starch adhered to the inner wall of the pulp conditioning bin 1, so that the concentration of the mixed liquid is kept uniform, after the mixed liquid is stirred and starch slurry is generated, the discharge valve 4 is opened, and the starch slurry in the slurry mixing bin 1 can be discharged into an external collecting device through the discharge pipe 3, so that the automatic slurry mixing work of the starch slurry is completed.
