Abstract
臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置及防治方法。鲑鱼在孵化中需要对孵化水中的水霉菌进行杀菌处理,采用的杀菌方式为直接通过臭氧进气管插入到孵化水中对水霉菌进行杀菌,此种杀菌方式杀菌效果不好,同时通入的臭氧不均匀。本发明的组成包括:装置罐(2)、鲑科鱼卵孵化筒(6)、振动发生装置、曝气装置和可控流量水泵(15);所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒位于所述的装置罐内部,并且二者之间的间隙处通过环状漏水格栅(14)连接固定;所述的振动发生装置和所述的曝气装置安装在所述的漏水格栅上;所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒底部安装有鱼卵隔离网(1)和可控流量水泵。本发明用于臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置及防治方法。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置及防治方法。
背景技术:
鲑鱼在孵化中需要对孵化水中的水霉菌进行杀菌处理,采用的杀菌方式为直接通过臭氧进气管插入到孵化水中对水霉菌进行杀菌,此种杀菌方式杀菌效果不好,同时通入的臭氧不均匀。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是解决目前水霉菌进行杀菌处理通过臭氧进气管插入到孵化水中对水霉菌进行杀菌杀菌效果不好,同时通入的臭氧不均匀的问题,提供一种可以另臭氧与孵化水混合形成水雾混合体、同时保证通入的臭氧均匀的臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置及防治方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种利用臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的装置,包括装置罐、鲑科鱼卵孵化筒、振动发生装置、曝气装置和可控流量水泵;所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒位于所述的装置罐内部,并且二者之间的间隙处通过环状漏水格栅连接固定;所述的振动发生装置和所述的曝气装置安装在所述的漏水格栅上;所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒底部安装有鱼卵隔离网和可控流量水泵。
所述的利用臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的装置,所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒的顶部侧面开设有多个孵化水体溢流孔。
所述的利用臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的装置,所述的振动发生装置为8/16/32组晶片振动发生器对称分布在所述的环状漏水格栅的圆周上,所述的曝气装置包括呈8/16/32组对称分布在所述的环状漏水格栅的圆周上的臭氧曝气盘,每个所述的臭氧曝气盘对应一个晶片振动发生器并且所述的臭氧曝气盘位于所述的晶片振动发生器的振晶片上部,每个所述的臭氧曝气盘都通过管路与所述的装置罐外部的环状臭氧进气管连通,所述的环状臭氧进气管通过管路与压力臭氧气体发生器连通。
所述的利用臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的装置,所述的压力臭氧气体发生器与所述的臭氧进气管之间的管路上安装有调压阀。
所述的臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的方法,鲑科鱼卵孵化筒与装置罐之间为臭氧消毒空间,鲑科鱼卵孵化筒的孵化水水位升高通过孵化水体溢流孔流出至臭氧消毒空间,臭氧曝气盘通过与臭氧进气管连通,压力臭氧气体发生器产生的臭氧进入到臭氧进气管并进入到臭氧曝气盘,曝气盘释放臭氧气体微气泡,晶片振动发生器的振晶片发生振动,使得臭氧气体微气泡与水体混合,产生水的气雾混合体,臭氧气雾上升与鲑科鱼卵孵化筒下落的水滴接触杀灭水中的水霉菌,经杀菌后的水体穿过漏水格栅后流入到装置罐底部,在可控流量水泵的作用下回到鲑科鱼卵孵化筒内实现循环利用。
有益效果:
1.本发明通过臭氧曝气盘与晶片振动发生器相结合,一个晶片振动发生器对应一个臭氧曝气盘,臭氧曝气盘释放出臭氧气体微气泡与通过孵化水体溢流孔流出的孵化水水滴均匀混合形成气雾混合体,可以保证杀菌效果。
本发明振动发生装置为8/16/32组晶片振动发生器对称分布在环状漏水格栅的圆周上,曝气装置包括呈8/16/32组对称分布在环状漏水格栅的圆周上的曝气盘,可以保证晶片振动发生器与曝气盘的一一对应关系,同时另其均匀分布在臭氧消毒空间内可以保证臭氧通入的均匀性与振动的全面性。

实施例1:
一种臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置,此臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置包括装置罐2、鲑科鱼卵孵化筒6、振动发生装置、曝气装置和可控流量水泵15;
所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒位于所述的装置罐内部,并且二者之间的间隙处通过环状漏水格栅14连接固定,此固定为焊接固定。
所述的振动发生装置和所述的曝气装置安装在所述的漏水格栅上,振动发生装置通过螺栓固定在漏水格栅上,曝气盘通过肋板固定在所述的漏水格栅上。
所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒底部安装有鱼卵隔离网1和可控流量水泵。
实施例2:
根据实施例1所述的臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置,所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒的顶部侧面开设有多个孵化水体溢流孔8。
实施例3:
根据实施例1或2所述的臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置,所述的振动发生装置为8/16/32组晶片振动发生器13对称分布在所述的环状漏水格栅的圆周上,所述的曝气装置包括呈8/16/32组对称分布在所述的环状漏水格栅的圆周上的臭氧曝气盘5,每个所述的臭氧曝气盘对应一个晶片振动发生器并且所述的臭氧曝气盘位于所述的晶片振动发生器的振晶片12上部,每个所述的臭氧曝气盘都通过管路与所述的装置罐外部的环状臭氧进气管11连通,所述的环状臭氧进气管通过管路与压力臭氧气体发生器3连通。
实施例4:
根据实施例1或2或3所述的臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置,所述的压力臭氧气体发生器与所述的臭氧进气管之间的管路上安装有调压阀4。
实施例5:
一种臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶装置的防治方法,鲑科鱼卵孵化筒与装置罐之间为臭氧消毒空间,鲑科鱼卵孵化筒的孵化水水位升高通过孵化水体溢流孔流出至臭氧消毒空间,臭氧曝气盘通过与臭氧进气管连通,压力臭氧气体发生器产生的臭氧进入到臭氧进气管并进入到臭氧曝气盘,曝气盘释放臭氧气体微气泡,晶片振动发生器的振晶片发生振动,使得臭氧气体微气泡与水体混合,产生水的气雾混合体,臭氧气雾上升与鲑科鱼卵孵化筒下落的水滴接触杀灭水中的水霉菌,经杀菌后的水体穿过漏水格栅后流入到装置罐底部,在可控流量水泵的作用下回到鲑科鱼卵孵化筒内实现循环利用。
Claims (5)
1.一种利用臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的装置,其特征是:包括装置罐、鲑科鱼卵孵化筒、振动发生装置、曝气装置和可控流量水泵;所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒位于所述的装置罐内部,并且二者之间的间隙处通过环状漏水格栅连接固定;所述的振动发生装置和所述的曝气装置安装在所述的漏水格栅上;所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒底部安装有鱼卵隔离网和可控流量水泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的装置,其特征是:所述的鲑科鱼卵孵化筒的顶部侧面开设有多个孵化水体溢流孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的利用臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的装置,其特征是:所述的振动发生装置为8/16/32组晶片振动发生器对称分布在所述的环状漏水格栅的圆周上,所述的曝气装置包括呈8/16/32组对称分布在所述的环状漏水格栅的圆周上的臭氧曝气盘,每个所述的臭氧曝气盘对应一个晶片振动发生器并且所述的臭氧曝气盘位于所述的晶片振动发生器的振晶片上部,每个所述的臭氧曝气盘都通过管路与所述的装置罐外部的环状臭氧进气管连通,所述的环状臭氧进气管通过管路与压力臭氧气体发生器连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的利用臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的装置,其特征是:所述的压力臭氧气体发生器与所述的臭氧进气管之间的管路上安装有调压阀。
5.一种权利要求1-4之一所述的臭氧在鲑鱼孵化器中防治水酶的方法,其特征是:鲑科鱼卵孵化筒与装置罐之间为臭氧消毒空间,鲑科鱼卵孵化筒的孵化水水位升高通过孵化水体溢流孔流出至臭氧消毒空间,臭氧曝气盘通过与臭氧进气管连通,压力臭氧气体发生器产生的臭氧进入到臭氧进气管并进入到臭氧曝气盘,曝气盘释放臭氧气体微气泡,晶片振动发生器的振晶片发生振动,使得臭氧气体微气泡与水体混合,产生水的气雾混合体,臭氧气雾上升与鲑科鱼卵孵化筒下落的水滴接触杀灭水中的水霉菌,经杀菌后的水体穿过漏水格栅后流入到装置罐底部,在可控流量水泵的作用下回到鲑科鱼卵孵化筒内实现循环利用。
