the second rotating rod (93) and the third rotating shaft (92) are respectively provided with the second rotating rod (93) in a rotating way;

the other ends of the hooks (94) and the second rotating rods (93) are provided with the hooks (94);

the upper parts of the fixing sleeves (91) are provided with bolts (95) in a sliding manner, and the bolts (95) are matched with the second rotating rod (93);

third spring (96), all overlap on bolt (95) and have third spring (96), third spring (96) inboard all is connected with fixed cover (91), and the third spring (96) outside all is connected with bolt (95).
