1. A test system for lip adhesion of cigarette tipping paper, the test system comprising: artificial lips, test equipment;
wherein the artificial lips are silica gel blocks or 3M low-viscosity adhesive tapes;
the test apparatus includes: a tribometer testing platform (1), a force cell (2), a rigid rope (4), a pulley (6), a pulley bracket and a sample loading module (9),
the device comprises a pulley support, a rigid rope (4), a force-measuring sensor (2), a sample loading module (9) and a sample loading module (4), wherein the pulley support is provided with a pulley (6), the rigid rope (4) slides in the pulley (6), the rigid rope (4) is L-shaped, one end in the horizontal direction is connected with the force-measuring sensor, and the other end in the vertical direction is connected with the sample loading module (9);
the artificial lips are positioned right below the sample loading module (9) and are contacted with each other at a test position;
friction resistance testing software is installed in the tribometer testing platform (1), the tribometer testing platform (1) is in communication connection with the force measuring sensor (2), and the tribometer testing platform (1) controls the movement of the rigid rope (4) and records the change of force on the rigid rope (4) along with time and/or position.
2. The test system of claim 1, further comprising: artificial saliva that is sprayed onto a test surface of the artificial lips at the time of testing.
3. The test system of claim 1, further comprising: an artificial lip supporter on which the artificial lips are installed; a horizontal adjusting component is arranged below the artificial lip bracket.
4. The test system according to claim 1, characterized in that the rigid rope (4) is connected at both ends to the load cell (2) and the sample loading module (9) by means of a movable connection, respectively.
5. The testing system according to claim 1, wherein the sample loading module (9) is a weight block with an elastic pad fixed at the lower end.
6. A method of testing the lip adhesion of cigarette tipping paper, characterised in that it is tested using the test system of claim 1, the method comprising the steps of:
attaching the tipping paper sample to be detected to the lower end part of the sample loading module (9), then connecting the sample loading module (9) with the rigid rope (4), and resetting the load force on the rigid rope (4) at the moment;
placing the artificial lips directly under the sample loading module (9);
the tribometer testing platform (1) controls the sample loading module (9) to descend so that the artificial lips are in contact with the tipping paper sample to be tested, the contact area of the artificial lips and the tipping paper sample is 1.5cm by 1.5cm, then the rigid rope (4) is controlled to pull the sample loading module (9) to be separated from the artificial lips until the sample loading module is separated from the artificial lips, the tribometer testing platform (1) controls the movement of the rigid rope (4) and records the maximum force on the rigid rope (4) during testing, the force is recorded as lip adhesion force, and the value is F,
dividing the lip adhesion force grade and the lip adhesion performance according to the lip adhesion force, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
when F is more than or equal to 0N and less than 0.2N, determining that the lip adhesion force grade result is 0 grade, and the lip adhesion is expressed as a non-stick lip;
when F is more than or equal to 0.2N and less than 0.3N, determining that the lip adhesion force grade result is grade 1, and the lip adhesion is expressed as a slight lip adhesion;
when F is more than or equal to 0.3N and less than 0.5N, determining that the lip adhesion force grade result is grade 2, and the lip adhesion is represented as a medium lip adhesion;
when F is more than or equal to 0.5N and less than 0.6N, determining that the lip adhesion force grade result is grade 3, and the lip adhesion is represented as a heavy lip adhesion;
when F is more than or equal to 0.6N, the result of determining the lip adhesion force grade is 4 grade, and the lip adhesion is serious lip adhesion.
7. The test method according to claim 6, characterized in that the running speed of the rigid rope (4) is controlled by the tribometer test platform (1) to be 40-60 mm/s, and the contact time of the artificial lip and the tipping paper sample to be tested is 4-7 s.

A test method according to claim 6, characterised in that the tipping paper sample to be tested is applied to the lower end of the loading module (9) by: and adhering the tipping paper sample to be tested to the side edge of the counterweight block of the sample loading module (9), so that the middle of the tipping paper to be tested is completely attached to the elastic pad at the lower end of the sample loading module (9).
