Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of one application scenario of a device control method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the application scenario of fig. 1, first, the computing device 101 may obtain a set of user information 102 over a predetermined period of time. The user information in the user information set 102 includes a user identifier, a goods return amount, a goods intake amount, and a target credit value corresponding to the user identifier. Then, the computing device 101 may generate a user credit value of a user account corresponding to the user information based on the returned goods amount, the entered goods amount and the target credit value included in each user information in the user information set 102, so as to obtain a user credit value set 103. Finally, the computing device 101 may control the associated alarm device 105 to perform an alarm operation according to each user identifier 104 corresponding to the user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition in the user credit value set 103 in response to the user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition in the user credit value set.
The computing device 101 may be hardware or software. When the computing device is hardware, it may be implemented as a distributed cluster composed of multiple servers or terminal devices, or may be implemented as a single server or a single terminal device. When the computing device is embodied as software, it may be installed in the hardware devices enumerated above. It may be implemented, for example, as multiple software or software modules to provide distributed services, or as a single software or software module. And is not particularly limited herein.
It should be understood that the number of computing devices in FIG. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of computing devices, as implementation needs dictate.
With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of some embodiments of a device control method according to the present disclosure is shown. The equipment control method comprises the following steps:
step 201, acquiring a user information set in a predetermined time period.
In some embodiments, an executing subject of the device control method (e.g., the computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) may acquire a set of user information within a predetermined period of time from a terminal by a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The user information in the user information set may include a user identifier, a goods return amount, a goods intake amount, and a target credit value corresponding to the user identifier. The predetermined time period may be a preset time period. Here, the setting of the preset time period is not limited. The user identifier may be a unique identifier of the user. For example, the user identification may be a user account id (identity document). The goods return amount may be the number of goods returned by the user within the preset time period corresponding to the user identifier. The input amount may be the number of items that the user corresponding to the user identifier inputs (purchases) within the preset time period. The target credit value may be a latest updated repayment credit value of the user corresponding to the user identifier within the preset time period. The payment credit value may be a credit value determined according to a payment information record (e.g., overdue number, overdue amount) of the user and a relationship table of preset payment information records and credit values. The higher the target credit value, the higher the credit of the user corresponding to the target credit value. It should be noted that the wireless connection means may include, but is not limited to, a 3G/4G connection, a WiFi connection, a bluetooth connection, a WiMAX connection, a Zigbee connection, a uwb (ultra wideband) connection, and other wireless connection means now known or developed in the future. Therefore, the goods returning amount, the goods entering amount and the target credit value included in the user information in the acquired user information set can provide data support for the generation of the user credit value.
As an example, the predetermined period of time may be "2021/2/112: 00: 00-2021/2/212: 00: 00". The set of user information in the predetermined time period may be:
"[ user identification: 001, return amount: 1, cargo capacity: 5, target credit value: 9],
[ user identification: 002, return amount: 2, cargo input: 100, target credit value: 4],
[ user identification: 003, return amount: 2, cargo input: 100, target credit value: 4],
[ user identification: 004, returning amount: 0, cargo capacity: 3, target credit value: 10]". The user information in the user information set may be [ user id: 001, return amount: 1, cargo capacity: 5, target credit value: 9]. The user information includes a user identifier of [001 ]. The user information includes a quantity of returned goods as [1 ]. The user information includes a shipment amount of [5 ]. The user information includes a target credit value of [9 ].
Step 202, based on the goods returning amount, the goods entering amount and the target credit value included in each user information in the user information set, generating a user credit value of a user account corresponding to the user information, and obtaining a user credit value set.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may generate a user credit value of a user account corresponding to the user information based on the returned goods amount, the input goods amount and the target credit value included in each user information in the user information set, so as to obtain a user credit value set. The user account may be represented as a user identifier. In practice, the executing entity may generate the user credit value of the user account corresponding to the user information according to the following formula:
Figure 100002_DEST_PATH_IMAGE009
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
Figure 691987DEST_PATH_IMAGE010

Indicating the above-mentioned returned goods amount.
Figure 964837DEST_PATH_IMAGE012
Indicating the above-mentioned inventory amount.
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE013
Representing the target credit value. Thus, a user credit value may be generated on the basis of the target credit value by a negative impact of the ratio of the amount of returned goods to the amount of entered goods on the user credit value.
As an example, the user information set may be the user information set illustrated in step 201. The user information may be the user information [ user id: 001, return amount: 1, cargo capacity: 5, target credit value: 9]. Then

Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE015
. Thus, a set of user credit values [8.1, 3.96, 3.96, 10] can be obtained]。
Step 203, in response to the user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition existing in the user credit value set, controlling the associated alarm device to execute the alarm operation according to each user identifier corresponding to the user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition in the user credit value set.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may control the associated alarm device to perform an alarm operation according to each user identifier corresponding to a user credit value meeting a predetermined abnormal condition in the user credit value set in response to a user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition existing in the user credit value set. The predetermined abnormal condition may be "the user credit value is less than or equal to a predetermined user credit value". The predetermined user credit value may be a preset user credit value. Here, the setting of the predetermined user credit value is not limited. The alarm device may be a device for alarm prompting. For example, the alarm device may be a sound box. In practice, the execution main body may control the alarm device to execute an operation of playing a voice including the user identifier. Therefore, alarm prompt can be carried out according to the user identification of the user account corresponding to the abnormal user credit value.
Optionally, first, the executing entity may select, in response to a user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition existing in the user credit value set, a user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition from the user credit value set as a target user credit value, so as to obtain a target user credit value set. Then, each user identifier corresponding to each target user credit value in the set of target user credit values may be sent to the associated display device.
In practice, first, the executing entity may first determine whether there is a user credit value in the user credit value set that meets the predetermined abnormal condition. Then, in response to determining yes, a user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition is selected from the user credit value set as a target user credit value, and a target user credit value set is obtained. Thus, the user credit value of the abnormality can be determined through the set abnormality condition. Finally, the execution main body may send the user identifiers to the associated display devices in a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. Therefore, the user identification of the user account corresponding to the abnormal user credit value can be sent to the display device through the abnormal user credit value, so that the user identification corresponding to the abnormal user credit value can be visually displayed and uniformly monitored.
As an example, the predetermined user credit value may be 5. The predetermined exception condition may be "the user credit value is less than or equal to 5". First, the executing entity may determine that there is a user credit value meeting the predetermined exception condition "user credit value is less than or equal to 5" in the user credit value set exemplified in step 201. Then, a user credit value meeting the above-mentioned predetermined abnormal condition "user credit value is less than or equal to 5" may be selected from the user credit value set exemplified in step 201 as a target user credit value, resulting in a target user credit value set [3.96, 3.96 ]. The user identifier corresponding to the first target user credit value [3.96] in the target user credit value set is "002". The second target user credit value [3.96] corresponds to a user identification of "003". Finally, the execution agent may transmit the user identifications "002" and "003" to the associated display device "XS 001" through the 4G connection.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, first, the executing entity may perform sorting processing on each target user credit value in the target user credit value set to obtain a target user credit value sequence. In practice, the credit values of the target users may be sorted in a descending order to obtain a credit value sequence of the target users. Then, each user identifier corresponding to each target user credit value in the target user credit value sequence may be sent to the display device. Therefore, the corresponding user identification can be sent to the display device according to the credit value of the user.
As an example, the target user credit value sequence may be [3.96, 3.96 ]. The first target user credit value [3.96] corresponds to a user identification of "002". The second target user credit value [3.96] corresponds to a user identification of "003". The execution agent may send [002, 003] to the associated display device "XS 001" via a 4G connection.
Optionally, the execution main body may send preset exception information to each terminal corresponding to each user identifier. The preset abnormal information may be preset information representing that the credit value of the user is abnormal. Therefore, the preset abnormal information representing the user credit value abnormality can be sent to the corresponding terminal.
As an example, preset abnormal information "you currently have a credit value lower than 5, and limit your right if it is lower than 4" may be sent to the terminal of the user corresponding to the user identifier "002" and the terminal of the user corresponding to the user identifier "003" illustrated in step 204.
Optionally, the executing entity may perform, in response to a user credit value smaller than or equal to a predetermined value existing in the user credit value set, authority constraint processing on a user account corresponding to the user credit value smaller than or equal to the predetermined value in the user credit value set. The authority constraint process may be a process of closing the authority of the user account. For example, the authority constraint process described above may be a process of prohibiting a user from reviewing a commodity. The predetermined value may be a value less than the predetermined user credit value. Therefore, when the user credit value of the user account meets the condition of carrying out the authority constraint processing on the user account, the authority constraint processing can be carried out on the user account.
As an example, the predetermined value may be [4 ]. The set of user credit values may be [8.1, 3.96, 3.96, 10 ]. The execution subject may perform, in response to a user credit value less than or equal to a predetermined value [4] existing in the user credit value set, a process of prohibiting review of the commodity on the user accounts "002" and "003" corresponding to the user credit values [3.96, 3.96] less than or equal to the predetermined value [4] in the user credit value set.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: with the device control method of some embodiments of the present disclosure, user traffic loss is reduced. Specifically, the reason for the loss of user traffic is: the influence of the goods returning amount and the goods entering amount on the credit of the user is not considered, the accuracy of the credit value of the user is low, and the E-commerce shopping platform cannot effectively monitor the user, so that the user experience is poor. Based on this, the device control method of some embodiments of the present disclosure first obtains a user information set within a predetermined time period, where the user information in the user information set includes a user identifier, a goods return amount, a goods intake amount, and a target credit value corresponding to the user identifier. Therefore, the goods returning amount, the goods entering amount and the target credit value included in the user information in the acquired user information set can provide data support for the generation of the user credit value. And then, generating a user credit value of a user account corresponding to the user information based on the goods returning amount, the goods entering amount and the target credit value included in each user information in the user information set to obtain a user credit value set. Thus, a user credit value may be generated based on the target credit value by the impact of the amount of returned goods and the amount of entered goods on the user credit. And finally, in response to the user credit value meeting a preset abnormal condition in the user credit value set, controlling the associated alarm equipment to execute alarm operation according to each user identifier corresponding to the user credit value meeting the preset abnormal condition in the user credit value set. Therefore, alarm prompt can be carried out according to the user identification of the user account corresponding to the abnormal user credit value. And because the user credit value is generated through the goods returning amount and the goods entering amount, the influence of the goods returning amount and the goods entering amount on the user credit is considered, and the accuracy of the user credit value is improved. Therefore, the users of the E-commerce shopping platform can be effectively monitored according to the user credit values with higher accuracy, and the user experience is improved. And thus the loss of user traffic can be reduced.
With further reference to fig. 3, a flow 300 of further embodiments of a device control method is shown. The process 300 of the apparatus control method includes the following steps:
step 301, acquiring a user information set in a predetermined time period.
In some embodiments, an executing subject of the device control method (e.g., the computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) may acquire a set of user information within a predetermined period of time from a terminal by a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The user information in the user information set comprises a user identifier, a goods returning amount, a goods entering amount, a target credit value corresponding to the user identifier and sharing times. The sharing times may be times when the user account corresponding to the user identifier sends the link corresponding to the article to another user account. Therefore, each goods returning amount, goods entering amount, target credit value and sharing times included in the acquired user information set can provide data support for generation of the user credit value.
As an example, the predetermined period of time may be "2021/2/112: 00: 00-2021/2/212: 00: 00". The set of user information in the predetermined time period may be:
"[ user identification: 001, return amount: 1, cargo capacity: 5, target credit value: 9, sharing times: 3],
[ user identification: 002, return amount: 2, cargo input: 100, target credit value: 4, sharing times: 0],
[ user identification: 003, return amount: 2, cargo input: 100, target credit value: 4, sharing times: 0],
[ user identification: 004, returning amount: 0, cargo capacity: 3, target credit value: 10, sharing times: 4]". The user information in the user information set may be [ user id: 001, return amount: 1, cargo capacity: 5, target credit value: 9, sharing times: 3]. The user information includes a user identifier of [001 ]. The user information includes a quantity of returned goods as [1 ]. The user information includes a shipment amount of [5 ]. The user information includes a target credit value of [9 ]. The user information includes sharing times [3 ].
Step 302, based on the goods returning amount, the goods entering amount, the target credit value and the sharing times, generating a user credit value of a user account corresponding to the user information.
In some embodiments, the execution agent may generate the user credit value of the user account corresponding to the user information in various manners based on the returned amount, the input amount, the target credit value, and the sharing times.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, the executing entity may generate the user credit value of the user account corresponding to the user information by:
firstly, normalizing the goods returned quantity to obtain the normalized goods returned quantity. In practice, the execution subject may normalize the returned goods amount by a Min-Max standardized formula.
As an example, the user information may be the user information [ user id: 001, return amount: 1, cargo capacity: 5, target credit value: 9, sharing times: 3]. The user information set exemplified in step 301 includes a minimum value of 0 for each returned quantity. The user information set exemplified in step 301 includes a maximum value of 2 for each quantity of returned goods. The execution main body can be used for returning goods quantity [1]]Carrying out normalization processing to obtain normalized returned goods quantity
Figure 887870DEST_PATH_IMAGE016
And secondly, carrying out normalization processing on the goods input quantity to obtain the normalized goods input quantity.
As an example, the user information may be the user information [ user id: 001, return amount: 1, cargo capacity: 5, target credit value: 9, sharing times: 3]. The user information set exemplified in step 301 includes a minimum value of 3 for each of the shipment amounts. The user information set illustrated in step 301 includes a maximum value of 100 for each of the inventory amounts. The execution main body can be used for the goods input amount [5]]Carrying out normalization processing to obtain normalized input quantity
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE017
And thirdly, normalizing the sharing times to obtain normalized sharing times.
As an example, the user information may be the user information [ user id: 001, return amount: 1, cargo capacity: 5, target credit value: 9, sharing times: 3]. The minimum value of each sharing number included in the user information set illustrated in step 301 is 0. The maximum value of the sharing times included in the user information set in step 301 is 4. Figure 366475DEST_PATH_IMAGE026
. Here, the user credit value may be reserved to the last two digits of the decimal point.
The above formula and its related content are used as an invention point of the embodiment of the present disclosure, and solve the technical problem mentioned in the background art that the influence of the quantity of returned goods, the quantity of entered goods and the number of sharing times on the credit of the user cannot be comprehensively considered, and the accuracy of the credit value of the user is low, so that the e-commerce shopping platform cannot effectively monitor the user, thereby causing poor user experience and further causing the loss of user traffic. ". The factors that cause the loss of user traffic are often as follows: the influence of the goods returning amount, the goods entering amount and the sharing times on the credit of the user cannot be comprehensively considered, the accuracy of the credit value of the user is low, and the E-commerce shopping platform cannot effectively monitor the user, so that the user experience is poor. If the above factors are solved, the effect of reducing the user flow loss can be achieved. To achieve this effect, the present disclosure introduces the quantity of returned goods, the quantity of entered goods, and the number of sharing times at the same time to adjust the target credit value. The larger the return amount, the lower the user credit, so the return amount is taken as a negative adjustment factor to the target credit value adjustment. The more shares, the higher the user credit, so the share is taken as a forward adjustment factor for the target credit value adjustment. The larger the amount of inventory, the higher the user credit, within a certain range of the amount of inventory, so that within a certain range of the amount of inventory, the amount of inventory is taken as a forward adjustment factor for adjusting the target credit value. However, the larger the amount of the input goods is outside a certain range of the amount of the input goods, the higher the possibility that the user swipes the bill is, so that outside the certain range of the amount of the input goods, the target credit value is adjusted only by the amount of the output goods and the number of sharing times, and a preset abnormal amount of the input goods is introduced to limit whether the amount of the input goods is abnormal or not. The formula is determined by the normalized goods returning amount, goods entering amount, sharing times, target credit value and preset abnormal goods entering amount, so that the generated user credit value can be in a certain range. And the above formula comprehensively considers the influence of the goods returning amount, the goods entering amount and the sharing times on the credit of the user, and improves the accuracy of the credit value of the user. Therefore, the E-commerce shopping platform can effectively monitor the user according to the user credit value with higher accuracy, and the user experience is improved. And thus the loss of user traffic can be reduced.
Step 303, in response to the user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition existing in the user credit value set, controlling the associated alarm device to perform an alarm operation according to each user identifier corresponding to the user credit value meeting the predetermined abnormal condition in the user credit value set.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of step 303 and the technical effect brought by the implementation may refer to step 203 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the flow 300 of the device control method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 3 embodies the steps of expanding the generation of the user credit value, compared to the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 2. Thus, the solutions described in the embodiments can improve the accuracy of the user credit value. Therefore, the E-commerce shopping platform can effectively monitor the user according to the user credit value with higher accuracy, and the user experience is improved. And thus the loss of user traffic can be reduced.
