixed to a front end of the steaming cover (31) and having a catching bar (731) extending in a left-right direction, and the fourth catching member (74) is a catching groove fixed to a front side edge of the opening of the steaming box (32) in the left-right direction and into which the catching bar (731) is caught, and the catching groove is opened toward the front.

The electric steamer according to any one of claims 9 to 12, wherein the control assembly (6) further comprises a mounting block (64), a connecting rod (65) and a connecting block (66), the mounting block (64) is disposed at the rear side of the steaming box (32), the pushing block (63) is fixed on the mounting block (64), the connecting rods (62) are two, the connecting rods (62) are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the steaming box (32), the rear end of each connecting rod (62) is respectively bent inwards to be fixed with the corresponding end of the mounting block (64), and the front end of each connecting rod (62) is respectively fixed with the corresponding end of the connecting block (66) through the connecting rod (65),
the periphery of the steaming box (32) is respectively provided with a mounting structure (8) for mounting the control component (6), the mounting structure (8) comprises a mounting pipeline (81) for embedding the mounting block (64) and the connecting rod (62), the corresponding part of the mounting pipeline (81) and the rear groove wall of the mounting chute (324) share a pipe wall and are provided with a through hole (3241) for the push block (63) to penetrate out and abut against the first buckle piece (71),
the mounting structure (8) also comprises a mounting pore channel (82) and a mounting cavity (83) which are arranged at the front end of the steaming box (32), the mounting pore channels (82) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the mounting cavity (83) and are respectively penetrated by the corresponding connecting rods (65), and a front-back clearance fit is formed between each connecting rod (65) and the corresponding mounting pore channel (82), and each mounting hole (82) is respectively communicated with the mounting cavity (83), the connecting block (66) is mounted in the mounting cavity (83), and an elastic reset guide component (84) is arranged between the connecting block (66) and the mounting concave cavity (83), the elastic reset guide component (84) can guide the connecting block (66) to move along the front and back directions, and under the state that the connecting block (66) moves backwards, the resilient return guide assembly (84) provides the connecting block (66) with a tendency to move forward.

The electric steaming box as claimed in claim 13, wherein the elastic return guide assembly (84) is provided between a front end surface of the connecting block (66) and a front side surface of the mounting cavity (83), and comprises a guide projection (841) projected on the front side surface of the mounting cavity (83), a guide groove (842) provided on the front end surface of the connecting block (66) and opened forward, and a third return spring (843), the guide projection (841) being fitted in the guide groove (842) and being slidable forward and backward along the guide groove (842), and the third return spring (843) being fitted over the guide projection (841) and the guide groove (842) and being restrained between the front end surface of the connecting block (66) and the front side surface of the mounting cavity (83).
15. The electric steamer according to claim 14, wherein the bottom of the mounting cavity (83) is open to expose the connecting block (66) to form the handle (61).
