Abstract
The invention provides an electric auxiliary screwing device of a thread gauge, which comprises a box body, a power device, a transmission device, a chuck and a control device, wherein the power device is connected with the box body; the box body is a supporting structure of the whole device; the power device is arranged in the box body and is used as a power source of the whole electric auxiliary screwing device; the transmission device is arranged in the box body and is used for transmitting the output of the power device to the chuck so as to drive the chuck to rotate; the clamping heads are arranged on the front side wall plate and the rear side wall plate of the box body through bearings; the invention can realize automatic screwing of screw gauges with different specifications, and has adjustable rotating speed, adjustable torque and adjustable forward and reverse rotation, and the two chucks are arranged, and the go gauge and the no-go gauge in the two chucks are oppositely arranged, so that the go gauge and the no-go gauge are arranged in the same direction, thereby facilitating the operator to quickly detect the screw thread of a workpiece and improving the efficiency of the screw gauge for detecting the workpiece.

Thread gauges, including plug gauges and ring gauges, are widely used in the inspection of threads on workpieces having internal and external threads. The transmission device is arranged in the box body and is used for transmitting the output of the power device to the chuck so as to drive the chuck to rotate; the transmission device in the embodiment comprises a speed reducer and a synchronous belt. The speed reducer is fixedly arranged at the output shaft end of the motor and then connected to the chuck through the synchronous belt, so that the motor drives the chuck to rotate.
As shown in fig. 3, the two ends of the chuck are provided with coaxial taper counterbores, and the two ends of the chuck are provided with external threads; a clamp spring is arranged in the conical counterboring and is provided with a central axial through hole; the outer side face of one end of the clamp spring is a conical face which is consistent with the conical reaming conical angle, a plurality of axial cutting grooves are formed in the conical face of the clamp spring, and when the conical face of the clamp spring and the conical reaming are extruded mutually, the aperture of a central axial through hole of the clamp spring can be reduced, so that a thread gauge fixedly arranged in the central axial through hole of the clamp spring is clamped. A clamp spring nut is arranged on the outer side of the clamp spring, the end face of the clamp spring nut is provided with a through hole, the aperture of the through hole is smaller than the outer diameter of the outer end of the clamp spring and larger than the aperture of the central axial through hole of the clamp spring, so that the end face of the clamp spring nut can apply axial pressure to the clamp spring without influencing the use of a thread gauge; the clamp spring nut is matched with the external thread at the end part of the chuck, fixes the clamp spring and clamps the thread gauge through the clamp spring. And the screw gauge of different specifications can be installed by adopting the clamping spring clamping mode.
The chuck passes through the bearing and installs on the front and back lateral wall board of box, and both ends jump ring nut exposes the box. The control device comprises a motor controller, various control switches and a knob; specifically, in the embodiment, a control panel is arranged on the top surface of the box body, and a forward and reverse rotation switch and a speed regulation knob are installed in the control panel; the motor controller is arranged in the box body, and an external control switch interface is arranged on a wall plate near the position where the motor controller is arranged in the box body; other switch devices such as foot control switches can be accessed through the external control switch interface, and the work of operators is facilitated.
