In one embodiment, the connection tube 410 is removably connected to the reduced-pressure port 234. Specifically, the pressure reducing port 234 is provided with a threaded hole, and the connecting pipe 410 is inserted into the threaded hole and is screwed with the threaded hole. It can be understood that, since the surface of the main frame 110 is provided with the buffer pad 140, the accommodating body 210 and the distillation barrel 230 can generate buffering and protecting effects when contacting the main frame 110 after being toppled over, thereby preventing the solution from splashing or damaging the accommodating body 210 due to collision.
In one embodiment, the first bracket 120 includes a first sleeve 1220, and the first sleeve 1220 is connected to one end of the first bracket 120. The second bracket 130 includes a second cover member 1320, the second cover member 1320 being attached to one end of the second bracket 130. The accommodating body 210 is provided with a first protruding column 2120 and a second protruding column 2130, the first protruding column 2120 penetrates through the first sleeve 1220, so that the first protruding column 2120 rotates relative to the first sleeve 1220, and the second protruding column 2130 penetrates through the second sleeve 1320, so that the second protruding column 2130 rotates relative to the second sleeve 1320. In this embodiment, the first protruding pillar 2120 rotates relative to the first sleeve 1220, and the second protruding pillar 2130 rotates relative to the second sleeve 1320, so as to realize the tilting operation of the accommodating body 210 and the distillation barrel 230, and thus the residue in the distillation barrel 230 can be conveniently cleaned.
Further, the first sleeve 1220 and the second sleeve 1320 are ball bearings. In this embodiment, the first protruding pillar 2120 and the second protruding pillar 2130 are respectively inserted into the ball bearings, so as to reduce the friction force during the power transmission process and improve the transmission efficiency of the mechanical power by rolling, thereby making the accommodating body 210 and the distillation barrel 230 more smooth during the dumping process.
Furthermore, the first convex column is provided with a torsional spring, the torsional spring comprises a first connecting end, a second connecting end and a spring body, the spring body is respectively connected with the first connecting end and the second connecting end, the first connecting end is connected with the accommodating body, and the second connecting end is connected with the first sleeve. It can be understood that, after the holding body emptys, torsional spring deflection is the biggest, and elasticity is the biggest, and after the waste liquid emptys and loosens in the holding body, the holding body is automatic rotates to the normal position for first support and second support, realizes automatic re-setting, makes the holding body return.
In one embodiment, an insulation sleeve 600 is disposed between the accommodating body 210 and the condenser 310, and the insulation sleeve 600 is connected to an outer wall of the accommodating body 210 and an outer wall of the condenser 310, respectively. It can be understood that, when the distillation apparatus 200 performs the distillation process, a part of heat is transferred from the heating core 220 to the outer wall of the accommodating body 210 through heat transfer, thereby affecting the condensation effect of the condensation apparatus 200. In the embodiment, the heat insulation sleeve 600 is disposed between the accommodating body 210 and the condenser 310, so that the condensing device 200 can effectively insulate heat generated by the outer wall of the accommodating body 210, and further the condensing effect of the condensing device 200 is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the net wash recovery apparatus 10 further includes a first on-off valve 440, and the first on-off valve 440 is disposed on the connection pipe 410. It can be understood that the pressure in the distillation apparatus 200 system can be reduced by the pressure-reducing pump 420 to reduce the boiling point of the web-washing liquid, so that the high-boiling-point substances and the compounds which are thermally decomposed, oxidized or polymerized without reaching the boiling point in the atmospheric distillation can be effectively separated and purified, and the purity of the recovered web-washing liquid can meet the production requirements without causing quality hidden troubles. In this embodiment, the first switch valve 440 is provided in the connection pipe 410, the first switch valve 440 is connected to the pressure reducing pump 420 and the connection pipe 410, respectively, and the air suction operation of the pressure reducing pump 420 to the distillation apparatus 200 can be controlled by the first switch valve 440, that is, the first switch valve 440 is opened when the air suction operation is performed, so as to perform the air suction operation to the inside of the distillation apparatus 200 and reduce the air pressure in the distillation apparatus 200; when the air extraction operation is stopped, the first switch valve 440 is closed to stop the air extraction operation in the distillation apparatus 200, so as to better control the reduced pressure distillation operation in the distillation apparatus 200 and improve the distillation effect of the net washing liquid to be recovered.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the device 10 further includes a second on-off valve 450, and the second on-off valve 450 is disposed in the discharge pipe 430. In this embodiment, the second switch valve 450 is provided between the discharge pipe 430 and the decompression pump 420, the second switch valve 450 is connected to the discharge pipe 430 and the decompression pump 420, respectively, the discharge pipe 430 is connected to the decompression pump 420, the discharge in the decompression pump 420 can be controlled by the second switch valve 450, when the decompression pump 420 discharges, the second switch valve 450 is opened, and the first switch valve 440 is closed at the same time, so as to prevent air from being sucked into the decompression pump 420 and blocking the discharge process of the decompression pump 420. When the decompression pump 420 stops discharging, the second on-off valve 450 is closed. That is to say, can control the row material in the decompression pump 420 through second ooff valve 450, improve the row material effect in the decompression pump 420, guarantee the decompression effect to distillation plant 200 simultaneously, promote the distillation effect of waiting to retrieve the net washing liquid.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, a drainage nozzle 250 is protruded from an outer wall of the accommodating body 210, and the drainage nozzle 250 is communicated with the accommodating groove. It can be understood that after the distillation apparatus 200 completes the distillation operation, the positioning pin 700 at the pin connection position of the accommodating body 210 and the first bracket 120 is unscrewed, and then the accommodating body 210 is rotated, so that the accommodating body 210 and the distillation barrel 230 are tilted to a predetermined angle, and the residue solution in the distillation barrel 230 is poured to the centralized processing barrel 500. In the process of pouring out the residual solution, the residual solution is easily splashed out because the opening of the distillation barrel 230 is wide and flat. In this embodiment, distillation apparatus 200 still is equipped with drainage mouth 250, and drainage mouth 250 is connected with the bung hole of distillation bucket 230, through drainage mouth 250's setting, assembles the residue solution to drainage mouth 250, pours into residue solution recovery plant into by drainage mouth 250 in, can avoid the spill of residue solution effectively to promote residue solution rate of recovery, protect operating environment simultaneously, prevent to cause the pollution to the environment.
The application also provides a recovery method of the net washing liquid, which comprises part or all of the following steps: putting the net washing liquid to be recovered into a distillation device, and checking the sealing property of the distillation device; carrying out multi-section distillation operation on the screen washing liquid to be recovered to obtain distilled screen washing liquid; condensing the distilled net washing liquid to obtain a recyclable net washing liquid; and carrying out centralized treatment on the residue after the distillation operation and the condensation operation are finished.
According to the recovery method of the mesh washing liquid, the mesh washing liquid to be recovered is subjected to distillation separation and then is condensed and recovered, so that the mesh washing liquid to be recovered is effectively recycled. The recovery method of the mesh washing liquid adopts multi-stage distillation operation, specifically, the mesh washing liquid is automatically recovered according to multi-stage temperature and multi-stage time, and the heating temperature is set in a plurality of single stages, so that solvents with different boiling points are distilled and separated in batches from low temperature and high temperature in sequence, and the phenomenon that the solvents with low boiling points are heated to the highest temperature at the beginning to cause excessive boiling and foaming of the solvents with low boiling points, so that the liquid inlet pipeline of the mesh washing liquid to be recovered containing impurities is blocked. The clogging problem can be effectively solved by adopting the multi-stage distillation operation, thereby effectively recycling the net washing liquid.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to better understand the recovery method of the web washing liquid of the present invention, the following further explains the recovery method of the web washing liquid of the present invention, and the recovery method of the web washing liquid of an embodiment includes a part or all of the following steps:

In this embodiment, the to-be-recovered mesh washing liquid is subjected to multi-stage distillation operation, specifically, the to-be-recovered mesh washing liquid is automatically recovered according to multi-stage temperature and multi-stage time, and the heating temperature is set in a plurality of single stages, so that solvents with different boiling points are distilled and separated in batches from low temperature and high temperature in sequence, and the problem that the low-boiling-point solvent is heated to the highest temperature at the beginning to cause excessive boiling and foaming, so that the to-be-recovered mesh washing liquid containing impurities flows into a pipeline to cause blockage is avoided. The clogging problem can be effectively solved by adopting the multi-stage distillation operation, thereby effectively recycling the net washing liquid.
S400, condensing the distilled net washing liquid to obtain the recyclable net washing liquid.
In this embodiment, the condensation operation is performed on the distilled web washing liquid, and it can be understood that, after the heating temperature reaches the set temperature, the solvent in the distillation barrel generates steam and then is subjected to condensation operation through the condensation device, and the steam state is converted into the liquid solvent and flows out from the solvent port of the condensation pipe, so as to obtain the recyclable web washing liquid solvent.
And S500, carrying out centralized treatment on the residues after the distillation operation and the condensation operation are finished.

Further, the first preset temperature is 115-125 ℃, the second preset temperature is 130-140 ℃, the third preset temperature is 145-155 ℃, and the fourth preset temperature is 155-165 ℃. In this example, the web-washing liquid to be recovered was subjected to distillation treatment at 120 ℃ for 60 minutes, at 135 ℃ for 50 minutes, at 150 ℃ for 50 minutes, and at 160 ℃ for 50 minutes in this order, so that the solvents with different boiling points in the web-washing liquid to be recovered were distilled and separated in stages in order to prevent the foaming of the low-boiling solvent due to excessive boiling, thereby further improving the distillation effect of the web-washing liquid to be recovered.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the operation of checking the leak tightness of the distillation apparatus comprises part or all of the following steps:

And S120, blowing 0.2bar of compressed air into the distillation barrel from a suction pipe, and closing the barrel cover after confirming that the compressed air can be smoothly blown out from a steam inlet pipe in the distillation barrel.
In this embodiment, 0.2bar of compressed air is blown into the distillation barrel through the suction pipe, and if the compressed air can be smoothly blown out from the vapor inlet pipe in the distillation barrel, it means that the blockage phenomenon does not exist in the distillation device.
S130, after the barrel cover is closed, continuously blowing the compressed air into the distillation barrel until the air pressure in the distillation barrel reaches 0.2 bar.
In this embodiment, after the barrel cover is closed, the compressed air is continuously blown into the distillation barrel until the air pressure in the distillation barrel reaches 0.2bar, so as to maintain the air pressure in the distillation barrel in a balanced state of 0.2bar, thereby detecting whether the distillation device leaks air. Thus, the air tightness and the blockage of the distillation device can be checked at one time, and the operation is simple.

After determining that the net washing liquid recovery equipment has no air leakage and blockage problems, putting the net washing liquid to be recovered into a distillation device, and performing multi-section distillation operation on the net washing liquid to be recovered, so that the net washing liquid to be recovered is subjected to distillation treatment operation for 50 minutes at 115 ℃, distillation treatment operation for 40 minutes at 130 ℃, distillation treatment operation for 40 minutes at 145 ℃ and distillation treatment operation for 40 minutes at 155 ℃. And condensing the distilled and separated vapor solvent, and converting the cooled solvent from vapor to liquid to form clean solvent and flowing out. Then the residue after the completion of the distillation operation and the condensation operation is collectively treated.
Example 2

And condensing the distilled and separated vapor solvent, and converting the cooled solvent from vapor to liquid to form clean solvent and flowing out. Then the residue after the completion of the distillation operation and the condensation operation is collectively treated.

Gaseous net washing liquid is cooled by condensing equipment, is become liquid by gaseous state transformation, becomes clean net washing liquid and flows out to realize the effective recovery to net washing liquid, avoid the pollution of environment and reduce the wasting of resources.
2. The vacuum decompression pump is arranged in the mesh washing liquid recovery device and comprises a connecting pipe, a decompression pump and a discharge pipe, the connecting pipe is communicated with the decompression port, and the decompression pump is communicated with the connecting pipe, so that the pressure in a distillation device system can be reduced through the decompression pump to reduce the boiling point of the mesh washing liquid, high-boiling-point substances in the mesh washing liquid and compounds which are subjected to thermal decomposition, oxidation or polymerization when the boiling point is not reached during normal-pressure distillation can be effectively separated and purified, the purity of the recovered mesh washing liquid is ensured to meet the production requirements, and potential quality hazards cannot be caused.

the distillation device comprises an accommodating body, a heating core body, a distillation barrel and a barrel cover, wherein the accommodating body is movably connected with the first support and the second support respectively, the accommodating body is provided with an accommodating groove, a condensation port and a pressure reduction port, the accommodating groove is communicated with the condensation port and the pressure reduction port respectively, the heating core body is positioned in the accommodating groove and is connected with the accommodating body, a placing groove communicated with the accommodating groove is formed in the heating core body, the distillation barrel is positioned in the placing groove and is connected with the heating core body, the barrel cover is hinged with the accommodating body, and the barrel cover is arranged in the accommodating groove in a covering manner;
the condensing device comprises a condenser and a condensing pipe, the condenser is wrapped on the condensing pipe, one end of the condensing pipe is communicated with the periphery of the condenser, the other end of the condensing pipe is communicated with the condensing port, and the condenser is connected with the accommodating body;
vacuum pressure reduction pump, vacuum pressure reduction pump includes connecting pipe, pressure reduction pump and row's material pipe, the connecting pipe with the decompression mouth intercommunication, the pump-out mouth of pressure reduction pump with the connecting pipe intercommunication, arrange the material pipe with the bin outlet intercommunication of pressure reduction pump.

The mesh washing liquid recovery device of claim 1, further comprising a locking bolt, wherein a first threaded hole is formed in one end of the barrel cover, which is far away from the hinged position of the barrel cover and the distillation barrel, a second threaded hole is formed in the position of the distillation barrel, which corresponds to the first threaded hole, and the locking bolt is respectively inserted into the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole.

The mesh washing liquid recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the condenser is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and a refrigeration cavity, the water inlet and the water outlet are both communicated with the refrigeration cavity, the water inlet is arranged at one side close to the condensation port, the water outlet is arranged at the other side far away from the condensation port, and the condensation pipe is wrapped in the refrigeration cavity.
6. The web-washing liquid recovery apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the distillation barrel is provided with a liquid level indicating line.

9. The mesh washing liquid recovery device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a drainage nozzle is protruded from an outer wall of the container body, and the drainage nozzle is communicated with the container.
10. A recovery method of a web washing liquid, characterized in that a recovery operation is performed using the web washing liquid recovery apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the recovery method comprising the steps of:
checking the tightness of the distillation apparatus;
putting the net washing liquid to be recovered into the distillation device;
carrying out multi-section distillation operation on the to-be-recovered mesh washing liquid to obtain distilled mesh washing liquid;
condensing the distilled net washing liquid to obtain a recyclable net washing liquid;
