In the assembling process of the air compressor, after the connecting rod eccentric wheel assembly is installed in the casing, the bearing on one side of the input shaft needs to be compressed through a stop washer and a round nut to realize axial positioning of the bearing. Because the nut needs to be assembled after the front casing and the rear casing are combined, the connecting rod eccentric wheel component can rotate freely in the casings. Therefore, in order to tighten the round nut, the movable link rod eccentric wheel assembly needs to be fixed. Meanwhile, the eccentric wheel assembly is high in machining precision, the surface of the eccentric wheel assembly needs to be protected by attention during assembly, and a proper fixing part is selected for fixing.
