The soil outside the construction area is excavated, the bottom plate 36 and the connecting plate 41 are buried through the soil, the soil is compacted and leveled to form a soil pile, the height of the soil pile is 20-30 cm, local materials are used, the soil pile is simple and convenient, the bottom plate 36 and the connecting plate 41 are covered and protected through the soil pile, external force is prevented from being directly invaded, the installation reliability is improved, the soil pile gives downward force to the bottom plate 36 and the connecting plate 41, the bottom plate 36 and the connecting plate 41 are not prone to freely turning up, and the overall stability of transverse arrangement of the support piece 33 is improved.

(a) and (3) foundation construction:

inserting an installation column head at the bottom of the installation flat plate into a fixed slot on the fixed plate, so that the installation platform is limited and installed on the bearing foundation;
(c) installing a wave blocking wall:

secondly, inserting the mounting rods into the fixing notches at the back sides of two adjacent A-shaped supports, then rotating the supporting plates to enable the bottom plates to be placed stably, then installing anchor bolts in the mounting holes in the connecting plates, and inserting the anchor bolts into the soil body to enable the supporting pieces to be fixed on site;
binding 3-5 steel bars together by using iron wires to form a steel bar column, penetrating the steel bar column through the through hole in the supporting plate, and inserting the steel bar column 20-30 cm below the ground;
fourthly, digging soil outside the construction area, burying the bottom plate and the connecting plate through the soil, compacting and leveling to form a soil pile, wherein the height of the soil pile is 20-30 cm;
