When the oil guide hole 212 of the atomizing tube 210 is communicated with the oil storage bin 300, the pressure in the oil storage bin 300 is much higher than the pressure in the atomizing tube 210, so that a large amount of the tobacco tar in the oil storage bin 300 is guided into the atomizing tube 210 and contacts with the atomizing electric core, for example, the tobacco tar in the oil storage bin 300 is quickly absorbed by the oil guide cotton in the atomizing electric core. In this embodiment, the first elastic rotating plate 410 rotates around the central axis of the first rotating ring 430, such that the end of the first elastic rotating plate 410 away from the first rotating ring 430 moves towards or away from the atomizing tube 210, and the second elastic rotating plate 420 rotates around the central axis of the second rotating ring 440, such that the end of the second elastic rotating plate 420 close to the second rotating ring 440 moves towards or away from the atomizing base 220. Further, in order to facilitate the movement of the speed limiting assembly 400, please refer to fig. 3, an end of the second elastic rotating plate 420 away from the second rotating ring 440 has an arc-shaped guide surface 424, the arc-shaped guide surface 424 has an arc-shaped structure, when the second elastic rotating plate 420 deflects, the arc-shaped guide surface 424 of the second elastic rotating plate 420 contacts with the atomizing base 220, and the turning smoothness of the second elastic rotating plate 420 is improved under the guidance of the arc-shaped surface of the arc-shaped guide surface 424, so that the second elastic rotating plate 420 rotates on the atomizing base 220, and the rotation of the speed limiting assembly 400 in the oil storage bin 300 is facilitated.
In another embodiment, in order to improve the connection stability between the first elastic rotating plate 410 and the atomizing pipe 210 after rotating, referring to fig. 3, the speed limiting assembly 400 further includes a connecting protrusion 450, the atomizing pipe 210 is provided with a first connecting groove 211 communicated with the oil storage bin 300, the connecting protrusion 450 corresponds to the first connecting groove 211, and the first connecting groove 211 is used for accommodating the connecting protrusion 450. In this embodiment, when the battery rod is connected to the atomizing mechanism, the first elastic rotating plate 410 rotates, the first elastic rotating plate 410 gradually approaches to the atomizing pipe 210, the connecting protrusion 450 is clamped in the first connecting groove 211, so that the side wall of the first connecting groove 211 clamps the connecting protrusion 450, and the connecting protrusion 450 is stably connected to the atomizing pipe 210, so that the first elastic rotating plate 410 is stably connected to the atomizing pipe 210, and the connection stability between the first elastic rotating plate 410 and the atomizing pipe 210 is improved.

The atomizing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the atomizing base includes a base and a second sealing member, the base defines a first air inlet hole, the second sealing member defines a second air inlet hole communicated with the first air inlet hole, the second sealing member is used for sealing the oil guide hole, the atomizing pipe sequentially penetrates through the first air inlet hole and the second air inlet hole, the second sealing member is connected to the base, and both the base and the second sealing member abut against an inner wall of the oil cup.

The atomizing mechanism of claim 6, wherein the second sealing member includes a sealing body and a sealing protrusion, the sealing body is sleeved on the atomizing pipe, the sealing protrusion is connected with the sealing body, and the sealing body is further abutted against an inner wall of the oil cup.
8. The atomizing mechanism of claim 6, wherein the base defines a snap-fit groove, and a portion of the second sealing member is snap-fit within the snap-fit groove.
