In addition, the display mode may further include that all live interfaces of all participating users are displayed in the screen interface of the karaoke terminal device 110.
S140: and in the live broadcasting process, displaying a singing page corresponding to the chorus, and recording and storing the audio and video information of the chorus sung by the user.

Further, the process of synthesizing the audio information and the video information includes a process of improving the audio quality such as noise reduction and rectification of the audio stream, a process of improving the picture display quality such as picture adjustment, definition and contrast display of the video stream, and a process of aligning timestamps in the audio stream and the video stream, so as to ensure synchronous playing and displaying of sound and pictures in the live broadcasting process of the user.

In an embodiment, after the step of recording and storing the audio and video information of the chorus song performed by the user in step S140, the method may further include:

The purpose of synthesizing the audio and video information sent by each participating user by the server 120 according to the chorus is to seamlessly interface the live broadcasting singing process of each participating user, or synthesize the pictures and sounds singing simultaneously into the same lyric melody, thereby ensuring the fluency of the live broadcasting singing process and the live broadcasting playing display effect.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a live broadcast display process according to an embodiment; in the figure, when a user records real-time audio and video information through a click terminal device 110, such as a mida machine (minik), the information can be synthesized by a server 120 to form an audio and video packet and then uploaded to a cloud server, the audio and video packet is synchronously transmitted and pushed to each terminal through the cloud server, the terminal comprises a mida music APP, a mida public number, a mida minik device, an applet or an H5 page and the like, and the user can watch live content in the audio and video packet through any terminal.
In an embodiment, after the step of sending the audiovisual information to the server 120 in step S141, the method may further include:

The displayed live broadcast pictures comprise live broadcast pictures of the user, or live broadcast pictures of other participating users, or live broadcast pictures shared by the user and other participating users.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a multi-user live broadcast switching method according to an embodiment, in fig. 4, when a user a sings a song, a corresponding user terminal 130 records real-time audio and video, and transmits audio and video information to a cloud server after processing, the cloud server synchronously transmits and pushes the audio and video information recorded by the user to terminals, the terminals include terminals corresponding to other participating users, such as a user B, a user C, a user D, and the like, and at this time, other users not participating in the singing all represent audiences.
It can be understood that, when the user sings according to the selected chorus, the singing page corresponding to the chorus is displayed in the singing terminal device 110 and the user terminals 130 of other participating users, the singing page includes, but is not limited to, lyrics, melody, rhythm and special effect synthesis corresponding to the chorus, and according to the segmented singing information preset by each participating user, the participating users can determine the user identification in which the segmented singing is performed through the segmented singing information, and determine their singing time and singing paragraph, thereby forming a complete chorus process.
Further, the segmented singing information may include paragraphs sung by each user individually, or paragraphs sung by each participating user or a small number of participating users together.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a multi-user live broadcast switching method according to another embodiment.
In fig. 5, the contents in fig. 4 are further explained, when the user B sings a song, the corresponding user terminal 130 records real-time audio and video, and transmits the processed audio and video information to the cloud server, the cloud server synchronously transmits and pushes the audio and video information recorded by the user to the terminal, the terminal includes terminals corresponding to other participating users, such as the user a, the user C, the user D, and the like, and at this time, other users not participating in the singing all represent audiences.
In an embodiment, the step of acquiring the chorus tracks selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and the corresponding participating users in step S120 may include:
s121: acquiring a chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcast room, and sending the chorus invitation instruction to the server 120;

After the server 120 sends the chorus invitation instruction to the corresponding user terminal 130, the user terminal 130 may choose to receive or reject the chorus invitation instruction sent by the server 120 instead of the user; when the user corresponding to the user terminal 130 determines to receive the chorus invitation instruction, a receiving result is returned, the server 120 receives the receiving result returned by the user terminal 130, determines a corresponding participating user according to the receiving result, and determines a corresponding chorus according to the chorus invitation instruction.
For example, after the user sends a chorus invitation instruction to three users in the target live broadcast room, the server 120 confirms the corresponding user terminal 130 according to the chorus invitation instruction, and forwards the chorus invitation instruction of the user to each user terminal 130, after each user terminal 130 receives the chorus invitation instruction, whether the chorus invitation instruction is received or not is confirmed, after the user terminal 130 obtains the selection operation of the corresponding user, a reception result is returned to the server 120, the reception result includes reception or rejection, the server 120 determines the user receiving the chorus invitation instruction according to the reception result, and then the corresponding participating user can be determined.
In addition, after the chorus inviting instruction of the user is sent to the server 120 by the requesting terminal device 110, the server 120 may determine the corresponding chorus according to the specific content in the chorus inviting instruction, so that after the server 120 determines each participating user and the participating chorus, the chorus and the participating users may be sent to the requesting terminal device 110.
It is understood that the chorus invitation instruction herein includes, but is not limited to, a chorus selected by the user on the requesting terminal device 110, an invitation object corresponding to the chorus, and the like.
Further, when the user selects the participating user, an upper limit of the number of participating persons may be displayed in the interface of the sing-click terminal device 110, and the user may select the number of participating persons.
In an embodiment, the step S120 of obtaining the chorus tracks selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and the corresponding participating users may further include:
s123: acquiring a receiving result of a chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcast room, and sending the receiving result to the server 120;

After the server 120 receives the result of receiving the chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcast room, which is sent by the chorus terminal device 110, the corresponding chorus track and the participating users thereof are determined according to the received result, and the chorus track and the participating users are sent to the chorus terminal device 110.
After the chorus song corresponding to the receiving result and the participating user returned by the server 120 are received by the requesting device terminal, the chorus song and the participating user can be displayed in the target live broadcasting room.
And the chorus tracks participated by other users and the participated users in the target live broadcast room can be displayed in the target live broadcast room no matter the users select to reject or receive the chorus invitation instruction.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a live broadcast apparatus based on a requesting terminal device 110 according to an embodiment, and in this embodiment, a live broadcast apparatus based on a requesting terminal device 110 is provided, which includes: a first obtaining module 210, a second obtaining module 220, a live broadcast preparing module 230, and a live broadcast recording module 240, wherein:
a first obtaining module 210, configured to obtain a live broadcast room selection operation executed by a user on an interface of the video-on-demand terminal device 110, and send the selection operation to the server 120, so that the server 120 searches for and returns to a corresponding target live broadcast room;
in the application, the selection operation of the user on the terminal device preferably uses the sing-requesting terminal device 110, the relevant option information is displayed on the interface of the sing-requesting terminal device 110, and the user can select the corresponding operation instruction according to the option information. For example, live room options are displayed on the interface of the requesting terminal device 110, the live room options include but are not limited to a live room being live and a newly-built live room option, and a user can select different types of live rooms according to the user's own needs.
It is understood that the requesting terminal device 110 includes, but is not limited to, an offline mini KTV device, which includes at least a recording function, a song requesting function, a touch display function, a network communication function, a storage function, a processor, and the like, and the above functions can implement a process of live recording in the offline mini KTV device by a user.
Then, the user may execute a live broadcast room selection operation on the interface of the requesting terminal device 110, after the user selects a corresponding live broadcast room, the requesting terminal device 110 obtains the live broadcast room selection operation of the user and sends the live broadcast room selection operation to the corresponding server 120, and the server 120 receives the selection operation of the user sent by the requesting terminal device 110, searches a corresponding target live broadcast room according to the selection operation, and sends the target live broadcast room to the requesting terminal device 110.
For example, after the user selects a new live broadcast room on the requesting terminal device 110, the requesting terminal device 110 obtains the selection operation of the user and sends the selection operation to the server 120, and the server 120 searches for a current idle live broadcast room according to the selection operation of the user and sends the idle live broadcast room as a target live broadcast room to the requesting terminal device 110.
And the second obtaining module 220 is configured to display the target live broadcast room on the interface of the karaoke terminal device 110, and obtain the chorus selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and the corresponding participating user.
In this module, after the user performs the live broadcast room selection operation on the sing-requesting terminal device 110 through the first obtaining module 210, the server 120 searches for a corresponding target live broadcast room according to the selection operation of the user, and after the sing-requesting terminal device 110 receives the target live broadcast room issued by the server 120, the target live broadcast room is displayed on the interface of the sing-requesting terminal device 110.
The target live broadcast room may be a live broadcast room selected by the user and being live broadcast, or may be a new live broadcast room created by the user.

In this module, after the chorus selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and the participating user corresponding to the chorus are obtained by the chorus terminal device 110, the chorus and the participating user thereof can be sent to the server 120, and after the server 120 receives the chorus sent by the chorus terminal device 110 and the participating user corresponding thereto, the IP address of each participating user is searched, each participating user is accessed according to the IP address, and a request for starting live broadcast is sent to each participating user.
The operation of sending the request for starting the live broadcast to each participating user by the server 120 includes the user and other users participating in the chorus, and after each participating user clicks the confirmation at the user terminal 130, the server 120 can obtain the live broadcast interface returned by each participating user.
After receiving the live interface returned by each participating user, the server 120 may send the live interface to the requesting terminal device 110, and display the live interface of each participating user through the requesting terminal device 110 interface, where the live interface includes the live interfaces of the user and other participating users.
Further, the server 120 sends the live interface of each participating user to the user terminal 130 of each participating user, so as to ensure that each participating user of the chorus receives the same display.

All or part of the modules in the live broadcasting device based on the point-to-sing terminal equipment can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the terminal device, and can also be stored in a memory in the terminal device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.

displaying the target live broadcast room on an interface of the singing ordering terminal equipment, and acquiring the chorus selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and the corresponding participating user;
sending the chorus songs and the participating users thereof to the server, receiving and displaying the live broadcast interface of each participating user returned by the server;
and in the live broadcasting process, displaying a singing page corresponding to the chorus, and recording and storing the audio and video information of the chorus sung by the user.
2. The live broadcasting method based on the chorus terminal device according to claim 1, wherein after the step of recording and storing the audio and video information of the chorus song sung by the user, further comprising:
and sending the audio and video information to the server, so that the server synthesizes the audio and video information with the audio and video information of other participating users and uploads the synthesized audio and video information to a cloud server.
3. The direct broadcasting method based on the point-to-record terminal equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein after the step of sending the audio/video information to the server, the method further comprises:
receiving a live broadcast picture returned by the server, wherein the live broadcast picture comprises live broadcast pictures of the user and/or other participating users;
and displaying the live broadcast picture on the interface of the song-requesting terminal equipment.
4. The live broadcasting method based on the requesting terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the chorus track selected by the user in the target live broadcasting room and the corresponding participating user comprises:
acquiring a chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcast room, and sending the chorus invitation instruction to the server;
and receiving and displaying a receiving result of the other users to the chorus invitation instruction returned by the server, and a chorus song and a participating user corresponding to the chorus invitation instruction.
5. The live broadcasting method based on the requesting terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the chorus song selected by the user in the target live broadcasting room and the corresponding participating user further comprises:
acquiring a receiving result of a chorus invitation instruction initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcast room, and sending the receiving result to the server;
and receiving and displaying the chorus song returned by the server and corresponding to the receiving result, and the corresponding participating user.
6. A live broadcast method based on a point-to-sing terminal device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving live broadcast room selection operation executed by a user on an interface of the song requesting terminal equipment, searching a corresponding target live broadcast room according to the selection operation, and sending the target live broadcast room to the song requesting terminal equipment;
receiving chorus songs selected by the user in the target live broadcast room and corresponding participating users sent by the sing-requesting terminal equipment, and sending live broadcast starting requests to the participating users;
and receiving a live broadcast interface returned by each participating user, and sending the live broadcast interface to the sing-requesting terminal equipment.
7. The direct broadcasting method based on the requesting terminal device according to claim 6, wherein after the step of sending the direct broadcasting interface to the requesting terminal device, the method further comprises:
receiving the audio and video information of the user sent by the point-to-sing terminal equipment and the audio and video information sent by other participating users;
and synthesizing the audio and video information of the user and the audio and video information sent by other participating users according to the chorus song, and uploading the synthesized audio and video information to a cloud server.
8. The direct broadcasting method based on the requesting terminal device according to claim 7, wherein after the step of sending the direct broadcasting interface to the requesting terminal device, the method further comprises:
and determining the current live broadcast user according to the audio and video information of the user and the audio and video information sent by other participating users, and sending a live broadcast picture corresponding to the live broadcast user to the sing-requesting terminal equipment.
9. The direct broadcasting method based on the requesting terminal device according to claim 6, wherein after the step of sending the target direct broadcasting room to the requesting terminal device, the method further comprises:
receiving a chorus invitation instruction sent by the requesting terminal equipment and initiated by the user to other users in the target live broadcast room;
sending the chorus invitation instruction to a corresponding user terminal, receiving a receiving result returned by the user terminal, determining a corresponding participating user according to the receiving result, and determining a corresponding chorus track according to the chorus invitation instruction;
and sending the chorus song and the participating user to the chorus terminal equipment.
