Description

Horizontal engine body
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of engines, and particularly relates to a horizontal diesel engine body.
Background
In order to adapt to the trend that the existing power compartment is continuously reduced, a horizontal engine is the primary choice of a part of power compartments, but because the engine oil circulation capacity of the engine is reduced to a certain extent under the condition of a large inclined angle in the running process of various vehicles, the cooling capacity of shaft parts is reduced in the moving process, and the safety and the service life of the engine are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention is directed to a horizontal engine body to solve the problem that the oil circulation capability and the cooling capability of shaft parts are reduced when the horizontal engine works at a large inclination angle.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a horizontal engine body comprises an upper engine body box and a lower engine body box which are arranged in a matched mode, wherein an oil sump is arranged at the bottom of the lower engine body box; the engine body upper box is provided with an oil storage structure at a position below the installation camshaft, an oil return cavity is arranged between the engine body lower box and the oil pan, and an oil return path is arranged between the oil storage structure and the oil return cavity.
Furthermore, the section of the oil storage structure is L-shaped, and when the machine body inclines to one side far away from the oil suction opening, an included angle of the L-shaped structure stores oil.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
through reasonable structural design, the engine oil circulation capacity and the cooling capacity of the engine during shaft motion are not reduced when the engine works at a large inclined angle, and the expected effect is achieved.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used only for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first", "second", etc. are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first," "second," etc. may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art through specific situations.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
A horizontal engine body comprises an upper engine body box 3 and a lower engine body box 1 which are arranged in a matching mode, wherein an oil pan 5 is arranged at the bottom of the lower engine body box 1;
an L-shaped oil storage structure 6 is arranged on the upper case 3 of the machine body and below the installation cam shaft 2, and when the machine body inclines to one side far away from the oil suction port, oil is stored at the included angle of the oil storage structure 6; as shown in fig. 2, an oil return cavity 7 is arranged between the lower case 1 and the oil pan 5 of the engine body, and an oil return path 8 is arranged between the oil storage structure 6 and the oil return cavity 7, so that reasonable matching at different limit positions is realized, and reasonable cooling and lubrication can be ensured when the horizontal engine works at a large inclination angle.
And the middle part of the oil return cavity 7 is provided with a filter screen 4, so that oil return filtration is realized.
The invention can ensure that the engine oil circulation capacity is not weakened when the engine works at a large inclination angle by establishing a communicated oil return path 8 between the lower case 1 and the oil pan 5 of the engine body, and simultaneously, an oil storage structure when the engine works at the large inclination angle is added at the position where the camshaft is arranged on the engine body. The safety and the service life of the engine operation are ensured through the structure.
When the engine works at a large inclination angle (15 degrees inclined rightwards in figure 1), the whole engine body inclines rightwards, the engine oil is mainly concentrated at the right side of the lower box 1 of the engine body, the oil suction port is arranged at the left side (in the direction of figure 1) of the engine, so that short-time oil suction unsmooth can be caused, the oil storage structure 6 stores the previous oil due to the inclination, and the engine oil in the oil storage structure 6 is stirred up to continue to be cooled when the camshaft 2 moves.
When the engine works at a large inclination angle (15 degrees towards the left in the figure 1), the whole engine body inclines towards the left side, at the moment, engine oil is mainly concentrated on the left side of the lower box 1 of the engine body, and as the whole oil suction port deviates towards the left side, the whole oil supply of the engine does not have a unsmooth phenomenon, and the oil storage structure 6 inclines downwards, so that the oil storage is avoided.
When the engine is operated at a large inclination angle (15 degrees inclined to the plane perpendicular to the paper in fig. 1), the smoothness of oil supply can be balanced to the maximum extent when the engine is inclined to both sides because the oil suction port is located at the middle position of the engine body.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
