A machine for spray drying and furniture making according to claim 1, characterized in that said support assembly (1) comprises a horizontally disposed base plate (101); the upper surface of base plate (101) is fixed with three side by side vertically and is used for carrying out the support column (102) that support two defeated material subassemblies (2).

A spraying and drying all-in-one machine for furniture manufacturing according to claim 2, characterized in that the material conveying assembly (2) comprises three driving shafts (201); the three driving shafts (201) correspond to the three supporting columns (102) one by one, and two ends of each driving shaft (201) are rotatably connected to the opposite inner side surfaces of the corresponding two supporting columns (102);
the three driving shafts (201) are arranged in an isosceles triangle, and two ends of each driving shaft (201) are respectively fixed with a belt wheel (202); three belt wheels (202) which are positioned at the same end part of the three driving shafts (201) are in transmission connection through a conveying belt (203); a plurality of positioning protrusions (2031) are arranged on the working surface of the conveying belt (203) side by side along the length direction; the positioning protrusion (2031) is used for positioning the position of the clamping component (3).

The integrated spraying and drying machine for furniture manufacturing according to claim 3, wherein a limiting protrusion (2032) is arranged between two adjacent positioning protrusions (2031); the limiting protrusion (2032) is fixed on the working surface of the conveyer belt (203); the limiting protrusion (2032) is used for limiting the position of the clamping assembly.

A spraying and drying all-in-one machine for furniture manufacturing according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the clamping assembly (3) comprises a clamping frame (301); two opposite side edges of the clamping frame (301) are respectively provided with a bearing block (302) in a rotating way; when the clamping assembly (3) is placed between the two material conveying assemblies (2), the bearing block (302) is arranged between the two adjacent positioning protrusions (2031), so that the position of the clamping frame (301) is limited.

A spray drying machine for furniture making according to claim 1 characterized in that said working chamber assembly (4) comprises a pair of housings (401); the two shells (401) are arranged in an up-and-down symmetrical manner, and the opposite inner side surfaces of the two shells (401) are provided with an opening structure; the two shells (401) are connected through a pair of bidirectional telescopic parts (402) corresponding to the supporting component (1); the bidirectional telescopic part (402) is vertically arranged on the supporting component (1); the two shells (401) can be combined to form a closed cavity through the bidirectional telescopic part (402); and a plurality of hot air blowers (403) are fixedly arranged on two opposite side walls of the shell (401) side by side.

A spraying and drying all-in-one machine for furniture manufacture as claimed in claim 6, wherein an extending edge is vertically arranged on each of two opposite side walls of the shell (401); the extending edge is horizontally arranged; a plurality of blowers (404) are fixedly arranged on the lower surface or the upper surface of the extending edge side by side; the other two opposite side walls of the shell (401) are respectively provided with a notch structure (4011) which can be matched with the clamping component (3); the notch structure (4011) is arranged at an opening edge of the shell (401).

A machine as claimed in claim 6 or 7, characterized in that said painting module (5) comprises a pair of driving rails (501) fixed symmetrically inside the casing (401); a guide rail (502) is fixed between the two driving rails (501); the driving rail (501) and the guide rail (502) are both in an annular structure, and when the two shells (401) are combined to form a closed cavity, an annular structure can be formed between the driving rail (501) or the guide rail (502) in the two shells (401); the inner surface of the driving rail (501) is provided with a plurality of teeth;
a guide block (503) is slidably arranged on the guide rail (502); a bearing seat (504) is fixed on one surface of the guide block (503); the bearing seat (504) is of a shell structure; a double-shaft motor (505) is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the bearing seat (504); two output shafts of the double-shaft motor (505) penetrate through the bearing seat (504) and are fixedly provided with a transmission gear (506) meshed with teeth on the driving rail (501); a pair of positioning rings (5041) is arranged on one surface of the bearing seat (504); a paint supply pipe (507) is inserted between the two positioning rings (5041); the paint supply pipe (507) is arranged in parallel with an output shaft of the double-shaft motor (505); the outer wall of the paint supply pipe (507) is axially connected with a plurality of nozzles (508).

The integrated spray drying machine for furniture manufacture according to claim 8, wherein the paint supply pipe (507) is rotationally fitted with a positioning ring (5041); a balancing weight (509) is fixed at both ends of the paint supply pipe (507); the balancing weight (509) is used for enabling a liquid outlet of the nozzle (508) to be always arranged downwards.

The integrated spraying and drying machine for furniture manufacturing according to claim 9, wherein a pair of rotary driving assemblies (6) for driving the clamping assembly (3) to rotate in the housing (401) are respectively installed on two opposite side walls of the bearing seat (504); the rotary driving component (6) comprises a driving rod (601) which is arranged on the outer wall of the bearing seat (504) in a sliding way; the sliding direction of the driving rod (601) is perpendicular to the axial direction of the paint supply pipe (507); one end of the driving rod (601) is fixed with an armature block; a tension spring (602) is vertically connected to one surface of the armature block along the sliding direction of the driving rod (601); one end of the tension spring (602) is connected to the bearing seat (504); one side of the armature block, which is far away from the tension spring (602), is provided with a corresponding electromagnet (603); the electromagnet (603) is fixed on the outer wall of the bearing seat (504).
