Intermediate plate for engine adaptive outboard engine power cabin
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of piston engines, and particularly relates to a middle plate providing integration and conversion functions.
Background
Because the positions and the layouts of the reserved power cabins of the outboard engines produced by different manufacturers are different, the engines for various outboard engines need to be designed and arranged according to different outboard power cabins, so that the production cost is improved, and the research and development period is prolonged.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a middle plate for an engine-adaptive outboard engine power compartment, so as to solve the problem of adapting an outboard power arrangement of an outboard engine for an outboard engine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
an intermediate plate for an engine adaptive outboard engine power compartment comprises an intermediate plate body, wherein one side of the intermediate plate body is provided with a structure in adaptive connection with an engine body, and the other side of the intermediate plate body is provided with a structure in adaptive connection with an oil pan; and the middle plate body is provided with an inlet and an outlet of an air passage, a water passage and an oil passage which are communicated with the engine body and the oil pan.
Furthermore, the intermediate plate body is provided with an engine body oil duct inlet for sucking oil in the oil pan into the engine body, an oil pan oil return port for returning circulated oil to the oil pan, an intermediate plate water inlet for sucking seawater from the outside, an engine body water inlet for sending cooling water into the engine body, and an exhaust port for mixing waste gas and waste water generated after one working cycle of the engine and discharging the mixed waste gas and waste water into the outside.
Furthermore, a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the middle plate body, and the machine body and the oil pan are connected through bolts.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the invention, an integrated component (the middle plate) capable of meeting the oil, gas and water connection between the engine body and the oil pan (including the lower propeller mounting) is additionally arranged between the engine body and the oil pan, so that the engine body and the oil pan can be selected and matched according to different power cabins when the outboard engine is in a type selection state, and only the oil circuit, the gas circuit and the water circuit of the middle plate need to be redesigned; the design requirements are better met, and through reasonable arrangement of oil, gas, water and bolts, different outboard engines can select proper engines according to the design of the power compartment without redesigning the engines.
