Abstract
The invention relates to a device for detaching a pair of wheels of a condensate pump of a nuclear power station, which comprises a jack (3), a pull rod (4), a baffle (5) and a short circuit (7), wherein one end of the jack (3) is connected with a pump shaft (1) through the short circuit (7), and the other end of the jack is connected with the baffle (5); one end of the pull rod (4) is connected with the baffle (5), the other end of the pull rod is connected with the pair wheel (2), and when the jack (3) works, the pull rod (4) pulls the pair wheel (2) to move along the direction far away from the pump shaft (1). Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of wide application range, convenient operation, labor saving and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of maintenance tools for pumps in nuclear power plants, in particular to a wheel dismounting device for a condensate pump in a nuclear power plant.
Background
In the disassembly inspection and maintenance of the condensate pump, the disassembly work of the pair of wheels of the pump is involved. In the conventional wheel dismounting, the dismounting is generally performed by a two-jaw puller, a three-jaw puller or a disc puller. However, due to the problems of short stroke, slipping of jaws and unbalance loading of the conventional puller, the structural size of the on-site paired wheel and the installation form of the paired wheel, the conventional puller cannot meet the disassembly requirement at all, and the paired wheel cannot be normally disassembled.

As shown in fig. 1, the device for detaching the coupling of the condensate pump of the nuclear power station comprises a jack 3, a pull rod 4, a baffle 5 and a short circuit 7, wherein one end of the jack 3 is connected with a pump shaft 1 through the short circuit 7, and the other end of the jack is connected with the baffle 5; one end of the pull rod 4 is connected with the baffle 5, the other end of the pull rod is connected with the pair wheel 2, and when the jack 3 works, the pull rod 4 pulls the pair wheel 2 to move along the direction far away from the pump shaft 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the baffle 5 is provided with four slots 51, and one end of the pull rod 4 passes through the slots 51 and is fixed on the baffle 5.
The dimensions of said slotted hole 51 vary according to the different types of wheel 2.
The tool further comprises a locking nut 6, and the pull rod 4 is fixed with the baffle 5 through the locking nut 6. The locking nuts 6 are arranged on the pull rod 4 and screwed at two ends of the baffle 5, and the parallelism between the baffle 5 and the pair of wheels 2 is adjusted by adjusting the locking nuts 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the short joint 7 is connected with the shaft head 11 of the pump shaft 1 through screw threads. The pull rod 4 is connected with the pair of wheels 2 through screw threads.
The dimensions of said short circuit 7 and the length and diameter of the tie rod 4 vary according to the different types of wheels 2.
The baffle 5 is made of No. 45 steel materials by adopting a machining process. The short circuit 7 is made of No. 45 steel materials by adopting a machining process.
The use method of the tool comprises the following steps:
a. the short joint 7 is attached to the stub shaft 11 and tightened.
b. Four M16 tie rods 4 are respectively fitted into 4 threaded holes of the pair of wheels 2 and tightened.
c. The screw jack 3 is mounted on the short joint 7, and the sleeve end of the screw jack 3 is aligned with the counter bore of the short joint 7.
d. Four lock nuts 6 are respectively arranged on the four pull rods 4 and screwed to the base lower than the jack 3.
e. The baffle 5 is passed through the tie rod 4 and against the jack 3, aligned with the four slots 51 in the baffle 5.
f. Eight washers and lock nuts 6 are mounted on the four tie rods 4, respectively.
g. The parallelism of the baffle 5 and the pair of wheels 2 is adjusted by tightening the lock nuts 6 on both sides of the baffle 5.
h. When the parallelism is adjusted, the crank of the jack 3 can be pulled to pull out the pair wheel 2.
