At present, foreign scholars and partial domestic scholars perform experimental research on the characteristics of a water supply pipeline affected by temperature, but limited by test conditions, the existing indoor test can only be basically applied to a small-diameter pipeline, most of the existing indoor tests can only perform temperature simulation on partial pipe sections of a complete pipeline, the temperature effect of the complete pipe section cannot be comprehensively simulated, and the actual situation of water body flowing inside the pipeline cannot be simulated; although the integrity of the water supply pipeline and the water flow condition in the water supply pipeline can be tested in an outdoor test, the temperature condition in the test only depends on the natural environment, so that the test result is not repeatable, and a systematic and complete conclusion about the structural safety of the water supply pipeline and the environmental temperature is difficult to draw.
