Abstract
The invention discloses a center pin traction bogie and a vehicle, wherein the center pin traction bogie comprises: the device comprises a framework, walking wheels, horizontal wheels, a driving device, a suspension device, a traction device, a basic braking device and a height adjusting device; the framework comprises an H-shaped frame and four supporting legs, wherein the H-shaped frame comprises two end beams and a cross beam for connecting the two end beams; the two walking wheels are arranged on two sides of the cross beam; four horizontal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the supporting leg. The frame of the bogie is an H-shaped frame, the two walking wheels are respectively arranged on two sides of the cross beam, and the horizontal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the supporting legs, namely the walking wheels and the horizontal wheels are both in an open type; therefore, when the walking wheels and the horizontal wheels need to be replaced, the bogie does not need to be disassembled from the vehicle, the walking wheels only need to be separated from the running track, and the walking wheels and the horizontal wheels are directly replaced on the bogie, so that the process of replacing the wheels is simplified, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost is controlled.

Background
The straddle type monorail transit is a typical system of urban rail transit, and has the characteristics of reusability, high resource utilization rate, simple construction, low manufacturing cost, short construction period, small interference by ground traffic, strong climbing and curve passing capacity, comfortable riding, wide visual field and the like.
The existing straddle type monorail vehicle adopts rubber tires, the tires are inconvenient to replace, the tires can be replaced only by lifting a carriage above a bogie, the carriage is lifted back to the bogie after the tires are replaced, the whole process is time-consuming, and the operation cost and the maintenance cost of the straddle type monorail train are high. And because the track beam is narrower, the speed of tires on two sides of the vehicle is inconsistent in the running process of the vehicle, so that the tires are eccentrically worn, and the operation cost is further increased.
Therefore, the process of tire replacement is simplified, and the operation cost is reduced, which is a difficult problem to be solved in the field at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a kingpin traction bogie, which can simplify a tire replacement process, reduce operation cost, and solve the problems in the field at the present stage. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle including the above-described kingpin traction bogie, and therefore, capable of simplifying a process of tire replacement and reducing an operation cost.
A kingpin traction bogie, comprising: the device comprises a framework, walking wheels, horizontal wheels, a driving device, a suspension device, a traction device, a basic braking device and a height adjusting device;
the framework comprises an H-shaped frame and four supporting legs, the H-shaped frame comprises two end beams and a cross beam for connecting the two end beams, and the four supporting legs are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of the two ends of the two end beams;
the two walking wheels are arranged on two sides of the cross beam;
the four horizontal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the supporting leg.
Preferably, the center pin traction bogie has two sets of driving devices, and the two sets of driving devices are respectively used for driving the two running wheels.
Preferably, the number of the center pin traction bogie and the number of the basic braking devices are two, and the two basic braking devices are respectively used for braking the two running wheels.

Detailed Description
The core of the specific embodiment is to provide a center pin traction bogie, which can simplify the process of tire replacement, reduce the operation cost and solve the problem in the field at the present stage.
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiments described below do not limit the contents of the invention described in the claims. The entire contents of the configurations shown in the following embodiments are not limited to those required as solutions of the inventions described in the claims.
The kingpin traction bogie provided by the present embodiment includes: the device comprises a framework 1, walking wheels 2, horizontal wheels 3, a driving device 4, a suspension device 5, a traction device 6, a foundation braking device 7 and a height adjusting device; the framework 1 comprises an H-shaped frame and four supporting legs 8, the H-shaped frame comprises two end beams 9 and a cross beam 10 for connecting the two end beams 9, and the four supporting legs 8 are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of two ends of the two end beams 9; the two walking wheels 2 are arranged on two sides of the cross beam 10; four horizontal wheels 3 are arranged at the bottom of the supporting leg 8.
The framework 1 of the bogie is an H-shaped frame, the two walking wheels 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the cross beam 10, and the horizontal wheels 3 are arranged at the bottom of the supporting legs 8, namely the walking wheels 2 and the horizontal wheels 3 are both arranged in an open mode; therefore, when the walking wheels 2 and the horizontal wheels 3 need to be replaced, the bogie does not need to be disassembled from the vehicle, and only the walking wheels 2 are separated from the running track to directly replace the walking wheels 2 and the horizontal wheels 3 on the bogie, so that the wheel replacing process is simplified, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost is controlled.
Therefore, the center pin traction bogie provided by the invention can simplify the process of tire replacement, reduce the operation cost and solve the problem in the field at the present stage. Please refer to fig. 1-3.
The tires of the running wheels 2 can be pneumatic rubber tires or solid rubber tires, and the bogie is composed of at least two independent running wheels 2. The running wheels 2 can be mounted on the outside of the drive 4; when the walking wheels 2 are replaced, the framework 1 is jacked up only by the pressure device, and the tires are directly dismounted from the side surface of the framework 1, so that the operation of replacing the walking wheels 2 without disassembling and falling off the carriage is realized.
In the center pin traction bogie provided by the embodiment of the invention, two sets of driving devices 4 can be provided, and the two sets of driving devices 4 can be respectively used for driving the two traveling wheels 2.
Further, the motor of the drive device 4 is embedded in the rim of the running wheel 2 of the straddle-type monorail vehicle, and plays a role of supporting the tire and transmitting torque.
The driving device 4 comprises a motor, a motor rotor rotates around a motor stator and is connected with a rim of the walking wheel 2, so that the walking wheel 2 is driven to rotate, namely the motor directly drives the walking wheel 2, the transmission efficiency is high, and the driving device 4 is compact, small in size and light in weight. And the bogie comprises two sets of driving devices 4 which can independently drive the two traveling wheels 2, thereby realizing the control of the differential speed of the vehicle by controlling the rotating speed of the motor.
Above-mentioned kingpin 11 pulls the bogie, basic arresting gear 7 can be two, and is used for going to two respectively and walks the road wheel 2 and brakies, and then better realization is walked the differential control of road wheel 2 to both sides respectively, avoids vehicle both sides tire speed inconsistent, causes the eccentric wear of tire to further control the operation cost.
The foundation brake device 7 can adopt hydraulic brake or air brake, or other brake modes capable of playing a role equally.
The bogie can also comprise a support body which can be arranged on the inner sides of the walking wheels 2 and the horizontal wheels 3, and can be used for temporarily replacing tires when the tires are deflated, so that the safety factor of vehicle running is further improved.
Further, the foundation brake arrangement 7 may comprise a cooperating brake disc, which may be mounted to the driving arrangement 4, and a brake caliper, which may be mounted to the frame 1 of the bogie.
In the center pin traction bogie provided by the embodiment, the traction device 6 can be arranged at the center of the cross beam 10, the upper end of the traction device 6 is connected with a carriage, and the lower end of the traction device 6 is connected with the framework 1 of the bogie; the traction means 6 may comprise a central pin 11, at least two traction rubber piles 13 and at least two 45 ° shock absorbers 12, and two pairs of stops, thereby enabling the transmission of traction forces while enabling the vibrations of the vehicle to be damped.
In the center pin traction bogie provided in the present embodiment, the suspension device 5 may be a rubber spring, such as an air rubber spring, or an hourglass rubber spring.
Further, four rubber springs may be provided, and the four rubber springs may be respectively disposed on the top surfaces of the two ends of the two end beams 9, please refer to fig. 1-2; the main use supports the weight in carriage, has the shock attenuation and alleviates the effect of track impact, and four rubber spring can effectively restrain the first motion of carriage nod simultaneously.
In the kingpin traction bogie provided by the present embodiment, the height adjusting device may include a regulating valve and a regulating rod connected to each other, wherein the regulating valve may be connected to the carriage, and the regulating rod may be connected to the frame 1; the height of the carriage from the track can be kept unchanged under different weights by the aid of the height adjusting device.
The four supporting legs 8 of the center pin traction bogie can respectively straddle two sides of the running track, the two running wheels 2 are located on the upper surface of the running track, the four horizontal wheels 3 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the running track, the eccentric wear of tires is better avoided, and the design of the horizontal wheels 3 can guide the vehicle to turn and prevent the vehicle from turning over.
The present embodiment also provides a vehicle including the kingpin traction bogie described above, and therefore, the vehicle is also within the scope of the present invention.

1. A kingpin traction bogie, comprising: the device comprises a framework (1), walking wheels (2), horizontal wheels (3), a driving device (4), a suspension device (5), a traction device (6), a foundation braking device (7) and a height adjusting device;
the framework (1) comprises an H-shaped frame and four supporting legs (8), the H-shaped frame comprises two end beams (9) and a cross beam (10) for connecting the two end beams (9), and the four supporting legs (8) are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of the two ends of the two end beams (9);
the two walking wheels (2) are arranged on two sides of the cross beam (10);
the four horizontal wheels (3) are arranged at the bottom of the supporting leg (8).
2. Kingpin traction bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that said drive means (4) are provided in two sets, said two sets of drive means (4) being adapted to drive two said running wheels (2) respectively.
3. Kingpin traction bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that said foundation braking means (7) are two, each for braking two of said running wheels (2).
4. Kingpin traction bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that said basic braking device (7) comprises cooperating brake discs mounted to said driving device (4) and brake clamps mounted to said frame (1).
5. Kingpin traction bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that the traction means (6) are arranged in a central position of the transverse beam (10).
6. Kingpin traction bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that the traction means (6) comprise a kingpin (11), two traction rubber piles (13) and two shock absorbers (12).
7. Kingpin traction bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that the suspension means (5) use rubber springs.
8. Kingpin traction bogie according to claim 7, characterized in that said rubber springs are four, respectively arranged on the top surface of both ends of the two end beams (9).
9. Kingpin traction bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that the height adjustment means comprise a trim valve and an adjusting lever connected, the trim valve being connected to the passenger compartment and the adjusting lever being connected to the frame (1).
10. A vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a kingpin traction bogie according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
