Referring to fig. 6 and 9, two vertical storage troughs 511 are formed in the side wall of the feeding frame 510 facing the discharge port 512, the storage troughs 511 are located at two sides of the feeding frame 510, the upper end of each storage trough 511 upwardly penetrates through the feeding frame 510, and the snap rings 230 arranged in order are placed in the storage troughs 511.
Referring to fig. 9, a discharge hole 512 penetrating through the feeding frame 510 is horizontally formed at the lower end of the feeding frame 510, and the discharge hole 512 is communicated with the storage tank 511; the pushing assembly 530 comprises a lifting cylinder 531, a pushing plate 532 and a pushing cylinder 533, the pushing cylinder 533 is horizontally and fixedly mounted on the upper end face of the workbench 241, the vertical cross section of the pushing plate 532 is the same as that of the discharge port 512, the pushing plate 532 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 533, one end, far away from the pushing cylinder 533, of the pushing plate 532 penetrates into the discharge port 512, the pushing plate 532 penetrates into the side edge of one end of the discharge port 512 and is provided with a let position angle, and the pushing plate 532 is used for pushing the retaining ring 230 out of the feeding frame 510.
Referring to fig. 9, the vertical fixed mounting of lift cylinder 531 is on the lateral wall of last work or material rest 510 towards sewing machine 240, pressure strip 520 is horizontal form and fixed mounting on the piston rod of lift cylinder 531, pressure strip 520 is located the top of discharge gate 512, the both ends of pressure strip 520 lower extreme face are all fixed and are provided with two locating pieces 521, locating piece 521 is hemispherical, the distribution direction of four locating pieces 521 is the same with the length direction of pressure strip 520, two locating pieces 521 of the same end of pressure strip 520 respectively with two spacing rings 231 joint cooperation on the buckle 230.
The working principle of the production process in the embodiment of the application is as follows:
placing the first shielding piece 101 without the retaining ring 230 on the conveyor belt 310, starting the driving motor 321, driving the driving motor 321 to drive the first gear 322 to rotate, driving the second gear 323 to rotate by the first gear 322, driving the rotating shaft 311 to rotate by the second gear 323, driving the conveyor belt 310 to rotate by the rotating shaft 311, and enabling the first shielding piece 101 on the conveyor belt 310 to be close to the feeding plate 330; when the rotating shaft 311 rotates, the driving rod 313 is driven to swing, the driving rod 313 drives the rotating rod 314 to rotate, and the rotating rod 314 drives the feeding plate 330 to move, so that the feeding plate 330 leaves the feeding port 243 and is close to the conveying belt 310.
When the feeding plate 330 is close to the conveyor belt 310, the first shielding piece 101 on the conveyor belt 310 is pushed onto the feeding plate 330 by the conveyor belt 310, the rotating shaft 311 continues to rotate, the rotating rod 314 reversely pushes the feeding plate 330 and enables the feeding plate 330 to be close to the feeding port 243, and when the feeding plate 330 is clamped in the feeding port 243, the driving motor 321 stops rotating, so that the feeding plate 330 moves the first shielding piece 101 to the position below the pressing plate 520.
When the feeding plate 330 is clamped in the feeding port 243, the limiting block 353 abuts against the lower end face of the workbench 241, so that the sliding block 352 moves relative to the feeding plate 330, the sliding block 352 drives the abutting block 351 to be close to the feeding plate 330, and the abutting block 351 compresses the return spring 341 and abuts against the first shielding piece 101 against the upper end face of the feeding plate 330.
The pushing cylinder 533 drives the pushing plate 532 to move, the pushing plate 532 contacts with the retaining rings 230 in the material storage tank 511 and pushes the first group of retaining rings 230 out of the feeding frame 510, and the pushing plate 532 pushes the retaining rings 230 onto the first shielding sheets 101; the lifting cylinder 531 drives the pressing plate 520 to move downwards, so that the pressing plate 520 is pressed on the retaining ring 230, the positioning block 521 on the pressing plate 520 is clamped in the limiting ring 231 on the retaining ring 230, the retaining ring 230 is limited on the first shielding piece 101, and then the sewing machine 240 is used for sewing, so that the retaining ring 230 is sewn on the first shielding piece 101.
The pushing cylinder 533 drives the pushing plate 532 to reciprocate again, and the pushing plate 532 pushes the next set of buckles 230 in the storage chute 511 out of the feeding rack 510, so that both sets of buckles 230 are sewn on the first shielding piece 101.
After the retaining ring 230 is sewn on the first shielding sheet 101, the driving motor 321 drives the first gear 322 to rotate again, the first gear 322 drives the second gear 323 to rotate, the second gear 323 drives the rotating shaft 311 to rotate, the rotating shaft 311 drives the driving rod 313 to rotate, and the driving rod 313 drives the rotating rod 314 to rotate; the rotating rod 314 drives the feeding plate 330 to move, so as to drive the sewn first shielding piece 101 to leave the feeding opening 243 and approach the conveying belt 310, and the unsewn first shielding piece 101 on the conveying belt 310 is pushed by the conveying belt 310 to move onto the feeding plate 330 and push the sewn first shielding piece 101 away from the feeding plate 330.
The driving motors 321 are all servo motors.
