After receiving the live interface returned by each participating user, the server 120 may send the live interface to the jukebox terminal device 110, and display the live interface of each participating user through the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110, where the live interface includes live interfaces of the user and other participating users.
Further, the server 120 may send the live interface of each participating user to the user terminal 130 of each participating user, so as to ensure that each participating user of the chorus track can receive the same display screen.
Of course, the order terminal device 110 receives and displays the live broadcast interfaces of the participating users returned by the server 120, where the display manner may include displaying the live broadcast interfaces of the users on the screen interface of the order terminal device 110, where the live broadcast interfaces of other participating users may be displayed in a floating window, and the order of the display frames may be displayed according to the order in which the different participating users receive the live broadcast starting requests sent by the server 120.

Here, the singing page corresponding to the chorus track refers to detailed information corresponding to the chorus track stored in the order terminal device 110, and the detailed information includes lyrics, melody, rhythm, display screen, and other relevant rendering effects of the chorus track.
Further, the synthesizing process of the audio information and the video information includes the process of improving the quality of the audio stream such as noise reduction and rectification, the process of improving the quality of the video stream such as picture adjustment, definition and contrast display, and the process of aligning the time stamps in the audio stream and the video stream, so that the synchronous playing and display of the sound and the picture in the live broadcast process of the user are ensured.
The live broadcasting method based on the jukebox terminal equipment 110 acquires the selection operation of the live broadcasting room executed by the user on the interface of the jukebox terminal equipment 110 and sends the selection operation to the server 120, and the server 120 receives the selection operation and searches the corresponding target live broadcasting room to send to the jukebox terminal equipment 110; the jukebox terminal equipment 110 displays the target live broadcasting room on an interface of the jukebox terminal equipment 110, and acquires chorus tracks selected by the user in the target live broadcasting room and corresponding participating users thereof; the chorus track and the participation users thereof are sent to the server 120, the server 120 sends a live broadcast starting request to each participation user, receives a live broadcast interface returned by each participation user and then sends the live broadcast interface to the jukebox terminal equipment 110, and the jukebox terminal equipment 110 receives and displays the live broadcast interface of each participation user returned by the server 120; and in the live broadcast process, displaying a singing page corresponding to the chorus song, and recording and storing the audio and video information of the chorus song singed by the user.
In the application, before a user places a singing song on line at the singing terminal equipment 110, different types of live broadcasting rooms can be selected on the interface of the singing terminal equipment 110 according to the requirements of the user, favorite songs and participating users of the songs can be selected in the live broadcasting rooms after the user enters the live broadcasting rooms, the live broadcasting singing link can be carried out after the selected chorus songs and the participating users are determined, the singing terminal equipment 110 records and stores the audio and video information of the user in the live broadcasting process of the user, and the user can watch the own live broadcasting audio and video on the mobile terminal or the singing terminal equipment 110; compared with the existing live broadcast through live broadcast platform or online music software, the live broadcast method and device can live broadcast the songs by K without preparing live broadcast equipment or downloading related software by a user, is convenient and fast, saves cost, and can record the audio and video through the jukebox terminal equipment 110, and has better display and play effects of the recorded audio and video due to higher requirements on tone quality and pictures in design.
In one embodiment, after the step of recording and saving the audio/video information of the chorus track by the user in step S140, the method may further include:
s141: transmitting the audio and video information to the server 120;
s142: and enabling the server 120 to synthesize the audio and video information with the audio and video information of other participating users and upload the synthesized audio and video information to a cloud server.
In this embodiment, the jukebox terminal device 110 acquires the audio and video information in the live broadcast process of the user in real time, and sends the audio and video information to the server 120, the server 120 receives the audio and video information of the user sent by the jukebox terminal device 110 and the audio and video information sent by other participating users, synthesizes the audio and video information of the user and the audio and video information sent by other participating users according to the chorus track, and then uploads the synthesized audio and video information to the cloud server.
The purpose of the server 120 to synthesize the audio and video information sent by each participating user according to the chorus track is to perform seamless docking in the live broadcast singing process of each participating user, or to synthesize the simultaneously singed pictures and sounds into the same lyric melody, so as to ensure the smoothness of the live broadcast singing process and the live broadcast display effect.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a live broadcast display process according to an embodiment; in this figure, when a user records real-time audio and video information through a jukebox terminal device 110, such as a microphone (minik), the audio and video information can be synthesized and formed into an audio and video packet by a server 120 and then uploaded to a cloud server, the audio and video packet is synchronously transmitted and pushed to each terminal by the cloud service, and the terminal comprises a microphone music APP, a microphone public number, a microphone device, a small program or an H5 page, etc., so that the user can watch live broadcast content in the audio and video packet through any terminal.
In one embodiment, after the step of sending the audio/video information to the server 120 in step S141, the method may further include:
s143: receiving a live broadcast picture returned by the server 120, wherein the live broadcast picture comprises live broadcast pictures of the user and/or other participating users;
s144: and displaying the live broadcast picture on the interface of the jukebox terminal equipment 110.
In this embodiment, after receiving the audio and video information sent by each participant user, the server 120 may determine the current live user according to the audio and video information of the user and the audio and video information sent by other participant users, and send the live picture corresponding to the live user to the jukebox terminal device 110.
After the jukebox terminal device 110 receives the live broadcast picture returned by the server 120, the live broadcast picture can be displayed on the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110, where the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110 is the live broadcast interface of the target live broadcast room.
The live broadcast picture displayed comprises the live broadcast picture of the user, or the live broadcast picture of other participating users, or the live broadcast picture of the user and the live broadcast picture of other participating users.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a live broadcast switching method for multiple persons in an embodiment, in fig. 4, when a user a sings a song, a corresponding user terminal 130 records real-time audio and video, and transmits the audio and video information to a cloud server after processing, and the cloud server synchronously transmits and pushes the audio and video information recorded by the user to terminals, where the terminals include terminals corresponding to other participating users, such as a user B, a user C, a user D, and the like, and at this time, all other users not participating in singing are shown as viewers.
It will be appreciated that when the user performs singing according to the selected chorus track, the jukebox terminal device 110 and the user terminals 130 of other participating users will display a singing page corresponding to the chorus track, where the singing page includes, but is not limited to, lyrics, melody, rhythm, special effect synthesis corresponding to the chorus track, and according to the segment singing information formulated in advance by each participating user, the participating user can determine the user identification of the segment singing therein and determine the singing time and singing paragraph thereof, thereby forming a complete chorus process.
Further, the above-mentioned segment singing information may include a segment singed by each user individually, or may include a segment singed by each participating user or by a few participating users together.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a multi-user live broadcast switching method according to another embodiment.
In fig. 5, the content in fig. 4 is further explained, when the user B sings a song, the corresponding user terminal 130 records real-time audio and video, and transmits the processed audio and video information to the cloud server, and the cloud server synchronously transmits and pushes the audio and video information recorded by the user to the terminal, where the terminal includes terminals corresponding to other participating users, such as user a, user C, user D, and the like, and at this time, all other users not participating in singing are denoted as viewers.
In one embodiment, the step of obtaining the chorus track selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and the corresponding participating user in step S120 may include:
s121: acquiring a chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcasting room, and sending the chorus invitation instruction to the server 120;
s122: and receiving and displaying the receiving result of the chorus invitation instruction returned by the server 120 by the other users, and chorus tracks and participating users corresponding to the chorus invitation instruction.
In this embodiment, after determining that the target live broadcast room selected by the user is good, the user enters the target live broadcast room, initiates a chorus invitation instruction to other users in the target live broadcast room, after acquiring the chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users by the jukebox terminal device 110, the chorus invitation instruction is sent to the server 120, and after receiving the chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user sent by the jukebox terminal device 110 to other users in the target live broadcast room, the server 120 acquires the IP address of the user terminal 130 corresponding to the invited user according to the chorus invitation instruction, so as to send the chorus invitation instruction to the corresponding user terminal 130.
After the server 120 transmits the chorus invitation instruction to the corresponding user terminal 130, the user terminal 130 may choose to accept or reject the chorus invitation instruction transmitted by the server 120 instead of the user; after the user corresponding to the user terminal 130 determines to receive the chorus invitation instruction, a receiving result is returned, the server 120 receives the receiving result returned by the user terminal 130, determines the corresponding participating user according to the receiving result, and determines the corresponding chorus track according to the chorus invitation instruction.
For example, after the user sends a chorus invitation instruction to three users in the target live broadcast room, the server 120 confirms the corresponding user terminal 130 according to the chorus invitation instruction, and forwards the chorus invitation instruction of the user to each user terminal 130, each user terminal 130 confirms whether to receive the chorus invitation instruction, after receiving the chorus invitation instruction, the user terminal 130 obtains the selection operation of the corresponding user, and returns a receiving result to the server 120, where the receiving result includes receiving or rejecting, and the server 120 determines the user receiving the chorus invitation instruction according to the receiving result, so as to determine the corresponding participating user.
In addition, after the jukebox terminal device 110 sends the user's chorus invitation instruction to the server 120, the server 120 may determine the corresponding chorus track according to the specific content in the chorus invitation instruction, so that after the server 120 determines each participating user and the participating chorus track, the chorus track and the participating user may be sent to the jukebox terminal device 110.
It will be appreciated that the chorus invitation instruction herein includes, but is not limited to, a chorus track selected by the user on the jukebox terminal device 110, an invitation object corresponding to the chorus track, and the like.
Further, the user may select the user to participate, and the upper limit of the number of participants may be displayed in the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110.
In one embodiment, step S120 of obtaining the chorus track selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and the corresponding participating user may further include:
s123: obtaining a receiving result of a chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcasting room, and sending the receiving result to the server 120;
s124: and receiving and displaying the chorus track corresponding to the received result returned by the server 120 and the corresponding participating users.
In this embodiment, after determining that the target live broadcast room selected by the user is good, the user enters the target live broadcast room, other users in the target live broadcast room may initiate a chorus invitation instruction to the user, and after receiving the chorus invitation instruction of other users forwarded by the server 120, the user may select to receive or reject the chorus invitation instruction, and after the jukebox terminal device 110 obtains the receiving result of the user, the receiving result may be sent to the server 120.
After the server 120 receives the receiving result of the chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcast room, the corresponding chorus track and the participating users thereof are determined according to the receiving result, and the chorus track and the participating users are sent to the chorus terminal device 110.
After receiving the chorus track and the participating user corresponding to the received result returned by the server 120, the jukebox device terminal may display the chorus track and the participating user in the target live broadcast room.
Wherein, no matter the user selects to reject or receive the chorus invitation instruction, chorus songs participated by other users in the target live broadcast room and participated users can be displayed in the target live broadcast room.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a live broadcast device based on a jukebox terminal device 110 according to an embodiment, and in this embodiment, a live broadcast device based on a jukebox terminal device 110 is provided, which includes: a first acquisition module 210, a second acquisition module 220, a live preparation module 230, and a live recording module 240, wherein:
a first obtaining module 210, configured to obtain a live broadcast room selection operation performed by a user on an interface of the jukebox terminal device 110, and send the selection operation to the server 120, so that the server 120 searches for and returns to a corresponding target live broadcast room;
in the application, the user selects the terminal device preferably using the jukebox terminal device 110, and relevant option information is displayed on the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110, and the user can select a corresponding operation instruction according to the option information. For example, the jukebox terminal device 110 may display a live room option on its interface, where the live room option includes, but is not limited to, live rooms being live and newly created live room options, and the user may select different types of live rooms according to their own needs.
It should be understood that, the jukebox terminal device 110 herein includes, but is not limited to, an offline mini KTV device, where the offline mini KTV device includes at least a recording function, a video recording function, a song-on-demand function, a touch display function, a network communication function, a storage function, and a processor, and the above functions can implement a live broadcast recording process in the offline mini KTV device.
The user may then perform a live broadcasting room selection operation on the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110, and after the user selects a corresponding live broadcasting room, the jukebox terminal device 110 obtains the live broadcasting room selection operation of the user and sends the live broadcasting room selection operation to the corresponding server 120, and the server 120 receives the selection operation of the user sent by the jukebox terminal device 110, searches a corresponding target live broadcasting room according to the selection operation, and sends the target live broadcasting room to the jukebox terminal device 110.
For example, after the user selects a new live broadcast room on the jukebox terminal device 110, the jukebox terminal device 110 obtains the selection operation of the user, sends the selection operation to the server 120, and the server 120 searches for the current free live broadcast room according to the selection operation of the user and sends the current free live broadcast room as the target live broadcast room to the jukebox terminal device 110.
And the second obtaining module 220 is configured to display the target live broadcast room on the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110, and obtain the chorus track selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and the corresponding participating user.
In this module, after the user performs the live broadcast room selection operation on the jukebox terminal device 110 in the first obtaining module 210, the server 120 searches for a corresponding target live broadcast room according to the user selection operation, and when the jukebox terminal device 110 receives the target live broadcast room issued by the server 120, the target live broadcast room is displayed on the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110.
It should be noted that, the target live broadcast room may be a live broadcast room selected by the user and being live broadcast, or may be a live broadcast room newly created by the user.
When the user selects to enter the live broadcasting room in which the user is broadcasting, the server 120 searches the corresponding target live broadcasting room and issues the target live broadcasting room to the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110 for displaying, at this time, the user can enter the live broadcasting room, select chorus tracks in the live broadcasting room and initiate chorus invitations to other users in the live broadcasting room, or after the user enters the live broadcasting room, the chorus invitations sent by other users in the live broadcasting room can be accepted.
Further, after the user initiates a chorus invitation to other users of the live broadcasting room or accepts a chorus invitation issued by other users of the live broadcasting room, the jukebox terminal device 110 may obtain a chorus track selected by the user at the live broadcasting room and a corresponding participating user, where the participating user includes the user itself and other users of the live broadcasting room that accept or initiate the chorus invitation.
The method for the jukebox terminal device 110 to obtain the chorus track selected by the user in the live broadcast room and the corresponding participating user may include: and acquiring each selection operation of the user on the interface of the jukebox terminal equipment 110, and determining a selection result of the user according to the selection operation.
And the live broadcast preparation module 230 is configured to send the chorus track and the participating users thereof to the server 120, receive and display live broadcast interfaces of the participating users returned by the server 120.
In this module, after the jukebox terminal device 110 obtains the chorus track selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and the participating user corresponding to the chorus track, the chorus track and the participating user thereof may be sent to the server 120, and after the server 120 receives the chorus track and the participating user corresponding to the chorus track sent by the jukebox terminal device 110, the IP address of each participating user is searched, each participating user is accessed according to the IP address, and a live broadcast starting request is sent to each participating user.
The operation of sending, by the server 120, a live broadcast start request to each participating user includes the user itself and other users participating in the chorus track, where each participating user may acquire a live broadcast interface returned by each participating user after clicking confirmation by the user terminal 130.
After receiving the live interface returned by each participating user, the server 120 may send the live interface to the jukebox terminal device 110, and display the live interface of each participating user through the interface of the jukebox terminal device 110, where the live interface includes live interfaces of the user and other participating users.
Further, the server 120 may send the live interface of each participating user to the user terminal 130 of each participating user, so as to ensure that each participating user of the chorus track can receive the same display screen.
Of course, the order terminal device 110 receives and displays the live broadcast interfaces of the participating users returned by the server 120, where the display manner may include displaying the live broadcast interfaces of the users on the screen interface of the order terminal device 110, where the live broadcast interfaces of other participating users may be displayed in a floating window, and the order of the display frames may be displayed according to the order in which the different participating users receive the live broadcast starting requests sent by the server 120.
In addition, the display manner may further include displaying all live interfaces of all participating users in the screen interface of the jukebox terminal device 110.
And the live broadcast recording module 240 is configured to display a singing page corresponding to the chorus track in a live broadcast process, record and store audio and video information of the chorus track singed by the user.
In this module, after the jukebox terminal device 110 receives the live broadcast interface of each participating user issued by the server 120, the live broadcast recording link can be entered, and the recording module and the video recording module in the jukebox terminal device 110 start to work.

The above modules may be embedded in hardware or independent of a processor in the terminal device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the terminal device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
The present application also provides a jukebox terminal device, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of the jukebox terminal device-based live broadcast method according to any one of the above embodiments.
As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an internal structure of the singing terminal device in one embodiment. The electronic device 10 includes a processor 40 and a memory 20 connected by a bus 50 and a network port 30 connected to the processor 40. The memory 20 of the jukebox terminal device 10 stores a first acquiring module 210, a second acquiring module 220, a live broadcast preparing module 230 and a live broadcast recording module 240, and when the computer readable instructions are executed by the processor 40, the processor 40 can implement a live broadcast method based on the jukebox terminal device. The processor 40 of the jukebox terminal device 10 is arranged to provide computing and control capabilities supporting the operation of the entire jukebox terminal device 10. The network port 30 of the jukebox terminal device 10 is used to enable data exchange between the server 120 and the processor 40 over a network.
Specifically, before a user plays songs on line in a requesting terminal device, different types of live broadcast rooms can be selected on a requesting terminal device interface according to the requirements of the user, favorite songs and participating users of the songs can be selected in the live broadcast rooms after the user enters the live broadcast rooms, and when the selected chorus songs and the participating users are determined, a live broadcast singing link can be carried out, and the requesting terminal device records and stores audio and video information of the user in the live broadcast process of the user, so that the user can watch live broadcast audio and video of the user on a mobile terminal or the requesting terminal device; compared with the existing live broadcast through live broadcast platform or online music software, the live broadcast method and device can live broadcast the songs by K without preparing live broadcast equipment or downloading related software by a user, is convenient and fast, saves cost, and records the audio and video through the order terminal equipment, and has better display and play effects of the recorded audio and video due to higher requirements on tone quality and pictures in design.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited in order and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated herein. 1. The live broadcast method based on the jukebox terminal equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
Acquiring a live broadcasting room selection operation executed by a user on a jukebox terminal equipment interface, and sending the selection operation to a server, so that the server searches and returns to a corresponding target live broadcasting room;
displaying the target live broadcasting room on a jukebox terminal equipment interface, and acquiring chorus tracks selected by the user in the target live broadcasting room and corresponding participating users thereof; wherein the participating users include: the user itself, as well as other users of the living room who accept or initiate the chorus invitation;
sending the chorus track and the participating users thereof to the server, receiving and displaying live broadcast interfaces of the participating users returned by the server;
in the live broadcast process, displaying a singing page corresponding to the chorus track of each participating user, recording and storing the audio and video information of the chorus track of the user;
and sending the audio and video information to the server, so that the server can butt joint the audio and video information with the audio and video information of other participating users or synthesize the pictures and the sounds which are sung simultaneously into the same lyric melody, and upload the butt-jointed or synthesized audio and video information to the cloud server so as to push the audio and video information by the cloud server.
2. The jukebox terminal device-based live broadcast method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of transmitting the audio-video information to the server:
receiving a live broadcast picture returned by the server, wherein the live broadcast picture comprises live broadcast pictures of the user and/or other participating users;
and displaying the live broadcast picture on the jukebox terminal equipment interface.
3. The live broadcast method based on a jukebox terminal device of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the chorus track selected by the user at the target live broadcast room and the corresponding participating user thereof comprises:
acquiring a chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcasting room, and sending the chorus invitation instruction to the server;
and receiving and displaying the receiving results of the chorus invitation instruction returned by the server and chorus tracks and participating users corresponding to the chorus invitation instruction.
4. The live broadcast method based on a jukebox terminal device of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the chorus track selected by the user at the target live broadcast room and the corresponding participating user thereof further comprises:
Obtaining a receiving result of a chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcasting room, and sending the receiving result to the server;
and receiving and displaying the chorus track corresponding to the receiving result returned by the server and the corresponding participating user.
5. The live broadcast method based on the jukebox terminal equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a selection operation of a live broadcasting room executed by a user on a jukebox terminal equipment interface, searching a corresponding target live broadcasting room according to the selection operation, and sending the target live broadcasting room to the jukebox terminal equipment;
receiving chorus songs selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and corresponding participating users sent by the order terminal equipment, and sending a live broadcast starting request to each participating user; wherein the participating users include: the user itself, as well as other users of the living room who accept or initiate the chorus invitation;
receiving a live broadcast interface returned by each participating user, and sending the live broadcast interface to the order terminal equipment so as to display a singing page corresponding to the chorus track of each participating user;
Receiving audio and video information of the user sent by the jukebox terminal equipment and audio and video information sent by other participating users;
and according to the chorus track, docking the audio and video information of the user with the audio and video information sent by other participating users or synthesizing the simultaneously singed pictures and sounds into the same lyric melody, and uploading the docked or synthesized audio and video information to a cloud server so as to push the audio and video information by the cloud server.
6. The jukebox terminal device-based live broadcast method of claim 5, further comprising, after the step of transmitting the live interface to the jukebox terminal device:
and determining a current live user according to the audio and video information of the user and the audio and video information sent by other participating users, and sending a live picture corresponding to the live user to the order terminal equipment.
7. The jukebox-terminal-based live broadcast method of claim 5, further comprising, after the step of transmitting the target live room to the jukebox terminal device:
receiving a chorus invitation instruction sent by the order terminal equipment, wherein the chorus invitation instruction is initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcasting room;
Sending the chorus invitation instruction to a corresponding user terminal, receiving a receiving result returned by the user terminal, determining a corresponding participating user according to the receiving result, and determining a corresponding chorus track according to the chorus invitation instruction;
and sending the chorus tracks and the participating users to the order terminal equipment.
8. The jukebox-terminal-based live broadcast method of claim 5, further comprising, after the step of transmitting the target live room to the jukebox terminal device:
receiving a receiving result of a chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcast room, wherein the receiving result is sent by the jukebox terminal equipment;
and determining the corresponding chorus track and the participating users thereof according to the receiving result, and sending the chorus track and the participating users to the requesting terminal equipment.
9. A live broadcast device based on a jukebox terminal device, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a live broadcasting room selection operation executed by a user on a jukebox terminal equipment interface and sending the selection operation to a server, so that the server searches and returns to a corresponding target live broadcasting room;
