Abstract
The invention provides surface color treatment production line equipment and a surface color treatment method for a whole roll of metal plate, which comprise a first oxidation tank, a wire drawing tank, a second oxidation tank, a spraying area, an air drying area, a film pasting area and a winding machine which are sequentially connected with one another; a first electric control area is arranged between the wire drawing pool and the second oxidation pool, a first electric control cabinet is arranged in the first electric control area, a second electric control area is arranged between the drying area and the film pasting area, and a second electric control cabinet is arranged in the second electric control area. The whole-roll metal plate surface color treatment production line equipment provided by the invention can realize mechanical line production operation, has high work efficiency, can use high-temperature water-based paint, is environment-friendly, safe and environment-friendly, can be used for coloring whole-roll metal plates, and has uniform surface color of the treated metal plates and no color difference.

Background

Further, the whole-roll metal plate surface color treatment production flow equipment further comprises an oil removing machine and an unreeling machine, wherein the oil removing machine is arranged at the front end of the first oxidation pond, and the unreeling machine is arranged at the front end of the oil removing machine.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a surface treatment method comprising a first oxidation step, a wire drawing step, a second oxidation step, a spraying step, an air drying step, a film pasting step, and a winding step, which are performed in this order;
and in the spraying process, automatic spraying equipment is adopted for operation, and paint is sprayed on the surface of the metal plate.

Further, a potassium copper sulfide oxidation process is adopted in the first oxidation procedure, and the process is characterized in that copper sulfide is generated on the surface of copper.
Furthermore, an OY-7 copper discoloration-preventing antioxidant is adopted in the second oxidation procedure.
Further, the air-drying process adopts an air-drying process to air-dry the surface of the metal plate.
Further, the drying process adopts heating equipment to dry under preset setting parameters.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
According to a first aspect of the embodiment of the invention, a production line device for color processing of the surface of a whole roll of metal plate is provided, as shown in fig. 1, comprising a first oxidation tank 1, a wire drawing tank 3, a second oxidation tank 2, a spraying zone 6, an air drying zone 5, a drying zone 7, a film pasting zone 9 and a winding machine 10 which are connected in sequence; a first electric control area 4 is arranged between the wire drawing pool 3 and the second oxidation pool 2, a first electric control cabinet 21 is arranged in the first electric control area 4, a second electric control area 8 is arranged between the drying area 7 and the film pasting area 9, and a second electric control cabinet (not shown) is arranged in the second electric control area 8.
The whole-roll metal plate surface color treatment production line equipment provided by the invention can realize mechanical line production operation, has high work efficiency, can use high-temperature water-based paint, is environment-friendly, safe and environment-friendly, can be used for coloring whole-roll metal plates, and has uniform surface color of the treated metal plates and no color difference. The spraying area 6 adopts special copper ware water paint to spray the surface of the whole coil of metal plate so as to prevent the metal plate from being oxidized. The metal plate comprises a copper plate, a steel plate and the like, manual painting is adopted in the prior art, the surface color of the metal plate is uneven, automatic painting can be achieved by adopting the painting area 6, the painting area 6 is provided with a spray gun and other equipment to achieve the painting process, and more examples exist in the prior art for the specific equipment of the painting area 6, and the detailed description is omitted.
In some optional embodiments, the whole roll of metal plate surface color treatment production flow equipment further comprises an oil remover and an unreeling machine, wherein the oil remover is arranged at the front end of the first oxidation pond, and the unreeling machine is arranged at the front end of the oil remover.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a surface treatment method, that is, a method for treating the color of the surface of a whole roll of metal sheet, as shown in fig. 2, comprising a first oxidation step, a wire drawing step, a second oxidation step, a spraying step, an air drying step, a film pasting step, and a winding step, which are sequentially performed; and in the spraying process, automatic spraying equipment is adopted for operation, and paint is sprayed on the surface of the whole roll of metal plate. The spraying area 6 adopts special copper ware fluorocarbon varnish to spray the surface of the whole roll of metal plate so as to prevent the whole roll of metal plate from being oxidized.
In some alternative embodiments, a die is provided in the drawing process for compressing the cross-sectional area of the metal sheet.
Through setting up the wire drawing process, can compress the cross section of metal sheet through the mould, change its size, obtain required suitable size, specific size can be according to customer's needs come the different moulds of selection to realize corresponding size.
In some optional embodiments, the first oxidation process uses a potassium copper sulfide antioxidant, and uses a potassium copper sulfide oxidation process, wherein the process is characterized in that copper sulfide is generated on the surface of copper. And an OY-7 copper anti-tarnishing antioxidant is adopted in the second oxidation procedure. By using different oxidants in different oxidation ponds, the surface of the metal plate can be prevented from being oxidized.
In some alternative embodiments, the air-drying process air-dries the surface of the metal sheet using an air-drying process. And the air drying process is carried out by adopting an air dryer to dry the surface of the metal plate.
The drying process adopts heating equipment to dry under preset setting parameters.
The preset setting parameters comprise temperature and time; wherein the temperature and the time are both range values. The temperature is 160-180 ℃ and the time is 2-3 minutes.

Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (10)
1. The surface color treatment production flow equipment for the whole roll of metal plate is characterized by comprising a first oxidation tank, a wire drawing tank, a second oxidation tank, a spraying area, an air drying area, a film pasting area and a winding machine which are sequentially connected with one another; a first electric control area is arranged between the wire drawing pool and the second oxidation pool, a first electric control cabinet is arranged in the first electric control area, a second electric control area is arranged between the drying area and the film pasting area, and a second electric control cabinet is arranged in the second electric control area.
2. The surface color treatment production flow equipment for the whole roll of metal plates as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an oil remover and an unreeling machine, wherein the oil remover is arranged at the front end of the first oxidation tank, and the unreeling machine is arranged at the front end of the oil remover.
3. A surface treatment method, which adopts the surface color treatment production flow equipment of the whole roll of metal plate of any one of claims 1 to 2, is characterized by comprising a first oxidation process, a wire drawing process, a second oxidation process, a spraying process, an air drying process, a film pasting process and a rolling process which are sequentially carried out;
and in the spraying process, automatic spraying equipment is adopted for operation, and paint is sprayed on the surface of the metal plate.
4. A surface treatment method according to claim 3, wherein a die is provided in said drawing step for compressing the cross-sectional area of the metal plate.
5. The surface treatment method according to claim 3, wherein the first oxidation step adopts a potassium copper sulfide oxidation process, and the process is characterized in that copper sulfide is generated on the surface of copper.
6. A surface treatment method according to claim 3, wherein an OY-7 copper discoloration-preventing antioxidant is used in the second oxidation step.
7. A surface treatment method according to claim 3, wherein said air-drying step is for air-drying the surface of the metal plate by an air-drying process.
8. A surface treatment method according to claim 3, characterized in that the drying process is carried out by heating with a heating device under preset setting parameters.
9. A surface treatment method according to claim 8, characterized in that the preset setting parameters include temperature and time; wherein the temperature and the time are both range values.
10. The surface treatment method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the temperature is 160-180 ℃ and the time is 2-3 minutes.
